Arthur didn't say anything except sit on the chair with a deep face. He then pointed at the sky which was crumbling from the sheer power of time itself.
" The timelines will be freed but without an anchor they will crumble. Anchors exist can hold them."
Arthur said with a cold face, looking at Sylvie with indifference in his eyes because this was the result that she wanted so badly. The death or oblivion of everything was coming to countless timelines.
" I have no regret."
After saying that Sylvie vanished in front of horrid Loki who was desperately trying to figure out what was happening. He didn't understand why Arthur allowed her to kill him but one thing was sure and that was Arthur's knowledge about the end.
" You must know about something. Do something."
But before he could finish his words, he found himself back in TVA where everything had started. Then he felt the touch of someone who was familiar to him.
" Loki, what is going on? Why are you here?"
Mobius shook Loki with a pale face, pointing at the crumbling time machine which held all timelines together.
" I don't know, Mobius. Maybe I have done something terrible. However, one thing is sure. We have to find Sylvie, only she can fix this."
Just as he finished his words, he found himself on the lowest floor where Ouroboros was tinkering with his tools.
His eyes grew wider at the sudden interference, not knowing what to say except looking at him with curiosity. Then it happened again, he teleported into a different time and space again but this time he was in front of Arthur.
" Help me!"
He tried to hold him but he once again slipped into time flow where he couldn't control the time. Fortunately, he learned from his mistakes, immediately making his way to Ouroboros who was an expert in time study.
" You have to find Sylvie and those who were with you. Only then can you stop this. Also, find Kang!"
Ouroboros didn't hesitate to answer the most ideal way to stop this destruction which made him use the device. He teleported himself to the world where he felt Sylvie's energy.
It took a long time but he didn't give up since he had nothing but time. To his surprise, he found himself in front of a fast food restaurant which was filled with people.
Ring*
He opened the door to the restaurant, entered without any thought because he had only one goal.
" What are you doing here?"
Sylvie recognized Loki with a frown on her face while wearing an apron and a hat that 'M'. She gestured to her coworkers to cover her up whilst signaling Loki to follow her.
The cold tension between them was visible in front of naked eye as both struggled to say something. Loki took a deep breath, opening his eyes with determination to persuade her.
" Sylvie, I know you think you are in the right but we were wrong. The worlds are being destroyed by the time energy and only we can stop this."
Sylvie raised her hand to stop him from talking because she didn't believe in him. She thought she was a savior and there was no way that she would cause chaos in the multiverse.
" Stop, don't lie to me. I have a happy life now, Loki. Maybe my pay isn't that great, I have a dog and this old crappy truck.
I am living in a nearby 1-room apartment. I don't want to involve myself with those messes again."
She said coldly, leaving Loki who was staring at her with disbelief. It was great that she got what she wished for but in the end, it would crumble into nothingness. However, there was nothing he could do here except wait for the countdown.
" I am waiting."
Lokie shouted with a patient tone, shrugging his shoulders while biting the steaming apple pie in his hand. He then took out the device from his pocket, locating others who needed to be found.
" Go away."
Sylvie said with a calm face, returning to the restaurant while Loki's silhouette disappeared. He opened his eyes to find himself in a shop where Mobius was selling jet skis.
" Hello, there. Are you interested in one? I can say that this type is great."
He hit the jetski with a bright smile, showing his name tag to him.
