Episode 4

21st April 2017, Friday

It's been a month or two since the sleep over that Jungwoo had. He's been keeping in touch with Min-ji and Ji-yoo even though he has a very tight schedule. He was trying his best to cheer Ji-yoo up when he was a bit late to video call Min-ji and Ji-yoo. Ji-yoo is a young kid but understand his situation and condition. Jungwoo is happy that he's mature and understands his situation. Even though he was pressured a lot, he still manages to contact Ji-yoo and Min-ji. But there's just one simple problem, every time he video calls Min-ji and Ji-yoo even texting Min-ji he keeps on blushing and wants to just hug her and date her so bad. But he controls himself. He's scared that Min-ji won't feel the same way towards him and everything will just break. He doesn't want to risk his friendship just because he likes Min-ji so he's just tryin as best as he can to hide his feelings towards Min-ji. Min-ji and Ji-yoo always watches Jungwoo's showcases, interviews, and events that he'll be attending. They always remember to sit at the living room and watch him on the TV to make sure that he's doing well. Even though Jungwoo can't really talk to them for a long time, at least they know that Jungwoo's condition isn't getting worse. Min-ji was getting a bit concern about his health cause he looked so exhausted and looked like he barely got enough of rest when he sees Jungwoo on the TV screen. At the end of the day, she always reminds Jungoo to eat well and stay healthy despite his tight schedule. She's scared that Jungwoo will work to hard and he ended up getting sick. Jungwoo just blushed and was very happy every time Min-ji told him to eat healthy, get enough of sleep and others, knowing that Min-ji cares for him just made his feelings towards Min-ji more and more. Sometimes at the weekends, Jungwoo will visit Min-ji and Ji-yoo's house to spend time with them. At least he can hang out with Ji-yoo cause he doesn't want Ji-yoo to worry about him a lot. Ji-yoo also knows that he actually has no father and his biological father left him cause he was to busy, that's what his mother told him. But even so he feels like he doesn't need his biological father. Jungwoo has been a father to him even though he knows that they aren't related by blood. He hasn't told Jungwoo and he hasn't even told him mother cause they will be so shocked. He just kept it to himself and he knows that Jungwoo will end up being his father cause he knows that his mother likes Jungwoo, he's just waiting for the right time where they would date each other and maybe even getting married.

Jungwoo is in his office when suddenly his teammates called him cause his boss/Mr. Kim told them to go to the meeting room cause there was something that he wanted to discuss about their schedules and stuff. Jungwoo followed them to the meeting room and was a bit nervous but tries to hide it. He was nervous cause every time Mr. Kim wants to talk to them about schedules and stuff, it's just making him stressed out and exhausted especially cause Mr. Kim involved it with a meeting, he must've changed the schedule a lot. Jungwoo sat on his seat in the meeting room a prepared his phone to write his new schedules. Mr. Kim got in the meeting room and Jungwoo prepared himself for the worse. "So as you know, you guys are having lots of things to do these day including going to showcases, interviews, and many other events." Mr. Kim said. "Since you guys know already, i'm going to change your schedule today so prepare for the worse." Mr. Kim said. "I expect you guys to understand you tight schedule because you guys are globally successful and your fans expect the best out of you guys and expects you guys to be more professional and more talented." Mr. Kim added. "So tomorrow, we will be having a flight to go to the U.S and we will be staying there for a month or two." Mr. Kim said. Jungwoo was shocked and stopped typing for a sec. He tried his best to not show his shocked expresion and tried his best to not gasp. His other teammates looked shocked and stared at Jungwoo. They know about Min-ji and Ji-yoo and they are also friends with them cause Jungwoo once introduced them. They could see that Jungwoo was so exhausted and stressed out before Mr. Kim ever told him about this. They could see that by the way he act and sometime he fainted after performing on stage. He told them not to tell Min-ji and Ji-yoo about that cause he didn't want them to care about his condition. They know that this must be harder for Jungwoo to process especially cause he has a friend who's literally still a young kid. They also know that it's harder for Jungwoo cause he's the main singer, the main dancer, the center, the visual, and also the youngest member which means that he's more popular then all of them and he has to work harder then them cause fans expect more from him. Jungwoo gulped and started to type again. The meeting went on and on and at the end the meeting ended. His teammates followed Jungwoo to his office to comfort him cause they could see that Jungwoo really wants to give up. He sits on his chair and starts to let out a big sigh while closing his eyes. "What is Mr. Kim thinking? Doesn't he know that i'm already this exhausted? Yet he just made it even worse. How am i suppose to tell Min-ji and Ji-yoo about this? What is Ji-yoo going to say?" Jungwoo said. "Min-ji and Ji-yoo will understand your situation. Don't think to much about it. They know that you are a popular person from a kpop group that's globally successful and popular. Of cores they will understand that your schedules will get tougher and tougher." Dong-hyun, the oldest member said. "Hah... i just hope that our tight schedules will stop sooner or later." Jungwoo said letting out a big sigh. They hugged Jungwoo to comfort him then after talking it out with him trying their best to not make Jungwoo upset and give up, they left his office room and Jungwoo was just lying down on the sofa that was in his office.

