7 Appelaxians POV
Metropolis. The city of tomorrow... Located on the American east coast, population is an estimate of 5 million people, 5 million unaware people... Unaware of the happenings of the world around them, going on with their pathetic little lives and their pathetic little routines. Turning around, his glowing body seemed to radiate with pure energy turned to his seven competitors and siblings, their glowing forms also amorphous and unidentifiable beyond the basic humanoid shape.
This? This was [Golden Roc].
Kalar is the Appelaxian word for Emperor.
The mocking flashes of soft greenish light seemed almost taunting as [Wood King] twisted his greenish energy form, it exuded the maturity and resistance of an old oak tree, as it was what he had chosen: Gatokŋ is the Appelaxian word for Wood, but it would be literally translated to 'The Green Spawn', and it is a symbol of renewal, of endless life, and of elegance amongst Appelaxians.
Although this being is very, deeply connected to the Violet Color Emotional Spectrum, it doesn't seem to have any connection to Star Sapphire Corps.
<...no matter who wins and becomes the Kalar, I will live forever amongst the endless cosmus... But when I become the Kalar, I shall overtake the endless dimensions and teach the enlightening wisdom of the stars.> The last Appelaxian was a rather curious one. He was smaller than the others, and his color was a deep, deep silver color that shone and moved like liquid and not pure ethereal light, it was impressive and beautiful in a haunting way:
Pride. Arrogance. Apathy. Anger. Vanity. Obsession. Egocentric.
Kalathora. Dut. Gatokŋ. Pakathar. Ahamor. Xu-Ak. Povokenateryn.
Seven beings that have come to earth to take a test, a test to see who would become the new emperor of their race- the most powerful and influential of their race were here, after all. A constest to see who would become the next Kalar.
Let the game begin.

Bruce Wayne - Batman
Bruce has been very occupied the last few weeks.
After Killer Croc escaped Arkham Asylum with the help of someone who can use magic, he had found samples of a formula that was created by the Joker. The sample of the new chemical was thankfully enough for him to quickly make a preparations for whatever the Joker was planning on doing- At the same time, he was juggling keeping contact with a few allies that he had, his connection to them being essentially in case of a highly risky case that he would need help from others... even though he has plans for every single thing he could image in the dark nights of his endless traning days, but he knew that he couldn't account for every single thing that might happen at all times.
And, well, one of those things was Dick simply ditching him. '...children, why do I even have a child sidekick in the first place... damn me and my bleeding heart.' Cursing himself, Batman checked the tracker he had on Dick's clothes for the- he stopped counting after the 9th time. "..." Stoic as a rock, Bruce kept staring at the screen as he watched the tracker move through the winding streets of Gotham, at Crime Alley and going towards The Narrows, doing his best to stay in the hidden corners and taking the long route to lose whoever would be following him- he knew that Robin, Dick, though that he was following him, but he was not. Dick needed space, and Bruce recognized that, so he let the boy have some space of his own trusting that he would stay out of trouble... but of course, he wanted to know where he was at all times, so he just planted some trackers on his Robin costume and some of his shoes too. Alfred told him that placing trackers on the boy's body would be too much too, so he didn't do it.
Dick had been... upset that Waylon had escaped from Arkham Asylum. He wanted to talk to him, and because Bruce was occupied with many things at once, he couldn't focus everything on finding Croc. They spent a week searching through the sewers of Gotham before Bruce had to focus on other things, and even though Dick understood it, he was still upset.
[Message Receive - Code Green]
One of his many screens flashed a bright green coloration that he would never mistake. Pressing a few buttons on his keyboard, the main and biggest screen turned green for a split second before Bruce had the pleasure to see the face of the one known as Green Lantern, or rather, this generation's Green Lantern. "Yes, Green Lantern? Has something happened-"
"Batman! We need help-" On the background, he could hear and saw a flash of red and orange moving fast, his mind quickly made the connection to the Flash as he focused on the message Green Lantern was sending him: "-holy shit, is that a fucking giant tree walking!? Since when The Lord of the Rings was based on a true story!? Is it gonna say 'I am Groot'- oh fuck!" Another rush, the image was quick but Bruce saw Green Lantern dodge this thick trunk-like arm full of branches, weaving and floating away from whatever was attacking them: "-there's like, seven of them here, and they're just destroying shit!"
"I'm on my way."
Bruce considered taking Dick with him- but he soon decided against such a thing. He sent the boy a quick [Emergency. Go back to the cave] message before he turned, ready to go see what was happening.
He just didn't know that today would he a important day for him and the future Justice League.
