Chapter 12 Portal and new world

Eric came down and said calmly.

" Charles, I am sorry."

Charles said loudly.

" No, Eric!"

Eric wore his helmet and extended his hand.

" Let's go."

The mutants immediately hesitated, but stood with Arthur. Only Raven went to him.

" Sorry."

Arthur shook his head.

" Eric, I will always welcome you to my home."

Eric nodded with a grateful look.

" Thanks. I will definitely drop by there."

After saying that he flew with Raven. Arthur sighed and looked back.

" This is my time to say farewell too. I have completed my mission here, but don't worry you can go to my world through my portal."

Charles tilted his head with confusion.

" But didn't you come from the future?"

Arthur chuckled.

" You see my intervention caused a time axis and your world became one of the parallel world which means you can visit my world even though it should be merged with your old future."

Charles coughed slightly.

" Then I will go there when I am ready."

Arthur smiled softly and he turned his gaze to Moira.

" Miss, you better drop that gun."

Moira groaned and threw it away. She looked at Charles with a begging look, but Charles had already decided. He took a deep breath.

" Don't worry, Moira."

Arthur looked at the young mutants and said with a loud tone.

" Now listen, don't you dare to neglect your training. I will come back here soon. Also, Rose find James and Viktor."

Rose sighed and nodded with reluctance. Arthur snapped his finger and a portal to New York was created. He said lightly.

" Let's head back first."

The mutants followed him and disappeared from the island.

2 days later.

Arthur stood before a bright portal to his world. He looked around him and warned Charles with a serious look.

" Charles, don't tell its location to anybody except for your trustworthy people. Emma, you too."

Emma said immediately.

" Don't worry, boss. I will take care of it."

Arthur nodded and went into his portal.

In 20001 universe.

Arthur appeared near the incident site. He saw his teammates and grinned.

" Hi! I am back."

Tony rushed to him and hit his head softly.

" You fool!"

Steve also hit his arms. Arthur rubbed his head gently and smiled helplessly.

Zoe and Diana appeared next to him.

" Star, you are alive. Your sword has disappeared right before your arrival."

Diana nodded.

" Indeed."

Arthur chuckled.

" She has returned to her space."

Zoe nodded.

" I see. So, what happened to your world? I felt a very big tremor through the universe."

Arthur scratched his head.

" Well, technically our world has been fused with their world and I don't know after that. Even science and magic can't explain at the same time."

Zoe tilted her head.

" That is so deep. Well, no help then."

Sarah came to Arthur and said with a worried look.

" Aren't you look tired?"

Tony and Steve immediately noticed bag under his eyes. They yelled.

" Sam, let's take him away."

Arthur laughed.

Thud*

He fell to the ground.

Snore*

He was sleeping without any expression. Diana sighed and put him on her back.

" I will go with you."

Steve looked at her with a suspicious look. He suddenly thought something and said lightly.

" As expected of him. Well, our plane is that way."

Zoe and Sarah followed him along.

In the mansion.

Arthur was sleeping soundly.

Maria sighed and said helplessly.

" He always overwork himself."

Natasha laughed.

" That is our husband after all."

Tyrande also nodded. She folded her arms and leaned on the wall.

" So, who is going to tell us that he has another lover?"

This time Maria and Natasha almost hit him. They gritted their teeth.

" Blame his charm. Who knows how many girls he had? Obviously, Hope and Sif are included in. There are still tons of them."

Tyrande didn't show any discomfort.

" Technically, it isn't his fault. You know that he can't refuse others real emotions."

Natasha sighed.

"Let's forget about him for now. S.H.I.E.L.D is looking for the super powered humans. We believe that they are hiding in our society, but we can't move without any calculations."

Tyrande nodded.

" I will tell Kyle about this. He will probably be deployed from Eden."
