Chapter 12
Friday 24 March 1742
Dear diary,
Today was an awful day.It was such a big mess.
Firstly, Duncan almost fell into a trap filled with eels.
Secondly, while we were walking to the next room the double headed half human half snake.
The monster wiggled and swung its tail to us.Kane and Duncan managed to dodge, but I got smacked in the face with its tail.Not funny.
Third, we found a survivor in this tower!
The survivor is a very cute boy in an army suit.It really doesn't fit him.He looks like a five year old who was playing armies with his friends.
By the way, I found out that Duncan has been peeking at him sleeping for a couple of times now.
I thought that Duncan has a connection with this boy, but no.
But when I asked him about the boy, he turned red and walked away.
Then, I had a thought.What if Duncan likes this boy?
If he does, then I have to make the boy like Duncan too!
I ship them! They actually look cute together to be honest.
I never really thought that cute boys are Duncan's type.
Anyway, a few hours after we defeated the half human half snake monster, the boy woke up.
At first, he was surprised to see that he had survived.
But then, when Duncan walked in the room, he looked away from him.
I could see his red face.
Then I asked if he is hungry and he said yes.
I cooked the octopus meat leftover from the half human half octopus monster that we defeated a few days ago.
I then seasoned it with salt and gave it to him.
Then I cooked some water from the rain I made and I gave it to him.
He is really grateful and thanked me for the food and the drink.
Then he asked us if he could come with us.
Of course I said yes, who can deny such a cute little boy's wish?
Then, we continued to the next room.
This time, the monster is a mermaid.
Who thought that mermaids are actually real?
I mean-
humanized fish.
Of course humanized fishes are real if there are humanized snakes and goats.
I am really stupid.I should've expected that.
Anyway, we jumped into the water with no hesitation.
The mermaid is really fast.
At first, we only managed to hurt her, not stab her, but eventually, we caught up with her and killed her.She disintegrated and dropped loads of treasure.There are three poisoned arrows, a golden dagger studded with gems and pearls, a potion of water breathing, a pair of mermaid eyes and another power stone.
Of course, I was told to consume it.After I swallowed the power stone, I now have cool abilities, like speed and now my thunder can reach water!
The poisoned arrows were given to Duncan and the golden dagger and the potion of water breathing is given to Lucas.
I guess consuming a power stone isn't too bad.After all, it gives me more strength and speed.
Anyway, the boy we found told us that his name is Lucas Mayr, the missing child from the Mayr family.His brother, Logan Mayr had been searching for his younger sibling for a month.The Mayr family has been the most loyal family to the royal family.They would never betray the royal family no matter the consequences.
To be honest, Lucas is too kind and so cute!
Lucas would be a perfect match for Duncan! I mean, they always look cute together!
Oh and, I have hid something from my companions since a long time ago.
Ever since I consumed the power stone from the lion we defeated when we were at the first level, I began to turn into a fox.
Yes, I know, this is like magic.
I can't believe that I became half fox, half human.
I only transform at night though, but what if I accidentally transform in daylight and go berserk?
Well, I never know for sure, but I have to control myself.
No matter what happens.
We have had a very exciting adventure and I don't want to kill them, especially Kane.
They have to live.
When this is all over, I will get more money for me and Kartha.
I just hope that she doesn't miss me right now.
Anyways, after defeating the mermaid, we continued to move.
This time, the monster is a werewolf!
And yes, because I am a fox, he jumped on me!
Holy shit!
I thought he was going to eat me alive, but he just sniffed me.
I mean, if I transform into a fox, he will probably do so.
He probably only smelled the smell of foxes from me.
We didn't fight him, but we forced him to go back in the room and we will stay outside.
I just hope that after all of this is over, I can live a peaceful life.
I wish I hadn't swallowed the first skill gem, but without it, my powers wouldn't be as strong as now.

So much for a supernatural being!

Dear diary,
Today is absolutely great!
The werewolf we met yesterday offered to be our pet, and literally licked me in the face.
I have a question though.
Do wolves like foxes?
As far as I know, wolves hate foxes.
I've seen their behaviour when I played minecraft and accidentally placed a fox in a wolf's den.
Poor fox.
He was bit to death.
I wish I didn't make that mistake that one time.
All that was left from him is a feather.
Rest In Peace, foxy.
Anyway, I agreed to take the were wolf as my pet.
Then we continued to move and we were faced with another dragon.
This dragon is not blind, so it immediately attacked us.
But Akane fought it and eventually it gave up.
It even purred in front of me like a cat.
Great.
Now I have two dragon pets that can easily kill me anytime with their breath.
I had decided to name the other dragon, Wisteria, since she is purple.
The name kind of matches her personality and beauty.
She is indeed a thunder dragon, unlike Akane, a fire dragon.
The werewolf that offered to be our pet is also really useful.
Once we were faced with another hunter who wanted to get all the treasure for himself.
Yes, you guessed it right.
The werewolf who we named Alex, charged towards the hunter and ate him in front of us!
Alex, please don't eat anyone in front of us anymore, none of us wants to see that.
After Alex ate the hunter, we continued our journey and now faced with a half gorilla half demon.So basically, the gorilla likes to kill whoever and whatever came in the room.The gorilla has very sharp teeth like Nezuko from Demon Slayer.
Gosh, what a savage creature.God please save us.
Oh and by the way, my hand still has a scar from that shitty piece of glass that struck through my hand.It still hurts a bit, but it keeps getting better everyday!
Maybe it is the effect from Yane's power.
And luckily, the gorilla didn't know that every room has a small hole in the wall for the hunters to sleep in.
Or else, we would've been doomed by now.
