Episode 6

1st May 2017, Monday

It's been a week since Mr. Kim informed Jungwoo about his offer in being the main actor in a movie that he was offered. Jungwoo eventually worked and the shooting wasn't done yet until now. The producers made sure that he remembers his line and what to do during the set so for now, Jungwoo and the other actors are still memorizing their lines. Since Jungwoo had to juggle his schedule from going to showcases, events and interviews, to practicing in the Entertainment building, then going to another Entertainment building to practice his line. The other members knew about this the other day cause Mr. Kim had no other way but to tell them. They were so shocked and surprised. No wonder Jungwoo was so sensitive, exhausted and most of the time in a bad mood, it's because of what he's currently doing. Mr. Kim is one of the best bosses the other members including Jungwoo, has ever met. He's not like other bosses. He care of his idols to stay healthy no matter what and even bonded so they're practically friends with Mr. Kim. The more Mr. Kim saw Jungwoo, the more he wonders if Jungwoo is doing fine or not. Jungwoo just keeps on lying so people don't need to worry about him. Most of the time, after performing in showcases, he faints and when he wakes up he acts if nothing happened and when people ask him is he's fine or not, he just lies and says that he's fine.

Jungwoo felt guilt piling up on his shoulders. He still called Ji-yoo and Min-ji even though he has such a tight schedule. Ji-yoo kept on asking why is he so distracted and tired but Jungwoo just weakly smiles and told both Min-ji and Ji-yoo to not worry about him telling them that he's fine. Jungwoo hasn't told Ji-yoo or Min-ji about this. Even Mr. Kim hasn't told the public and the producers of the movie hasn't even released the cast crew or a trailer so no one knows about Jungwoo's situation. Jungwoo was talking with Jun-seo. One of the team members in his group and his also the one who mostly produce music in the group. The others just make the lyrics and others while Jun-seo made the beats and remixes and mix it up to make good music. He came to Jun-seo cause he's the only one he can currently reach out to then the other members. He walked in Jun-seo's office and nocks before getting in cause Jun-seo is more of the quite one in the group, mature one, and the cold and dead serious one in the group and Jungwoo didn't want to mess with him. "What should i do Jun-seo?" Jungwoo said after explaining everything to Jun-seo while Jun-seo was on his PC focusing while listening to Jungwoo's conversation. He turned his chair and looked at Jungwoo after a few seconds that Jungwoo asked that question. He looked at Jungwoo and realizes that Jungwoo really needs some advice and help. He looks exhausted and frustrated all mixed into one. He looked like as if he wants to quit and give up. "I think it's better if you tell Min-ji and Ji-yoo first before they heard about that from the public and found out that you were lying. It could also decrease your stress level since you don't have that guilty feeling in your system anymore since you already told them" Jun-seo said calmly. "Hah... you're right. They will get upset that i didn't tell them earlier. Maybe Ji-yoo won't but Min-ji will" Jungwoo said letting out a big sigh while looking up at the celling and closing his eyes. "Look, you look way out of exhausted. You need some rest or you won't be healthy." Jun-seo said who's concern about Jungwoo's health. He's been like this in the 1st year of being in the group and now the 3rd or maybe 4th year of being in the group. He knows that this year is different cause Jungwoo finally had new friends but had to stay active with them cause he doesn't want to lose them again. "I'm sure if Min-ji and Ji-yoo loved you and care about you, they will understand that you have to be in the states longer then they expected." Jun-seo said. "Yea, yea you're right" Jungwoo said while rubbing his face. "They said that they are still choosing the place to shoot the movie. So far the producers are Americans but when i see the actors, over all they're Asians. Maybe i could convince them to shoot the movie in Korea" Jungwoo said. "What kind of genre is the movie?" Jun-seo asked. "Romantic comedy." Jungwoo said. "Hm... Korea is a clean place with many beautiful sceneries. If you get to convince them, then you can go back to Korea after 2 months being here in the states." Jun-seo said. "Mr. Kim also said that for your health, they wouldn't make concert or tour schedules especially cause we just finished our tour a year ago." Jun-seo added. "Good then, i'll just talk to the producers and Mr. Kim" Jungwoo said. "Yea." Jun-seo said. Jungwoo thanked Jun-seo then he left Jun-seo's office and walked to his office. He still has time to convince the producers in shooting the movie in Korea. He looked at his phone, it's still 2pm and the meeting with the actors will start at 4. He just needs to tell the producers after the meeting ends.

It's now 6pm, the meeting ended and everyone was excused to leave the meeting room. Jungwoo told the producers that he wanted to talk to them after the meeting was over. They agreed and now Jungwoo is in the meeting room alone with the 2 producers. Mr. Kim was busy with the other members in his singing group. "So what did you wanted to talk about Jungwoo?" Mr. Brown said. "So i heard that you guys haven't found a place to shoot the movie right? You guys were still choosing either to shoot the movie in Korea or the states right?" Jungwoo said and both of them nodded. "Well, i was thinking, it'll be best if we shoot the movie in Korea." Jungwoo said. "If you guys are wondering why, well it's because in Korea, we have beautiful sceneries, there's many sets where we could visit to shoot the movie and since most of the actors are Asian, it'll be better to shoot it there cause it's close to their hometown." Jungwoo added. "Well, you're right. We've checked and there are plenty of places where we could shoot the movie." Mr. Smith said. Mr. Brown and Mr. Smith needed some time to talk and discuss about this so Jungwoo just stayed quiet. "Okay, we'll shoot the movie in Korea, we will inform the others that we'll be shooting in Korea." Mr. Brown said after discussing it with Mr. Smith. "Thank you, thank you so much" Jungwoo said excitingly while bowing down and he left the meeting room happily. His driver came to pick him up and drive him back to the Entertainment building and Jungwoo got in the black van.

After leaving the practice room all exhausted Jungwoo texted Min-ji.

Jungwoo:

Hi Min-ji. I need to tell you something

Min-ji:

Okay, what is it.

Jungwoo:

It's better if i tell you this now rather then you know this from the public. I took part in being one of the main actors in a movie.

Min-ji:

So you're going to be there in the states longer?

Jungwoo:

I was, but i convinced the producer to just shoot it in Korea so i'm only going to be in the states for 2 months then comeback to Korea

Min-ji:

That's a relief i taught you were going to tell me that you're going to stay in the states longer.

Jungwoo:

Well, i successfully convinced the producers to shoot it in Korea, so you don't need to worry.

Min-ji:

Good then.

The conversation stopped there and Jungwoo washed his face then he video calls Min-ji so Ji-yoo and Min-ji could talk to him. After the video call he wore his PJs, and wen to sleep.
