Poseidon's Shenanigans

"Aluna... How come they were here?" I asked as we reached the small spot where I always trained.

With a lake and trees full of fruit perfect for my immortal body to replenish itself, there was no need for me to have to go back to Olympus for a while.

To see Hephaistos maybe... I honestly still don't know how I feel about that Goddess, it isn't love... More like... Responsibility? That's right, I felt responsible for causing her to fall in love with me and for causing us to be married in the first place.

("They were asking something from me, my king...") Aluna said in my mind as she bent down in a hunting stance and lunged at me as I turned around and ki led her away.

"It needs to be faster... I've gotten stronger since last time... Tartarus truly is a great place to become stronger," I told Aluna as I got in my stance, dodging the right head of a mid-sized Cerberus.

Being my familiar, she could freely control her size and even gained her own ideal God-like form, something I hadn't expected but with the system seemed plausible.

"And what did they ask from you Aluna?" I asked as I grabbed the large rock from behind me and slammed it into Cerberus's side. I knew she could take hits, so I didn't hold back against a monster who was already much stronger than me, even with my newfound power.

"

("They wanted us to be their helpers... I told them you would need to give permission, I follow you only") Aluna said as she was pinned on the ground by me, who had tackled her and stopped Cerberus's attempts at an attack with my time manipulation.

'I... Should be more careful with that…' I thought to myself as a small flash of a memory of a tall man with large horns looking into a large woman's face, all with an innocent expression.

These were Cronus's memories, and I would have rathered to keep them away from my own mind... Who knows what that could do to me.

"Do what you want... I don't control you... Besides, Artemis isn't too bad... Though her prejudice towards men is annoying... This is supposed to be my forest" I said sighing as I sent Aluna away back to her pack and got to my usual workouts, but this time adding some time training...

"Throw the rocks at full power..." I said slowly as my breath slowed and Cerberus, following my orders, used every ounce of strength to throw a rock in her hand.

As I saw it flying toward me, I-

*Thwack!*

"Ugh!" I yelled out covering my eye as Ichor flowed out of it and Cerberus looked at me in horror. Sighing, I waited till I was fully healed and threw the rock back to Cerberus, giving the same command as last time.

I needed to get the time lock right, it would be helpful in future situations... though I do hope I can find more things to do with my time power...

...(3rd Pov)...

Outside of Olympus, in a snowy mountain, Poseidon was walking into a secret passageway. Upon entering he took off his cloak and stood before someone who had actually been killed not too long ago. "Hello, Hephaestus... I assume it is ready?" Poseidon asked with a small amount of pressure on the former Olympian.

Hephaestus still scarred up and half-blind due to the damage of Adonymos nodded grimly as he pressed a bronze button on a control panel.

"Just do this and I can be an olympian again?..." Hephaestus asked to make sure the deal was still on. "Hephaestus… stop acting like you deserve anything… and just come and do what I say.. After Zeus is dethroned I shall pick a better ruler… and finally we can be safe.

Hephaestus sighed and nodded as he handed a small knife that had come out of the steam after he'd pushed the button. "Careful with that… This thing is made from a being we have no business trying to fight…" Hephaestus warned Poseidon before packing away everything.

"Very good… with this… I'll get revenge for you Methis…" Poseidon said glaring at nothing as he thought of the other's he'd need to convince to help him…

"Don't touch her there!" Artemis yelled as an arrow zipped past Adon's face, causing him to look to the side as his hands were on one of her hunter's hips. "Artemis?... I'm helping her with her posture… Oh, I get it… if only I wasn't a man then I wouldn't be discriminated against…" Adon made a fake pouting expression as The Goddess Of The Hunt stepped forward and punched him in the arm.

"The only reason I allow you here is because you're a virgin! But I can't allow that to change due to one of my hunter's weak will against an attractive god" Artemis said, separating Adon and her hunter.

Adon wasn't fazed by this though as his eyes gleamed and he spun around grabbing Artemis from behind. "What was that?... Attractive God~" Adon said teasingly as he let go and stepped back, dodging the hunting knife of Artemis.

"We are going on a hunt!" Artemis yelled suddenly alerting the hunters as she started walking deeper into the southside of the forest.

"You know… I think I'll join," Adon said, coming in stride next to Aluna, who Artemis kept at her side as her own wolf. The wolf pack had now become packed with the hunters, promising to fight for and protect them as their own.

Artemis just glanced at Adon with a sigh and continued walking deeper into the forest with her hunters and Adon and his cute familiar Cerberus.

"We will be hunting any monsters that have managed to make their way into the forest, we will also be getting deer for dinner tonight... meet back here when you are finished... I guess you're coming with me..." Artemis said looking at Adonymos before disappearing in a flash of silver, almost as if challenging him.

"I see... Cerberus... find as many deer as you can and bring them back here... I'll work on the monster thing... and maybe get to know little Artemis a bit better" Adon said before flashing off as well, using Hermes sandals item that came from the system allowing him to go Mach 100 with no effort...

Bonus(Spies)

"Shhh, See they are running together," A hunter said in a hushed voice as they watched Adonymos and their Lady Artemis talking to each other. They had been told to go already, but how could they miss seeing Artemis talk to a man that wasn't her brother?

"Do you think he's captured Lady Artemis's, cold heart?" Another hunter said as they all giggled, liking the gossip. As they ran in the forest the hunters were still talking about what Adon could have done to win Artemis over.

They didn't know much about love being maidens who were not wanting to be Zeus's plaything, So any love experience had been stolen from them, just as something had almost been stolen from Artemis by the same god they all didn't like.

"What is this?" Artemis suddenly said a few moments after they were talking with Aluna by her side, it seemed she had cut her hunting early and had now caught them in the act!?

"L-Lady Artemis... 5 seconds?" One of the senior hunters asked with a fearful expression. Seeing Artemis nod, All the hunters ran into the forest to try and inevitably fail the Goddesses wrath...
