Archer's beloved grandson

"Grandson?" Delaney wanted to correct him, but no family was more confusing than Archer's. He still believed he should call her his daughter since that was what she would have been if Elifur didn't change her fate.

Speaking of Elifur, that was part of why they were here.

"We have a few things to talk to you about, grandfather." She spoke up, only for Archer to interrupt her by taking Destrian off her hands.

"Don't bother me while I'm bonding with my grandson. What do you need?" He snapped.

Darius glared at the demon. "Don't talk to my wife like that."

If he heard Darius's warning, he ignored it. He was too busy fussing over the little demon in his arms to hear anything they said. He tapped the boy's cheek and gasped. "Did you see that? His eyes shimmered."
