Diaper hunt

After calming herself down Ritika went to the living room and caressed Reeva's head.

"Don't worry you will get used to this environment soon.Just a few more days.

Reeva nodded and responded with a 'hmm' with her eyes closed.

"Okay now get I 'll show you your room now."

"Ahhhh!!!! Noooo I wanna sleep"

" Ohhh this won't do my girl. Now that you are here you have to forget about your afternoon naps."

Ritika forcefully dragged Reeva to her room. As it was a two bhk flat so one bedroom was occupied by Ritika . She took Reeva to the room beside hers.

Room was well furnished and the interior was up to date.Walls were painted with a lemon green colored theme which gave a fresh vibe . Bathroom and washroom were not combined to Reeva's relief as she never liked the idea of having a bathroom and washroom combined. Room had two cupboards one was empty and the other was loaded with sticky notes and hookers which indicated that there is someone whom she will be sharing the room with.

There were some shelves and two study tables one on the bedside and the other was next to the window.One which was near the bedside had some notebook and some pens and stationary stuff. Two bean bag chairs were placed in the middle of the room.

".Wow"

" Liked it ?"

" Yep it's so beautiful."

"Yeah, let's arrange your clothes in the cupboard now."

As Reeva's clothes were folded to begin with so it saved them a lot of work.

"So how many people is living it us?"

" Oh there are two more girls one of them is landlady herself. They are wierd but lot more easygoing."

" Well all these things is provided for her."

" Yeah."

" Lets make tea now."

" Oh yes its been long since i had you speacial handmade tea hehe."

"Oh only this once .We all have turns for tea or coffee here."

" Well Di how did you manage here .I see you have became total Mumbain eh."

Hearing this Ritika's hand paused when she was adding sugar in water."

" Eh ! I juat went with the flow I guess. Don't worry you will get used to in here.

Soon Ritika started to vrush ginger in grinding pot and added tea leaves and ginger in tea.

Fresh aroma of tea wafted into their nose which made Reeva miss her mother.

While tea was boiling her eyes drifted outside of window where some children were playing cricket.

"Do you remember how we used to play cricket ."

"Yes and how everytime we took advantage of being elder and took extra chances of batting "

" Yaaa and how we had broken the window glass of Darekar aunty."

" Oh damn that day was damn funny ."

" Do you know that little Revati had changed so much."

" Oh really I heard from my friend that she is his brother's girlfriend."

" Ohh really. "

" Kids these days sure grow up early eh ."

After drinking tea both went out for walk so that Reeva gets familiar with surrounding area .

Ritika showed her all the landmarks and shops where she could get wgich things and even rates.

She also introduced ger to her friends so that when she needed some help or gets confused she can reach them and thankfully those friends didn't seem psychic like Rocky.

After that they ate chat in near by chat center and had cold coffee in a cafe.

"You won't get too much of problem here as people here are very cooperative and helpful."

" Yes I see that."

" But still you need to be aware too okay because their are lot of thieves here "

" Oh okay now lets go home you already disturbed my afternoon nap."

Both of them returned and collapsed on sofa .They Didn't wake up until 8 that too they wear awakened by Ritika's phone.

"Ah hello!"

"Ahhh you were sleeping seriously?"

"Don't tell me you want me to hunt down another damned thing which you feel you have forgotten to take ."

" Ritz my baby only this once please .

It will be last please ."

" Okay fine tell what is it."

" Ohhh I got Lily diapers from Paw poo brand. I got them in offer i just want to to check if they are in my cupboard because I can't find them here."

" Damn you You want me to find those diaper for you damn dog . Are you for real."

" Ahhh dont say damned dog my Lily is such a cute sweet little baby girl."

" For God's sake its a male Dixcy."

" Ahh anyways dont waste the time anymore now go search for it."

Ritika hung up the call and made her way to the bedroom.

On the other hand Reeva who had heard the conversation as Ritika had accidentally turned the speaker on .And as soon as she heard the word 'dog' she had goosebumps on her body

(No no I can't have dog in my room)

She hurriedly followed Ritika into the room. Ritika had already started rummaging the cupboard and clothes came down like a landslide.

Finally after empting whole cupboard did they find a baby blue colored box which had snowy kawaii paw printed on it.

Ritika was about to call when person herself called.

"Ehhhh I found them lol .I forgot I kept them in my Lily's underwear and I kept them in that bag ahhh actually I didn't open that bag as it was meant on wedding day."

"Are you tired of living Dicxy.I swear I am gonna kill you ."

" Ohhhhh Ritz bark is so scary naaa Lily"

" Woof woof"

After hanging up Ritika practically stuffed that pile of clothes in cupboard.

Only when she finished did she noticed Reeva standing in room.

"Don't tell me I need to share a room with a dog too."

"Oh damn I forgot you almost have a dog phobia. But oup is very cute its a small pomeranian."

" Even if its small as mouse you know I just hate dogs."

"Okay okay we will find a way out."

Just the thought of a dog moving in whole house haunted Reeva .

"Its okay the dog is very well behaved you will like it."

"Ahhh no no way!"
