We landed in India just now, I spoke to papa already he asked us to go home and then come to hospital after freshening up because Mom is sleeping now. So, we went home directly. Arjun and Veer went to Veer's room. Anshu and I went to my room. We got freshened up, and had some coffee and snacks.

Papa has just come home for freshening, he was very happy meeting Veer, Anshu and Arjun. After we four went to hospital. Papa asked us to wait so that we can all go together. But I asked papa to rest a while and we'll be there at hospital. On our way to hospital, I was confused, whether Veer will be okay to meet my mom. So, I asked him, "Veer if you're not comfortable in meeting mom, then you don't have. You can outside while we go inside and meet her."

He replied, "It's okay, Misti. I don't have any problem meeting aunty, because she has always been a motherly figure to me. I don't want to question her doings, because she did whatever she thought is in your best intrests. So, I don't hold anything against her."

I said, "Thank you Veer." He replied, "It's okay Misti."

After driving fo 20 minutes we reached hospital. We three got down and Veer went to park the car and we were waiting for him. It was the same hospital where Veer was working earlier. I was little scared about how am I going to react. And what am I going to say if she asks me to forgive her. I've no idea what I'm going to do. I was in my own thoughts, then someone hugged me side-wise. I turned around to look who it was. It was Arjun.

He smiled and said, "Don't get so worked up, do whatever your heart says." I smiled at him. Then Veer came and we started moving inside. We were standing outside the room and my hands were shaking to open the door. Veer and Arjun both of them kept their hands on my either shoulders to give me support. I opened the door slowly, and I peeped in to see if my Mom is awake or not.

But what I saw in just blew my mind. Nikhil Ahuja was there inside, sitting beside my mom and they were talking something. I immediately closed the door, I don't want to face Nikhil now. I need some time, but what is he doing here. Everyone was shocked seeing my reaction. Veer asked me, "Misti, what happened?" I whispered, "Nikhil is there inside."

Arjun caught my one arm and made me look at him. He then cupped my face with his one hand and said, "Dhrithi, you came here for your Mom. You shouldn't be afraid of anyone. You have to face him some or the other day, so why not today. But first let us see why is here and what are they doing?" I nodded my head because I've to know why did he come here. So, I opened the door slowly and peeped in again to hear what he's talking. This time Veer, Arjun and Anshu also peeped in to see what he's doing inside.

Nikhil: Mom do you really think, Dhrithi will come here?

Mrs. Saxena: Yes, beta. She'll definitely come because she loves me.

Nikhil: I hope this time our plan will work out and we must succeed in convincing Dhrithi for marriage.

Mrs. Saxena: We'll definitely succeed. First we'll ask sorry for whatever we did with Veer and that will make things easy for us. Seeing me in this condition, she'll say agree for whatever I ask. Then, I'll ask her to get married to you.

Nikhil: I hope everything goes well. I think she might be coming, I'll wait in the next room and come inside later, when it's required.

Mrs. Saxena: Okay and don't forget to apologize to Veer, because he'll definitely come with her. Don't mess it up, be good with Veer.

Nikhil: As you say Mom.

I was shocked hearing them, so she again plotted against me. I just stood there, Nikhil came and opened the door and he stood frozen seeing me. I quickly regained my senses and said, "Excuse me Mr. Ahuja." Then he moved aside, but he was still shocked and fear was clearly evident on his face whether I've heard their conversation.

I moved inside and stood infront of mom, My mom tried to get up and hug me, but I moved back. She said, "Beta will you not hug your Mom? I know I did a big grave mistake, but please don't punish me like this. I'm sorry for whatever I've done, I realized that I've done very wrong with you and especially with Veer. I shouldn't have done that and I'm extremely ashamed of myself. Please forgive me."

She then turned towards Veer and said, "Veer I'm sorry for putting you in such a horrible situation. I know you will never say no to me and I took advantage of it. Even after knowing about friendship, I did a mistake of seperating you both. And I'm sorry for that. Please forgive me, I'm very much ashamed of myself for all my doings."

I went near her and hugged her side-wise and said, "It's okay Mom, don't say sorry to many times." Then I turned towards Veer and asked him to come near. He wasn't understanding anything, he was standing still. So, I asked him again, "Veer come here, don't be angry on Mom. Forgive her, she's feeling sorry. Look at her condition, she has become so pale and lost. She is feeling guilty."

I then looked at my mom and said, "Sorry mom, I shouldn't have left like that. I hurt you a lot. I'm the reason behind your condition. Please forgive me Mom."

She said, "Beta, don't say sorry. I was at fault and whatever you did was right. You have every right to be angry at me. Next time, please don't leave me like that."

I said, "I'll never leave you Mom." I then looked at Nikhil, who is still standing at the door and looking down. I asked my Mom, "But mom what is he doing here?"

She replied, "He's feeling very bad about whatever he has done. He's missing you a lot. When he got to know about my condition, he came here running to see me. He even apologized me that because of him you're angry with me and left me alone. He even wanted to ask sorry to you both, he asked me your details. I said I don't know anything about your whereabouts but you'll come here today. So, he came today to meet you and apologize to you both."

She then called Nikhil to come near her, when he came near her, she said, "Beta why are you standing there. You said you wanted to apologize to her right. Say sorry to her."

Nikhil turned towards me, he held my both hands. I tried to free my hands but he held it tightly, Arjun was about to step in, but I gestured him to stay still.

Nikhil said, "I'm sorry baby, I was jerk to you. I shouldn't have done that. I shouldn't have asked you to choose any one between us. I know how important Veer is to you. But out of jealousy, I messed it up. I wanted your whole undivided attention, so I behaved like a jerk and did all those stupid things. But now, I realized how wrong I was. I realized that I cannot live without and need you every moment in my life. I'm sorry for everything, but please don't leave me."

I looked away, he then went towards Veer and said, "Veer I'm sorry. I still remember when I came to your hospital to apologize to you. You said don't ever put Dhrithi in situation to choose one among us. But knowingly or unknowingly I did the same mistake. I shouldn't have done that to you. I have no right to ask you to stay away from Dhrithi. You were friends from your childhood, you mean world to each other. But still in my jealousy I have hurt you both. I'm sorry Veer, please forgive. Now I realized my mistake. I'll never do such stupid things again. I'll never ask you to stay away from Dhrithi, I promise. Now I'll make sure nothing goes wrong. But please forgive me."

Veer replied, "I don't know what to say. I'm leaving it on Misti. I'm okay with whatever decision she makes."

My mom then said, "Dhrithi, even Veer has no problem. Please forgive Nikhil, I've seen him suffering without you. Don't leave him, he loves you a lot. Everyone does mistakes, but now he realized his mistakes and he'll never repeat those mistakes. Think about it."

I then looked at my mom and said, "What do you want me to do mom?"

She replied, "I want you to get married to him. That'll will be best for all of us."

I looked at Nikhil and then turned towards my Mom and said, "Okay Mom, as you wish."

She immediately hugged me and said, "Thank you so much, I know you'll never say no to me. I know even you love Nikhil so much and you'll agree for this marriage."

I broke the hug and said, "Is it so easy for you to betray me and plot against me?"