After the long day Jungwoo went to a cafe to buy some pastries and a cup of tea. He checked his phone and it was 7pm. He put on his hoddie cap and walked normally like a local so no fans will identify him. He walks to Min-ji's house and ring the door bell. Min-ji rushed to open the door and when she opened the door, she was shocked seeing Jungwoo at her doorstep this late. "Jungwoo what ar-" Min-ji was about to say something but Jungwoo cut her off before she can complete her sentence. "We need to talk. Can i come in?" Jungwoo asked with a serious tone. Min-ji nodded thinking that there must be something serious going on with Jungwoo. Jungwoo got in Min-ji house and Min-ji closed the door then follows Jungwoo to her living room. "Where's Ji-yoo?" Jungwoo asked. "He was tired so he slept." Min-ji said. "At 8?" Jungwoo said. "Yea, i don't know he's been so tired lately." Min-ji said. Jungwoo sits on a couch in the living room and Min-ji sat beside him but not to close. "So?" Min-ji asked. Jungwoo took a deep breath and starts to get a bit nervous but controls himself so Min-ji wouldn't get confused. "I'm, i'm going to the U.S tomorrow." Jungwoo said. Min-ji was in shock and she couldn't say anything. "My boss just informed me today about this and i'll be staying in the U.S for a month or two." Jungwoo added. Min-ji didn't say anything. "I hope you and Ji-yoo will understand. I will be back and try to spend more time with both of you once i come back to South Korea." Jungwoo said. "It's okay. Don't worry much. I understand your situation." Min-ji said calmly. Jungwoo was shocked at Min-ji's mature act. He taught that Min-ji will be mad at him for not telling her earlier. "i already knew that you had to got to the U.S sooner or later." Min-ji added. "As long as you're going to be safe there, i'm fine with it. I will try to make Ji-yoo understand your situation too." Min-ji said. Jungwoo smiled, he was realived that Min-ji understand his situation but he was also sad to be leaving Min-ji again. "Y-you're not mad?" Jungwoo said nervously. "No, at least this time you told me before you left." Min-ji said. "Just call me anytime you want. I'm not forcing you to call me everyday." Min-ji added. "Thanks" Jungwoo said. "No problem" Min-ji said while smiling at Jungwoo. In the outside, Min-ji seems to be perfectly fine about this but in the inside, she feels really hurt and wanted to cry so bad cause she's scared that something wrong will happen there in the U.S. "Are you sure you're okay with this?" Jungwoo asked. Min-ji couldn't hold it in anymore and hugged Jungwoo. Jungwoo hugged back and pat her back. "Please, please don't make this harder for me to accept." Min-ji said while crying. "I will be back soon and i promise to spend more time with you and Ji-yoo once i come back." Jungwoo said trying to comfort Min-ji. "Do you really have to leave this way?" Min-ji said. "I can't do anything at this point" Jungwoo said while brushing her hair. Min-ji just cried and she finally let go of Jungwoo and looked at him. "Don't need to be sad. You know that i'll still keep in touch with you some way or another." Jungwoo said wiping of Min-ji tears that were flowing on her cheeks. "Just take care of Ji-yoo. It'll be harder for him to process." Jungwoo said and Min-ji nodded. Not long after that Jungwoo left Min-ji house and Min-ji went to her balcony to get some fresh air. "I wish i could tell you how i felt towards you so you can understand why i cried and hugged you." Min-ji said. "I just don't want to lose you again." Min-ji said.
