assembly

Over the next two days Garfield and Musa kept their relationship secret and declared his room a romance free zone until her roommates know about them due to them being able to burst in at any time.

They also kept training their mind magic in the tower after Garfield trained her and the specialists after classes in weapons and hand to hand combat.

Aisha also became the headmistress's secretary during this time, with Bloom pushing her to accept the position to find out something about the previous headmistress.

"Sup? Is Bloom still pretending she's not upset by the gossip about her?" Musa asks, entering the room in front of Dowling's office where Bloom and Aisha are having their breakfast together.

Aisha nods at this with a smirk.

"Are you still pretending to not be upset about your roommate's brother dumping you and moving on, on the same day?" Bloom challenges.

"I'm not." Musa says insistently, sitting down on a shelf.

"Sure." Bloom says rolling her eyes.

"Hey guys, did anyone else notice Stella freaking out about being outshined by her mother all day?"

Terra asks, entering the office shortly after Musa.

"You could hide your enjoyment a bit more you know." Musa says laughing lightly.

"Oh could I? We'll have to see at the assembly." Terra replies with a grin.

"You guys don't have to do this you know. You don't have to rearrange your breakfast plans just for me. I'm fine. Really, I'm fine." Bloom says, looking around her friends guiltily.

"Well, I'm gonna go work on my paper before the assembly, so see you later." Bloom says, getting up and leaves the room.

"For the record, she's not fine." Musa informs them, having picked this up with her magic.

"What about you? You're an empath it's hard to imagine you'd be just OK with Sam breaking up with you." Aisha asks, making Terra also look at Musa worried.

"I'm over it, honestly." Musa tells them with a grin.

"What did you see in him anyways? Sam's so boring." Terra asks.

"He has a nice sound. His emotions sound nice you know." Musa answers.

"And you don't miss that?" Aisha asks poking the wound.

"No, I've found someone sounding even better." She admits, raising her eyebrows with a coy smile.

"Ohh, do tell. Who is it? James, Henry? Gwen?" Terra asks cheerfully.

"No, no and what?" Musa answers laughing.

|Meanwhile at the schools entrance|

Stella, Sky and Garfield are waiting for the Queen's arrival.

"It's only half a day, don't worry." Sky tells the girl, standing tall next to her with Garfield sitting on the stairs bored.

"Half a day of everyone treating her like she's the sun." Stella frowns annoyedly.

"I won't. Why am I even here?" Garfield says grumpily.

"Mrs. Dowling said that my mom wants you present." Stella says not liking him being there.

"This whole burned one assembly she's doing. It's only to check on my progress." Stella says disappointed.

"Hah, what progress." Garfield laughs.

"I'll check in later. You should probably go now." Stella tells Sky, ignoring Garfield's taunt.

Two black cars then pull up and the Queen steps out of one on them, going over to Stella, kissing her cheek while saying "Oh Stella, you look stunning."

"Hi mum." The blonde princess replies.

"Hello queen Luna." Garfield says rolling his eyes at the pretend show.

"Garfield. Good to see you're still alive. I wasn't sure when I got no reply after my last message on your mission." She says.

"Phe as if 10 burned ones stand a chance, though they got in a few good hits to be fair." He says, touching one of the large scars on his body.

"You two know each other?" Stella asks surprised.

"Yeah. We know each other all too well." He says, getting up and giving the queen a quick hug.

Later that day Dane tries to apologize to Terra for the video of him joking about her but she sends him away, being not as forgiving as he hoped.

"Queen Luna. If there is anything you need, feel free to tell me." Aisha greets the queen, who heads to the headmistress's office with Silva, Dowling, Harvey and Garfield.

"Thank you Aisha, but I'm not as high maintenance as you think." The queen replies, entering the office.

When the five of them are inside Aisha finds a secret listening device on accident and uses it to spy on the teachers, overhearing that Callum has been killed.

"Callum was killed in your office and you're telling me you haven't found out who did it?" The queen demands to know.

"No. They didn't leave much of a clue. All I could tell is that it was a powerful fairy." Garfield answers, leaning against a post with crossed arms.

"No one asked you, failed experiment. " the queen shoots back angrily.

