*Pthu!*
Argen flew across the cave room and slammed into the rock, smacking his skull against it hard.
Scathath stood there in her fighting stance with no expression on her face, waiting for him to make another move.
Argen stayed stuck for a while before boosting off the wall, rocketing toward Scathath with a smile as he thought he finally caught the superior fighter off guard.
*Smack*
These thoughts were immediately gone as he slammed into the ground face first, Scathath's strength too much for him to avoid.
"Okay… I give up," Argen finally said, hoping to end their daily training session. It was only the second one, the first being even worse and having him bed ridden for a day.
"No," Scathath answered slamming her heel into his back, causing the breath to be knocked out of him.
"Get up," She said again kicking him up forcefully and also breaking a rib.
'Any time now Asfalis?' Argen asked as he started to taste blood. No answer, as usual.
"If you think the gods you try to fight will let you leave after you decide you're done then you're an idiot, you either kill or get killed, that's how it is in the battles…"
Argen nodded as he heard her, "sounds personal," He said hearing the slight shift in her tone.
Scathath ignored the comment and slammed her foot into the ground, rubble popping out of it.
Then, with a few swift kicks she send the rocks toward Argen at a speed that any normal person wouldn't be able to dodge, and neither could Argen.
The rocks buried themselves into his body, breaking a few more bones and causing him to be able to feel more blood.
"You may heal him just this once," Scathath said and instantly Argen's wounds healed, bringing him back to 100%
"Asfalis!" Argen yelled out in joy before the air was knocked out of his lungs again, courtesy to the fist drilling itself into his stomach.
Argen slammed into the cave wall and felt a crack, both in his body and in the wall.
"Ah… Fuck," Argen said cursing as he looked at Scathath, holding a wooden staff.
"Scathath, why must we-" Argen started to say trying to buy time before Scathath swung the staff at his leg.
'Fine damn it,' Argen thought to himself lifting his leg, thinking he could dodge it.
Midway though the trajectory of the staff changed and shifted up toward his head, causing him to widen his eyes as it smacked against the side of his head with a thud.
And just like that Argen was out again, much to the disappointment but not surprise of Scathath.
…
"Ahh… It's a beautiful day today, wouldn't you say?" Luke asked his company with a smile, the scar on his face not helping him seem friendly.
"What do you want? You summon me with fake gifts of music and have me stand on your boat? My sun chariot still needs to go around," Apollo, god of the sun and poetry, replied in his human disguised form.
"Oh well, I just wanted to say hello, to the man who has it all, fame, fortune, women, you must be the greatest god right?" Luke said nonchalantly as Apollo relaxed.
"Yes, I am the greatest god," Apollo said matter of factly. "So that's it?" He asked relaxed as he summoned a soda and took a swig.
"No, I just wanted you to let your guard down," Luke said snapping his fingers as black tendrils escaped his body, grabbing onto Apollo.
"Huh?" Apollo said confused before struggling against the black tendrils.
"You dare mortal!-" Apollo said before a Black tendril blocked his mouth, causing him to widen his eyes.
"I do dare… and I won't be a mortal for long, Lord Kronos has chosen someone new to take over, so now I am invincible, I need to ensure I won't be too weak… It's nothing personal," Luke said not looking at Apollo while golden light sucked into the tendrils.
Dark veins covered Apollo's body, sucking hips godly energy with the tendrils.
"Who knew this Hawaiian magic would come in handy, those gods were scary though…" Luke muttered to himself as the godly energy was transferred into himself.
"Good bye lord Apollo, I am now the sun god eh?" Luke said to himself with a smile as a large thud sounded out on the deck of his ship.
"Brother!" Artemis yelled as Apollo old body blew away into dust.
"Hello new sister, I hope we all get along great~" Luke said as golden energy gathered throughout his body, the power of the sun instilling itself into him.
——
"Havoc!" Argen yelled instinctively as the spear rushed toward his head. Getting a foot full in his mouth instead though made him realize what he had done.
"To rely on outside power or something that might not work will get you killed…" Scathath said readying her spear before seeing Argen's smile.
"Wreck Havoc," He said smiling as the hole in the sky opened up, revealing the silver dragon with red eyes.
Havoc roared, letting his energy fly down toward them with full strength.
"Reverse, times 100," Scathath said as green energy circled her spear as it connected with the energy.
The world was silent as Argen looked on at Scathath, his eyes wide as the energy disappeared. He didn't say anything as the woman moved slowly and smoothly, moving her feet slowly and making short hand motions with her eyes closed.
Then, the moment that made Argen catch a breath, Scathath's eyes opened with slight green energy in them, just like his silver energy.
"Scaoileadh." (Release)
Scathath pushed her hands toward the ground slowly and relaxed, then, with a burst, all the energy gathered from Havoc's blast released from the top of her head and spiraled back toward Havoc in a controlled blast, confusing and surprising the dragon.
"I don't like using their powers… Never have me do that again, gods are disgusting creatures."
With these words Scathath turned away as the energy blasted into Havoc, tearing up the dragon and splitting the sky in the shadow realm.
"Scil Speisialta, Cumhacht Dhiaga,"(Special Skill, Divine Power) Was all Argen heard as Scathath walked back to the cave to help with Law's training.
——
"She used it," A manly figure sitting on a throne said smiling as he opened his eyes, green energy swirling in his eyes.
This was the Celtic god Dagda, the god associated with Agriculture.
"And we know where she is now… Soon Scathath, Soon."
