Orphanage

After giving birth to their daughter on the 18th of November her parents named her kaguya otsutsuki and delivered her to an orphanage where they believed they would take good care of her as her parents believed they weren't capable of caring for a child.

After spending the first few days after her birth sorting out her memories of her past life, which now feels like it happened an eternity ago after receiving kaguya's memories. She would spend her time mostly trying to get a grasp of her new infantile body and the rest of her time was spent eating and sleeping.

(Time skip 2 years)

In her two years at the orphanage kaguya has had to deal with a lot of pitying gazes of the careers, it appears they thought she was blind and that that may have been the reason as to why her parents gave her away but you can also see the slight doubt in their faces when they observed Kaguya her movements and actions it all put a doubt in the back of their minds that she may not be blind.

By the end of her second year at the orphanage the carers doubts had been pointed out as the truth as you could clearly see Kaguya reading a book all by herself in the corner of the living room. Non of the carers had taught her to read nor write so this was something that she had taught herself and they were astonished.

'This girl must be a genius!' All the carers in the room thought in unison, especially one called Akari she was the youngest among the carers and could be seen playing with kaguya frequently she knew Kaguya was smart for a child being able to finish complex puzzles quite easily but to teach herself how to read is mind boggling.

'Why won't they leave along especially that younger one she keeps coming up to me everyday and putting a different puzzle in front of me it so annoying' Kaguya thought to herself annoyed that she can't ever get any time to herself in this place.

"Hey I thought she was blind so how is she reading?" one of the carers whispered to the one next to her but Kaguya to hear causing her to become more annoyed.

"Yeah I know I thought the same but maybe she was born with a quirk or something?" The carer replied back this continued for awhile until it was time for bed but Kaguya didn't go to sleep, no she waited for every one else to fall asleep and then started training her chakra just trying to get in touch with it as she still has awakened her chakra yet.

(Time skip 1 year)

Not a lot happened in the first half of the year after awakening her chakra Kaguya started training her chakra control by sticking toys and the likes to her body and found out that she has incredible chakra control, she would also sneak out into the back garden sometimes where no one can see her and activate her byakugan and start training that as well as taijutsu and some endurance but nothing that will hurt her little body.

Towards the second half of the year the carers were certain that she was born with a quirk but they didn't know what it did and because they worried they took her to the doctor as quirks to do with your eyes can have side effects from minor things like dry eyes to the more serious side like blindness. When they arrived at the doctors the carer was asked lots of questions but It was Kaguya who answered, surprised, perhaps the doctor was not expecting a three year old child to be able to speak full sentences.

Kaguya explained how her eyes give her a vision of 360 degrees around her and allows her to see all living things in certain radius as colours even through trees and buildings.

The doctor was very impressed with her abilities at such a young age not just her quirk but her ability to communicate and use more complex phrases. He asked if there were any side effects of using her eyes and she explained how she has no side effects just that when she uses her quirk veins bulge out around her eyes and she proceeded to show them.

When they returned to the orphanage there was a couple there together with a young child who she hadn't seen before, probably looking to adopt someone.

"Ah there they are now Kaguya please come over here and introduce yourself" the owner of the orphanage said towards Kaguya in a cheerful tone.

'What there here for me but I wasn't even here so they decided they wanted to meet me from my paper work alone' Kaguya thought

"Yes ma'am I'll be right over" Kaguya replied in a respectful tone.

"My she's so polite for someone so young" the lady previously talking to the owner said.

"Yes she is also very intelligent having taught herself how to read and write" the owner replies with a smile.

'Hopefully Kaguya can get adopted today it will be sad to see her go but this way she will have a sister of similar age to her own'

"Hello my name is Kaguya Otsutsuki nice to meet you!" Kaguya replied in a polite but excited way. 'Hopefully if I get adopted I'll be able to get some peace and quiet for once'

"Hello Kaguya my name is Kyotoku Jiro, this is my wife Mika Jiro and this is our daughter kyoka we like to ask you some questions is that alright?" Kyotoku asked Kaguya.

After introductions were over the five of them went to then owner's office to talk some more about Kaguya hobbies and interests basically getting to know each other better although the question did come up of "Is Kaguya blind" which did not appear to visibly get a reaction out of Kaguya but on the inside she was a little more than annoyed. But after being told that she was born with a quirk they got resolute to adopt her.

And so Kaguya was adopted Into Kyoka Jiro's family and now her new life can truly begin.
