Reaching the capital of the kingdom of Droya

Suddenly, someone placed their hands at Aiden's shoulder. It startled him for a bit, but when he looked back, he saw his friend, Oliver, "Ah! You scared me..."

Oliver chuckled, his bodies full of bandages and not bothering to use a shirt, he sat beside Aiden and waited, "Aight… There's the food… Where're the utensils?"

Aiden shrugged, "Just wait a bit, it will come"

And came it did, a man with his long, brown hair tied into a ponytail, came and sat right in front of the steaming cauldron, placing wooden bowls and spoon on the ground beside it. Oliver leaned forward, grabbing one.

The man, expressionless, slapped at his hand and said, "Wait for your turn mate,"

Oliver chuckled and shrugged with a smile on his face, "Aight!"

Soon, they all be eating soup, 'Ooh. Simple potato soup with a little bit of meat, tasty!'

While in the middle of eating his food, Aiden felt another hand on his shoulder. He glanced and saw Sir John's face, "Oh hey Sir John. Come sit with us and eat the food"

The knight moved himself, giving Sir John's place space. Sir John smiled at him, saying "Thanks" While placing himself in that space.

He too got his portion of food soon enough. Aiden completed his soup not long after that and let out a quiet burp while giving the utensils back toward the man with the brown long hair.

He sighed in comfort while slightly rubbing his stomach, "It seems that my stomach enjoys it!"

Sir John chucked, "Yea… but I have a question though, may I?"

Aiden nodded, "Sure, sure,"

Sir John, while not bothering to pause eating his food, asked, "Where do you learn your sword fighting? I must be honest, you did quite well in a fight!"

Aiden smiled, "When I was little, my father gave me a wooden sword, I sometimes train my motion and just instantly know what to do,"

He chuckled, thinking of the story he just made, 'of course the story is fake, I got the sword for training from the system and my experience in the military made me like this!'

Sir John smiled, "Well, it's not flawless but for someone this young, you have a great journey up ahead"

Suddenly, the voice of the girl doctor could be heard behind them, "Honourable sirs, I advise the three of you to return to your carriage and get some resting,"

Aiden sighed with his eyes closed, "Well guys, it seems that I must return to my carriage now, see you both when we have the chance to meet"

Three days later, after a long journey on the road, they arrived at the capital city of the kingdom of Droya, 'That's the information I got from that doctor girl, Bell. She told me that the kingdom name is Droya and the culture is not much different from my city'

He soon noticed that the girl's words are actually true, seeing lightly armoured city guards with their light leather armour. Then seeing the beautiful ladies in their dresses and seeing men in the clothes with swords on their waist, peaceful.

The girl doctor suddenly appeared behind Aiden and said to him, "Hey Aiden, of course, you won't meet the king immediately, go get some rest in the nearby inn and…"

Aiden shook his head, "Bell… You know that I'm just a man from a foreign kingdom, have no money and don't know any of the places in this city. So…"

Bell looked at him with one of her brows raised, doubting him, She slowly placed her hands on her waist and asked: "Well then, what solution do you propose?"

Aiden smiled, "I'd say you let me stay in your house for a while…"

She chuckled before nodding her head, "Sure, but I won't be there to take care of you though"

Aiden slightly nodded with a smile on his face, "Don't worry, I and my friends will take care of ourselves. Anyway, I'll excuse myself, I want to get my items back"

Right after Aiden grabbed all his stuff, Oliver and Sir John approached him, they both placed their hands on each of Aiden's shoulder and Oliver said, "Hey Aiden, I heard your conversation with the girl earlier. Just enjoy your time in her house, I'll go get a job and get a room in the inn!"

Sir John smiled, "I too, heard what you said earlier. Since I'm a noble of another kingdom, the palace surely will empty one bedroom for me. You just enjoy yourself with her! Alright?"

Well, what's done is done. The girl approached him, Oliver and Sir John disappeared like a wind, letting the two young people talk, "Hey Aiden, it seems that those two guys have told you. So… yea, welcome to my house I guess"

Aiden nodded, "Yea, lead me there"

And she led him to her own house, a big house, not quite a mansion but a big wooden house that has a front garden, "Wow… Not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting this from a girl on this time"

She chuckled, "Of course, despite being at the same age as you, I worked my way up since I was four, treating wounded soldiers near my village when we were on war!"

Aiden was surprised, "such an incredible feat you have. Thanks for letting me stay at your house."

She nodded, and they both went inside. Once inside, she said without even glancing behind, "Take a seat, let me get you some herbal tea for your body"

He nodded, she disappeared in an instant, leaving Aiden, alone, in the living room. Aiden looked around and saw the room fully furnished and decorated, 'Well… this reminds me of my wife. She always has time to fill the empty spaces on walls and floors of the house…'

He sat on the couch, enjoying the memories that came inside his mind. Soon, Bell arrived, with two cups of tea in both of her hands. She placed one on the table and gave Aiden another one.

Aiden smiled and went to grab the crab, but their skin met each other. They both looked at each other's eyes with some red colour on their cheeks, blushing.
