BACK TO SCHOOL

Kaius was currently looking in the mirror dressed for school. To say he was nervous was an understatement. He gave himself a pep talk inside his head trying to calm down.

'Calm down Kaius, you are a grown man what are this bunch of rats going to do to you, even if they touch you, you can beat their asses to tomorrow'

While he was having his mini pep talk Eve's monotone voice interrupted him. "Kaius you need to get going I believe your father is going to come looking for you any minute now" Just as Eve finished talking his father came in but he was unaware due to the fact that his hearing aids were not on.

He felt a tap on his shoulder which startled him an he immediately took a defensive stand. When he realized who it was he calmed down, it was his father.

His father looked at his ears and realized his hearing aid was missing. Kaius didn't want to waste anymore time by going to go fetch his earring aid so he signed to **What's going on?**his father. Oh one of the things he failed to mention in the beginning was that he knew ASL. His father signed him up when he was five years old. He never paid attention but when he went to the camp he self taught himself.

His father was surprised but his thought were simple.'huh guess the lesson paid off'. His father could also communicate in sign language so he started signing.

(A/N: when you see ** they are using ASL to communicate.pardon the interruption I'll leave now)

**We need to get going kaius, you're almost late for school and put on your hearing aid** his father signed slowly so he could understand. **got it, I'll be down in a sec** he signed back

In thirty minutes he arrived at the entrance of his school. He looked the tall building in front of him, lots of kid were swarming into the school like flies. Some were talking to their friends, some were on their phones, some where laughing, flirting, and some where even doing their homework.

He got out his car and walked into the school. Immediately he got in a teacher came to him taking him into the office. "Kaius welcome back, now that you're back make sure you catch up on your studies and if anyone bullies you can come find me" "Ok Miss Bluemoon" Miss Bluemoon was a teacher in her mid twenties. She was one of the few teacher who prevented him from getting bullied.

"Do you you still remember the way to your class?" Kaius nodded in reply."Well have a nice day"

....

He got to the front of his class took a deep breath and walked in. He knew what awaited him because he has been in this situation before. Nothing major happened as he took his seat well except for the fact that people where throwing him nasty glares, snickering, and whispering. He didn't as so much as give them a glance he just put his head on his table. He knew during lunch time everything was going to get much worse.

He remembered what happened. When he gets to the cafeteria he was going to be tripped and his food will end up pouring on the floor. He will then be forced to pick it up with hand. After that he will go to the restroom and have a bucket of cold water poured on him. His hearing aid will stop working because the battery got wet and he will have to spend the rest of the day in absolute silence and confusion and in wet clothes. He has to avoid this scenario at all cost!!!
