Over the next several months every time Kakashi had attempted to give (y/n) the talk. She had avoided it either threatening to burn his "novels" or been on a mission. After a while, he gave up trying to give her the talk. But there would be a day where Kakashi would make a huge mistake and things won't be the same.
Kakashi had just gotten home after training team seven and he saw that (y/n) shoes were by the door. Yet he couldn't hear anything from her room and he was starting to worry. Because when it was silent in the house that meant something was wrong. At least most of the times when he had heard nothing from (y/n). So he walked up the steps two by two worrying that something had happened to (y/n). He didn't even knock when he opened the door. Like he usually did, he just walked on in. "Hey (y/n) are you okay", he asked walking is not even knocking. And when he looked he saw that her face was red and she was wearing only her panties along with her shirt top on with her leaf ninja headband in her hand. Trying to make sure the rest of her top didn't fall off.
"What the hell, knock first", she yelled. (y/n) the face was red and she looked angry like she was getting ready to slap him. "GET THE HELL OUT OF MY ROOM OR I SWEAR I WILL BURN YOUR "NOVELS" !", she yelled before pushing him out the door. And Kakashi who was now outside the door was now dumbfounded at the sight of seeing his little girl grow into young womanhood. And at the thought, she was growing up. To him, it seemed like just yesterday when she came to live with him. He remembered the sight of that small cute young girl. But now when he looked at her he no longer saw a little girl of his best friend he now saw a beautiful young woman and shinobi in her place. How time flies by he thought as he began to head downstairs. From then on (y/n) locked the door or put up a sign she had made saying STAY OUT THIS MEANS YOU UNCLE KAKASHI when she was changing. Kakashi never dared to enter (y/n) room again at least not before making sure that if she wasn't responded after a while. For fear of getting pushed or things being done worse to his precious "novels".