"You do know that I'm stronger than you right?" He asks with a light growl, his head developing wolfish features.

"Oh? You think so?" She asks, using her control over light to make him see whatever she wants him to, going towards him but when she reaches him, he grabs her by her throat.

"I can still smell you Luna." He says, releasing her quickly, with her scoffing upset.

"You're lucky I need you to take out the burned ones otherwise I'd have you killed for this." The queen tells Garfield.

"I missed you too." He grunts annoyedly, leaving.

On the way to the assembly Aisha informs Bloom about what she just learned that Callum is dead and that Garfield knows. Bloom is pissed off at this and more than ever convinced that Dowling is hiding something, so she decides to look in the west wing for answers while everyone else is busy with the assembly.

When Aisha arrives, she sits down next to Terra, who is sitting next to Musa, with Garfield being the last one on their bench.

"No Bloom?" Garfield asks surprised.

"She's not feeling well." Aisha lies, getting a surprised look from Musa, who caught on to her lying but doesn't say anything.

"Hnn." Musa sighs, holding her head from the many emotions swirling around because of the mandatory assembly.

The Queen enters the stage moments later, using her powers to turn the room pitch black, Garfield uses this to kiss Musa, squeezing her hand supportively, before breaking the kiss and letting go of her hand with Luna turning the lights on again, shining a spotlight on herself.

"I bet Stella is miserable right now." Terra says, poking Musa's side.

"Let's find out." The empath says but turns to Garfield in surprise after looking at all of their teachers, who blocked the path to Stella.

"What is it?" Aisha asks quietly.

"I don't know. The teachers, they are all scared and freaking out." Musa reports.

"Do you know why?" She asks her secret boyfriend.

"They're still looking." He whispers.

"Yeah. Makes sense." Musa agrees.

"Something we should know?" Aisha asks, weary of Garfield even more than usual, after finding out about his knowledge of Callum's death.

"I'll tell you after the queen's speech." Musa promises her two roommates with them all turning their attention to the queen. Luna announces that multiple burned ones have appeared in Solaria and that the threat from these creatures is increasing. She asks the students to take this seriously and prepare themselves as best as they can.

After the assembly is over Garfield, Musa, Terra and Aisha hang behind to figure out what their teachers are up to.

"You. Tell us everything. I saw you enter Dowling's office with them and the queen." Aisha demands from Garfield.

"Alright I guess, Musa would tell you anyways. Just keep it between us alright? Callum isn't on vacation. A fairy killed him on the night of the party." Garfield says, surprising only Terra.

"And your dad made some kind of tool to find out who it is, I don't know how it works and when they're going to use it though." Garfield says, nodding at Terra.

"I saw him make the vial Dowling's holding. It uses the same crystals that are used in the vessel. It can track magic." Terra informs them.

"Which means... that it was someone not at the assembly. Otherwise, they'd be on their case already." Aisha guesses, nodding at the three huddled together teachers.

"Bloom wasn't here, but that's not possible right?" Terra asks worried.

"No. Bloom has the power but not the element or the control. The scene was left spotless." He says shaking his head.

"Well, who else was missing?" Musa asks, biting her nails nervously.

"Hard to say, the crowd was too big." Garfield sighs.

"What now then?" Terra asks.

"Nothing. We can't do anything at the moment we don't have enough information." Garfield says and the four head up to their rooms.

While all of this was happening in the East wing, Sky stumbled over Bloom and helps her look for information about Rosalind. They meet Beatrix and Riven in the abandoned wing as well, since the girl watched Bloom and uses this opportunity to get her alone. When the four of them are searching through old photos and documents they come across a locked door and Beatrix reveals that Riven is the one who told everyone that Bloom is a changeling, making the short-tempered boy leave with Sky following to confront him. When Sky catches him riven says that Sky shouldn't judge others when he's playing Stella while getting close to Bloom and that this is the reason the blonde girl told him the gossip in the first place.

After getting chewed out by who is supposed to be his best friend Sky leaves, texting Bloom to get out of the east wing and she lies, saying that she's already out and has to deal with roommate drama.

