Chapter Seventy One

1 year later

"This movie is shit!" Avery groans from on the two seater couch, sitting on Evan's lap as we watch Evan's favourite movie.

"It's not that bad, baby." He says causing me to internally puke.

Yes, they are dating. For the past two months.

Evelyn, is casually scrolling through her phone, texting her new best friend, Alexis. She's a really nice girl, who Evelyn introduced to us this past Halloween. Apparently she's been going to school with us since elementary. I felt so guilty for not knowing.

Reagan is out with Carter, and damn, have they been going strong. He's a sweet guy and treats her well, but I made sure that he knew that I'd knock his teeth out if he ever did anything to her. The only thing is, I'm not at all violent. Just me, just Erin.

We invited Aidan to come over too. Poor boy is playing games on his phone, probably tired from seeing his older sister make out all the time.
