My Past
Locus Flashback
August 12, 1840
I was just 18 years old. Me, Sam, Tony, Mason, James, and John decided to take a trip since it was summer break. We went to the south side of America. We wanted to go camping. And we did everything we wanted. I met these crazy boys in high school. I fought with a bully and they took my side. Since then we started becoming closer and closer. Now they became more than my friends, they became my brothers.
But we never knew that this trip and this place is going to change our lives. We got up in the morning as we decided to meet all of us at the train station so we can take the train to get halfway there then we can continue walking to the destination. We were supposed to meet at the train station by 4:430 PM. I got out around 4 PM.
"Locusssssss" John came yelling as I was sitting on the bench waiting for them, he ran toward me hugging me, I hugged him back then we heard another yell it was Sam Tony, Mason. Now only James is missing we grouped hugged when suddenly James coming jumping on our back.
Our group is now completed. We hugged as we did our group sign. Which is putting two fingers on top of each other and saying, brothers.
We got our tickets then waited for our train to arrive. We got in and it took us around 50 minutes to get to our stop.
We got off and began walking up into the camping woods. It took us around an hour and a half to get there. We began setting up after we found the best place to settle. We began setting up the tents. After we finished it was around 7 PM. It was starting to get dark. We sat the fire up and sat around the camping fire as we decided to grill the meat we brought with us.
After we ate and started talking it was around 9 PM so we decided to go to bed. We thought it best to sleep all together in one tent since we don't know what we could expect.
We got up early since we wanted to go around the woods to explore. We made sausage on the grill with chicken toast and orange juice, and we bought them in bottles. We decided to stay here for a couple of days only since we didn't bring a lot of food and drinks. We would get back as soon as we ran out of supplies.
We went out and explored the woods. We saw deer and birds. We stayed there until we got tired so we decided to go back and rest.
In the middle of the night, we were having fun laughing and joking with each other when we heard a strange voice as we began to look around. It was midnight around 11 PM when suddenly we heard a woman's voice. She was crying.
"What was that?" Sam asked and we all got up looking around.
"Did you guys hear it too?" I said.
"Yes we did," they all said.
When we started looking around we started walking around the camp. We all stayed together because we didn't want to separate from each other in the middle of the night without knowing what the noise was.
When we kept walking for at least 10 minutes, we got near the crying woman but we couldn't see anyone except we just kept hearing her crying.
"Hello?" I yelled then all the boys looked at me making me feel bad that I yelled. Since we don't know what the hell was going on.
And just like that, a group of boys and girls came out. They walked toward us and stopped right in front of us. There were 3 boys and 2 girls.
The girl had stopped when they came out then I knew that it was a lie and there wasn't anyone crying but it was them making the fake cry. I stood in front of the boys. I promised I would define them no matter what.
"What brings you here in our land?" one of the guys asked.
"your land?"John said as he looked at each of us.
They started walking closer to us as the boys started backing pulling me with them. "Yeah, our land" they answered.
"You know what, we got a great meal today," one of the group said as he winked at us, we looked at each other then we looked at them. They were confused at what he meant for a meal?
In just the blink of an eye, I saw one of the girls on top of me all I could feel was burn down my neck. But I couldn't tell what was going on. When she looked at me her eyes..her eyes were red as blood. Her whole mouth was covered with blood. I tried looking for the boys but all I could see was the other 3 boys and girls were on top of each other as they were doing the same to me too.
Tears dripped down my eyes, I wasn't able to do anything, just like that everything around me went black. when I opened my eyes it was still dark but I felt days were past, but I wasn't sure. I saw with my own eyes how my friends started turning as they screamed and struggled.
After that, the same pain they were going through came to my body. I started screaming and scratching myself, not knowing what was happening. Then the same group came as I tried getting up and they punched me knocking me down. Then they sat beside each of us. Putting their arms in front of us ordering us to bite them.
I did as they ordered. I bit her wrist, I started drinking her blood and I wasn't able to stop. "Drink as much as you want," she said, winking at me.
At first, I didn't know what was happening until after we got back home from the trip I started wanting blood and started looking through the fridge looking for raw meat. I started eating raw meat like crazy. The same goes for the boys. After we eat we go back to normal. I started doing reacher and started reading every book that I can get my hands on to get any information that can get me to know what was going on. I started reading about the things they did to us until I got enough information about what happened to us.
We got the bite of... the bite of vampires they were fucking vampires. We...we became vampires. I never knew that my life could just in that second
I never wanted to be that monster. I never wanted to hurt anyone in my life.
I tried to act as human as possible, and I started working and ignored my hunger for human blood. I have been living for over 100 years.
Good thing my parents died when I was 5 years old so I never had to worry about putting them in danger.

Amelia Pov
I got up at my usual time since yesterday I gave a call saying I will be back to work. No matter what happens I will continue to work so I can get to college for my parents.
I curled my hair, applied light makeup. I didn't want to put makeup on but since he was having a special geist I didn't want to go like this I look sick.
Then I picked out my clothes. I decided on grey suit pants and a black blouse. After I finished breakfast and brushed my teeth I took the files and headed out. I decided to take a taxi since his house is far from his office.
I paid the taxi driver as I thanked him. I got out and walked toward his door. I rang the bell times until Locus opened it up.
"Hi," I said.
"Hi," he replied he stepped aside as I entered he closed the door behind just then I felt arms wrapped around my wrist pulling me closer to him. I saw it so close that I could feel his minty breath on my face. He came closer to me as he rested his forehead on mine and closed his eyes. "I've missed you." as he pressed his lips on mine, kissing me hard.
I pulled away, as I stared at him" we shouldn't." I said to him as I started walking just then he pulled me again this time my back hit his broad chest. He moved his lips down my neck as he started kissing my neck and then sucked on his probably left a mark by now.
Then he moved to my earlobe. My knees were shaking and I felt I was going to faint. My body is burning from desire, I wanted him, I want him so bad. When I decided that I'm going to turn around to kiss him when I heard the bell ring. We parted as we stared at each other.
"You can go wash your face and hands. I'll open it from them," he said.
I nodded my head and left for the bathroom. I looked at myself in the mirror as I splashed little water on my face. It was burning red.
