Inside the room, Dev laughed his ass off while passing the documents back to Peter.
"Okay, how much money do you need and what are the returns?, " Asked Dev as he placed his elbows on the table and rested his chin on his palms.
"Due to some incidents our back is in need of money so about 12 million SG is required.
I was hoping if you could sponsor about 1 million in exchange we will give you about 2.3% of our shares and the money would obviously be returned.
Now all that's left is your decision, " Said Peter with a respected face maintaining his smile.
"How about I give you 40 million in exchange for 30% of shares. And ya, I don't need the money back, " Said Dev without blinking an eye to Peter. Hearing this, Peter was silent for a while.

Stepping outside, it was already evening. Dev now headed towards his next stop which was the house near the beach.
"It should be on sale now, " Walking on the road, he came across the library, school and the hospital.
The beach house is near beach, in the lower‐left corner of the map. The building can be bought by the main character.
Luxury two‐story waterfront property on sale for the low price of $5,000! Its three rooms are equipped with large bay windows.
The kitchen has direct access to the beach while the bedroom overlooks a small patio.
The interior decoration is finely tuned to accentuate a seaside and surf ambiance.
Arriving, Dev saw the sign board where the phone number and the price was written.
'5000 SG really, just how does this game work, ' Thought Dev, he took his phone out of his pocket and dialed the number.
"Hello, " Said Dev, then he talked about the house and that he was going to buy it.
"Ya, your bank account number?, " Asked Dev, he minimized the ongoing call and typed it on the notes app.
"This should be enough, " Said Dev while sending the amount. He actually sent double the price money to the person.

"Enjoy dude, " Replied Dev to the person as he ended the call with him.
"Let's see the insides, " Dev was excited already wanted to change many things inside to his liking.

Hall___
Dev entered and switched on the lights.
A sofa on the left, a table in the middle, a shelf with books and an animal skull above it, and a door beside the sofa which leads to the kitchen.
A surfboard on the wall beside the door, a blue bean bag and the glass covered stairs which goes to the next floor.
Next floor, it was the bedroom. On the right was the huge bed with a blue bed sheet and a table beside it.
A glass window on the right while a glass door on the left. There was a hanging bed on the left as well.
Behind the glass door, it was the Patio where you could have a sunbath. A giant multi-coloured umbrella and a table below it.
"Just like the game, " Stepping inside, Dev got down the stairs and went to the kitchen.
The kitchen was filled with modern equipments, the fridge, gas stove, table, two wooden stools, and a glass door again.
Lights handing in the middle, a cupboard on the right and two glass windows.
This time, the glass door was directly connected to the beach and not any Patio.
"I need to buy ingredients, " Looking inside the fridge, it was empty like he expected from the beginning.
"But I have more things to do, " Dev went back to his bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed.
"A computer, a boxing bag, two brass knuckles, a metal baseball bat and a fucking bike, " Said Dev as he clicked on a flying plane imagine.

"It will take two days for everything to arrive, " The order was successful and the deal was made.
"I think I should go back to Debbie's house, " Muttered Dev, he turned the lights off and exited the house.

"Hhaa!, " Waking up, Dev raised his body from the bed and wore a new set of clothes.

Suddenly, the door bell rang. Dev had already forgotten many things that happened in the game.
"Who should it be?, " Going out of his room, Dev tried many times but couldn't remember.
"Can I get you a coffee, officer?, " The voice of Debbie came from the kitchen.
"Oh my name is Harold. A coffee would be good, " Another voice came from the kitchen, then Dev remembered him.
'The police officer, ' thought Dev, he entered the kitchen and saw the two figures. Debbie and the officer were talking.
Harold has dark‐brown receding hair, bushy eyebrows and mustache, and has stubbles down to the chin. His eyes are grey.
He is always seen in his blue police uniform: the long‐sleeve shirt has pockets, shoulder straps with officer rank, and a shining gold badge.
The trousers are held by a service belt. The blue peaked cap, adorned with a star, is usually carried under his arm.
As the conversation went on, someone tapped on Dev's shoulder. Looking back, he saw a woman police officer.
Yumi is a Filipina woman in her 30s. She has a deepest brunette ponytail and dark‐brown eyes.
Her navy‐blue jumpsuit is covered with a stab vest on the upper part. A cap is bearing her police badge. She is equipped with a duty belt and a side‐handle baton.
"I am looking for my partner, " Said Yumi, Dev nodded and pointed towards Harold.
"Thanks, " Replied Yumi, she went up to Harold and told him something in the ear.
Soon, the event came to an end as Harold and Yumi went to catch some thieves.
"Sweetie, you don't have to worry about it ok?, " Said Debbie while looking at Dev with sad face. Dev nodded and they shared a huge before Debbie went to do her works.
"Guess I got to do mine".
