Arthur knew it was difficult to defuse the situation now, so he thought it was a good idea to lay low for a while.

" Indeed, it would be a great idea if they didn't introduce the new heroes. The government seems to be wary of our city as they formed their own force to suppress us despite our overwhelming power and advantage."

Hill smiled bitterly when she recalled the image of the government that painted themselves as selfish and reliant on only Arthur himself.
