#12.5: [転校生2] Transfer student 2

A few days later, Shiro had been busier due to his work at the A-DL and Kuro [001]'s raids there. Shiro was forced to overexert himself and accidentally went on full power…

The next day, Shiro got early into class and had been reading a novel as he waited for everyone to arrive. Itsuo-sensei is the last to arrive and he introduced a new student. A blonde guy with heterochromic eyes… blue on the right and yellow on the felt.

He stated that he's an angel, and had been hunting for his rogue brother who escaped [The Silver City] and has been running rampant since the creation of mankind. "Why are you here then?" a student asked "That is because I felt my brother's mana fluctuations and headed here right away" he answered. "Let him finish introducing himself will y'all?" Itsuo said "Let me reintroduce myself, my name is Gabriel Lightborn, an angel. Please to meet your acquaintances" he said. Girls tend to stick with Shiro, and yet, he can feel like there are way too many Hannyas looking at him. "You okay man?" Ryuu asked him "Well, it's not that I don't like it, but it's irritating when you see girls staring at you with jealousy, y'know?" he said.

As he and Ryuu talk, Shiro bumped into Tomoe "Where were you?" Shiro asked "Sensei was looking for you in class" he added. He scolded her since she didn't attend morning classes. "I was taking care of my mother, she's quite sick, but she then told me to go to school" she said "But you live with your dad" he replied getting suspicious.

She knows she couldn't win in a debate against Shiro and so she confessed, she was on the arcade and met her mom by accident. She got scolded by her mother and told her to go to school, even if it's late. Shiro sighs and smacks her head gently, they went to their respective classes and ended their school day, but for Shiro, his day has not yet finished due to the daily reports he has to file in and take missions from HQ too.

As he finishes his work, he's on his way home when he caught a glimpse of a guy with teal-colored hair and a hat that he always carries. He tried to catch up to the guy but before he could even ask him of something, he vanished. "Where might you be now? Hanako?" he thought to himself as he looked at the sky.

"Welcome home" Tomoe said as Shiro walks in the door "What are you doing here?" Shiro asked "Well, I thought I'd drop by and cook" she said "Right, you can do that" he replied and sighed.

The next day…

"I challenge you into a duel" Gabriel exclaimed to Shiro in front of everyone. "Why?" he asked "I was asking everyone yesterday about you and your peers strength, and al they said was [Do not challenge Akumu Shiro if you can't see through it to the end] and so here I am, challenging you" he explained. "A match with the new kid?" Itsuo asked in confusion "Yes, he challenged me, and so, I want to be a [good] student and fulfil his wish for him" King spoke in Shiro's voice.

"What are you doing?" Shiro asked in anger "I want to see how strong my brother is now" he replied "So you're [Samael]?" he asked "That's a name I never use anymore, not since the rebellion war ended in my defeat" "Okay fine, but you can take over just this once" Shiro said. "Sure kid, this is your body after all"

An arena was set for them, barriers set to the highest defense, and bleachers placed outside the barrier [In hopes that they won't get hurt]

Shiro came in the arena's doors and found Gabriel already standing in the middle. "You had the guts to accept an angel's challenge huh?" he said with a smug look "Well, this school has a few people above S-rank, and you're one of them, you're an SS-rank like me, and I wanted to try out what your strength, besides, I can't refuse a challenger" he replied with a grin.

"[Archangel-Gabriel]" Gabriel chanted, leaving Shiro in shock "This is why angels are above humans "Don't be so confident" Shiro said from the ground. Gabriel laughed and said, "If you can pull something like this, maybe you can be like us too"

"Sure, why not"

Gabriel in shock, he wasn't expecting something from Shiro in the first place, but right at that moment, in his eyes, Shiro is someone who can create, and destroy infinite earths

"[Archangel-Samael | Arch demon-Morningstar]" he said. "Brother, how are you feeling? It's been twenty centuries" he added.

Gabriel's shock came to an end as Lucifer spoke and said "After all these years, you still live" "I'm not alive, but I'm alive at the same time" he said.
