"You look beautiful, Hwei Ru." Li Jun softly says with a tone filled with admiration.

The well-dressed man stands amazed at the lovely woman who got out of a white Ferrari car that Hwei Ru's brother uses to reach the venue.

Hwei Ru is wearing a blue sparkling dress with a sweetheart neckline that emphasizes the beauty of her neck and chest. A black sparkling belt is wrapped around her midriff to accentuate her small waist and the long skirt past her ankle has a slit on the right side showing her flawless leg.

Li Jun can't take her eyes off at the woman's elegance. She doesn't look like the lady he met stuttering at the center of a crowded restaurant. Hwei Ru conveys the same alluring beauty that the lawyer has shown in Shanghai. A wildflower. Poised and feral at the same time.

"Thank you, Li Jun. You look handsome." Hwei Ru winks at the gentleman while reaching for his hand to help her out of the car.

He's wearing a white tuxedo with black slacks. His black hair is brushed up and held neatly by gel. Fresh and simple yet charming. No woman who catches a glimpse of the man can resist him.

A man wearing a double-breasted dark metallic blue suit closes his buttons once he gets out of the car. He gave his keys to the valet in exchange for a card number that the man immediately puts in his breast pocket. 

Then, he twists around and stares impatiently at the lovers exchanging their sweet compliments while he waits for them to notice his presence.

Li Jun offers his arm for Hwei Ru to hold. Guiding the woman towards the man with an angel face.

"Jiang Ru, this is Long Li Jun, son of CEO Long Liu Wei," Hwei Ru calls out her brother's attention and points out the gorgeous man beside her. Then, the woman in a blue dress turns at the man she holds onto and gestures her other hand towards the CEO, "Li Jun, I want you to meet my twin brother, Bao Jiang Ru."

"Glad to meet you, Mr. Bao." Li Jun stretches his arm and politely offers his hand.

"Pleasure is mine." Jiang Ru replies, accepting the large hands of her sister's date.

Bao Jiang Ru squeezes Li Jun's hand tight as their palms meet in a handshake. The executive is surprised by the warmness of the CEO of Bao Metals express.

"I heard so many good things about you from your sister." Li Jun set a wide smile on his lips.

He needs to butter up himself for his future brother-in-law.

Jiang Ru ruffles his brows, "Your cousin, Wang Xiu didn't say anything about me?" And scoff.

"She said you two are schoolmates from high school until college." Li Jun replies, creasing his forehead. 

He's perplexed by the reaction of Hwei Ru's twin brother. Making him wonder why Wang Xiu left important details from him.

Jiang Ru shrugs his head and sneers, "Wang Xiu was my girlfriend in high school. I think you were in a different school at that time."

'Girlfriend in High School???' Li Jun yells in his mind.

His heart feels like sinking from the knowledge of Wang Xiu having her innocence taken away by Jiang Ru. The

He was younger than his cousin and his father wanted him to go to an exclusive school for boys. But he never heard a word from Wang Xiu about a boyfriend at school.

They were young, Li Jun admits not asking Wang Xiu about her life in high school and when they are together, all her attention goes to him.

Wang Xiu knows everyone at their all-boys school and she was admired by them. He gets jealous when they tell him they have a crush on his cousin.

When he reached High School, it was still the same. Wang is a college girl that entices every friend he has at school. He was annoyed by them for asking his cousin for her mobile phone. 

They were like little puppies drooling over a bone. Horny from a college girl who has evolved from an innocent girl to the most charming woman.

'And this man contributed to Wang Xiu's ripening,' Li Jun tells himself.

Staring at the arrogant smile plastered at Jiang Ru's face makes his blood boil but he conceals all his emotion at his chest and tries to lighten up his mood.

"Good thing you two didn't end up together or I won't be able to date Hwei Ru." Li Jun chuckles while setting his hand to the lawyer's waist.

Jiang Ru cackles and taps Li Jun's shoulder, "We're cool unless you hurt my sister."

"I think Hwei Ru is the one who's going to hurt me." The executive makes fun of the threat Jiang Ru pertains to him while staring at the beautiful woman.

He admits sensing a sting in his heart. Wang Xiu is a woman that will always be a part of his life. But looking at the charming woman wrapped around his arm, he couldn't stop himself from taking a risk and liking the woman.

'Maybe I could love her the same way I did with Wang Xiu.' Li Jun tells himself.

"How about we continue this little talk inside?" Hwei Ru nudges Li Jun's shoulder.

"Yes, madam Long," The executives nod his head and reach for Hwei Ru's hand.

CEO Bao marches forward in front of the two lovers walking hand in hand towards the entrance of the venue.

The three of them were immediately greeted warmly by waiters holding a cold glass of champagne but it wasn't what caught Jiang Ru's attention.

The two charming women giggling at the hall a few steps away from the entrance enchanted him to join their little talk.

He slowly struts his way between the two women. Zhang Wang Xiu and Tang Hiu Ying.

"Isn't this a rare sight to see? Two of my ex-girlfriend hanging out together, laughing." Bao Jiang Ru sports the most charming smile on his lips while exchanging his gaze between the two women who express disgust over him.