Unnoticed by Bloom Beatrix uses her powers to turn of the redhead's phone while they are going through records in the war room which Beatrix got them access to.

Bloom then finds out that she may be from a place called Aster Dell and Beatrix promises to bring her there, luring her in by stating that the only lead she found was because of her.

Being desperate to know about herself Bloom agrees and the two girls leave the academy in a stolen car from the queen's envoy.

|An hour after the assembly|

"Guys is Bloom here?" Sky asks stepping into the girls' suite, where Terra, Aisha and Musa are sitting on the couches, making a list of everyone present they can think of, with Garfield lying on the floor in front of their coffee table.

"Nope." Garfield says, glancing to the teen.

"Is this the suite drama she was talking about?" Sky asks, looking at the many pages scattered over the table.

"There is no Suite drama." Aisha replies dismissively.

"Well after I saw her in the east wing, she texted me there was. I wanted to make sure everything is fine." Sky says.

"You weren't at the assembly? Did you see anyone else not attending? Anyone, think." Terra rambles hoping he can help with their problem.

"Just Riven and Beatrix." He answers.

"Beatrix?" Musa asks, all of them getting on their feet.

"Yeah. She was with Bloom the last time I saw her." Sky answers.

"Not good. Musa and I will search the east wing. You three go to Dowling." Garfield says, getting nods in agreement and he leaves with Musa, rushing to the east wing and looking everywhere for the two girls, find no trace of them though.

"Do you think we should tell everyone?" Musa asks, grabbing Garfield's hand when they head out of the east wing.

"I don't care really. But you said that you don't want that because you have to feel everyone's opinion about our relationship then." Garfield says, rubbing over the back of her hand with his thumb.

"Yeah, but I don't know how much longer I want to hide it from Terra and the others. Sure, they are meddlesome but in the short time we know each other we're almost like sisters I feel." Musa says.

"Hey, if you want to tell them go ahead, it only makes things easier for me." He says grinning and kisses her briefly.

When the two run into Aisha, Sky and Terra they inform them that the teacher left to follow Beatrix and rescue Bloom.

So two around two hours later the teacher return to Alfea with a captured Beatrix and a distrustful Bloom who is starting to believe more and more the story Beatrix told her, that the three teacher killed everyone in their birthplace and imprisoned Rosalind for having had a change of heart regarding that mission.

When Bloom is back at Alfea she tells Dowling that Beatrix and her just went for a joyride.

After the brief talk with the headmistress Bloom gets pulled into a group hug from her roommates other than Stella.

The four girls then head back to their suite with Terra rambling on about her father lying to her and keeping secrets.

"Alright I can't anymore." Musa finally snaps.

"Can't what?" Terra asks worried.

"I have been keeping a secret from you all for the past few days." Musa answers.

"I'm dating Garfield. I just didn't know how to tell you, since you and him had a close relationship from the start, you hate him and he scares you." Musa says looking around her friends.

Terra breaks the awkward silence with a hearty laugh.

"I needed that. Thank you. But why Garfield? He's so... I don't know." Terra says, hugging her best friend.

"He's actually very great." Musa says smiling to herself.

"So have you and him... you know? I mean you sleep over there almost every night." Aisha asks curious.

"No." Musa replies quickly with them continuing on their way to their suite.

"What do you think about it?" Musa asks Bloom a little nervously.

"I'm happy for you. Gar is a great guy." Bloom says, faking a smile, while her mind drifts to Aisha informing her about Garfield being in on a secret with Dowling, meaning that maybe he isn't as trustworthy as she thought him to be.

"What the hell?" Terra's voice is then heard when she steps into their suite and sees Stella's room completely empty other than furniture.

"What's the ruckus? Oh, Bloom you're back. How're you doing? I guess Beatrix killing Callum was a bit of a shock huh?" He asks her, seeing her after stepping out of his room.

"Where are all of Stella's things?" Terra asks.

"Oh, yeah. Her mom pulled her out from school and is taking her back to Solaria." Garfield informs them, with Musa hugging herself to his arm, making him look at her surprised.

"I told them." She says pecking his cheek.

"Alright. If you think that's the right move." He replies, squeezing her hand supportively.
