Standing behind the counter was a woman. She is also the main character's father's colleague.
Liu Wang works at Saga Financial Bank and she is the wife of Kim. They live in room 204 of the apartments.
She is a slim Asian woman with black hair and grey eyes. Her hair bun is kept steady with a red stick.
Her office suit reflects the seriousness of her post: a plain grey jacket and pants, with a ruffle‐front stand‐up collar white shirt. She has red‐varnished nails and discreet earrings.
"Hey, I need some help, " Asked Dev as he walked to the counter and rested his hands there.
"What help sir?, " Asked Liu Wang, she thought that she had seen him somewhere.
"I want to create a personal bank account, " Requested Dev while checking the place. Nodding her head, Liu Wang headed a form to him.
"Please fill it up and deposit 2000 SG(SaGa) for activating you're account, " Informed Liu Wang, Dev took the form and started filling it up.
"Here, and this it the money, " Handing the money and the form, Dev said to her.
Taking the form and money, Liu Wang checked it before doing her.
Just when she was about to give it to the specialist, the parents name attracted her attention.
"You're Frank's son!, " Exclaimed Liu Wang, Dev raised his left eyebrow. Expected reaction from a character.
"Ya, now hurry up. I have to make money, " Said Dev, Liu was stunned for a second there before resuming her work.
'Did he already know?, " Thought Liu Wang, she went to the specialist and handed the form with money.

"Here's the atm card, credit card and your passbook, " Said Liu Wang as she handed a card and a small rectangular book.
Taking it from her, Dev walked towards the atm. It was not the first time he used one but the game's one was different.

Completing his work, he was about to exit the bank when two men in black suit came to him.
"Sir, the bank owner wants to talk to you, " Said the men who stood on the right while showing respect.
"Lead the way, " Said Dev, he knew many reasons on why the bank owner wanted to meet him.
The two men led him to a corridor located on the right from which they took a right.
There were many rooms, the two men took Dev to the most luxurious one.
"Mister Dev, please sit down, " Said a man in his 50s while waving his hands towards the two men.
"Guess you're the Bank Owner?, " Asked Dev, to him the man smiled and nodded.
"Let me guess ones more. Meeting me is because of my money, " Said Dev to the man without showing any emotions. Surprised, the man laughed and smiled even more.
"Mister here is actually an expert, " Said the man, Dev smirked at the man.
"My name is Peter Pen. And yes, it's all about money, " Agreed the man while searching something in his drawer.
"I have an offer, Mister Dev. Since your the account holder with the highest balance in his account, " A document was passed to me. I checked it and my face couldn't hide my smiling face.
"So how is it, Mister Dev?, " Asked Peter, he was waiting for this day. Dev lowered his head and was silent for a while.
"Ha… Ha… Hhahahahah!, " Suddenly, he bursted into laughter. The room was filled with his laughing.
"How is it? I fucking love it!".
