TERRENCE

My eyes were bloodshot and my entire body remained tense since the night before, and each time I closed my eyes I could her piercing black eyes being slowly overshadowed by Reyna's cold stormy eyes and as much as I'd have hated to admit it, I couldn't help but face the glaring truth, Aurora stood no chance, but her hard headed highness refused to see any reasoning, I paced about trying to find a solution to stop this foolishness from taking place and I must have lost track of time because a sound rapping at the door snapped me out of my reverie

"It's time for the fight sir, it's high noon" the attendant by the door says timidly

I snap and send my fist through the nearest thing I could lay my hands on and the attendant flinched as my hands take out a huge chunk of the wall

"I'll be there" I say through clenched teeth

"Not to intrude but your father requests your presence"

"I said I'll be there, please leave now!"
