Ch-6 Revealing powers of Mega kid

Now the most difficult part of their mission was about to begin. George was still not knowing that how were they going to deal with thousands of troops inside fully armed with high tech guns. Joe understood that worried expression on George's face and said, "leave it to me". George relaxed but was still curious to know what Joe has planned. In the middle of the way there was a troop's hall. Joe gave a strange goggles and said to wear it. George wore it without any question and saw a grey coloured box in Joe's hand. Now, George's curiosity reached its limits and he asked what's in your hand. You will see Joe simply replied.

Joe hacked lock of the door and kicked it and threw the grey box in the middle of the room. The box bursted like a bomb but it didn't blew like it. It started glowing like a strong flash light and all of a sudden all the soldiers were acting strange. George asked ,what happened to them. Joe said that the box is a kind of light bomb the soldiers won't be able to see any thing for at least ten minutes, that time is enough for us to cross the hall. George and Joe ran towards the other door of hall and reached a passage.

They crossed the hall and locked the door so that guards can't attack from behind. After the door there was a long passage with no guards on sight. George started to rush towards the end of passage but Joe stopped him and said, wait a minute something is strange here. We are at a place under a forest witch have illegal weapons and army of guards with no backup plans isn't this strange enough for you George said humorously. But Joe was thinking that every place they entered and every passage they crossed was highly guarded but this passage was not having a single guard.

George understood the doubt in Joe's mind and said let me check, he took out a small cage with a rat in it and let the rat go. After several steps of rat an automated gun appeared and grinded it with bullets. Joe's doubt was proved correct here. Joe took out his laptop, a Bluetooth drive and three balls. He connected the drive with laptop and rolled the balls in the way where rat went and some lasers appeared. Now they were able to see lasers but still weren't able to cross them

But George had plans for that too, he took out a magnifying glass from his bag and started to walk. Joe was still confused so he stopped George from moving further and asked what are you doing. George smiled and said that these lasers work when a moving abject comes in their way but what if we deflect them with the help of this lens and make our way. Joe agreed with that point, but he was shocked to see a ten year old kid acting smarter that a scientist like him, but there was still risk so Joe said that he will go first when he will reach the next end he will slide the glass towards him. George agreed with his point and let him go first.
