When morning comes, sword master and carnage came to the apple tree inn, they started ordering and having breakfast together. The food at Apple Tree is quite delicious with many of choices, the atmosphere also good making the Apple Tree Inn popular.

The three of them sat in the corner of the room and around their table there was only a wall and one table in front of the left. the three of them ate while chatting about the hunting plan.

"Before leaving, we should buy some medicine first," said Carnage.

"Yes, mine was finished yesterday" said Sword master nodding.

"Sword master, try to dodge more than block it back, your weapon will break quickly if you block attacks too much." Seeing the sword master fighting yesterday he was afraid the sword master's weapon would break even faster.

"Dodging isn't elegant, block and counter-attack looked better in fight. after all, fighting is an art." The pharmacy is the most crowded place among all the shops at the moment, because the games was still at the early stages, all combat jobs that wanted to hunt need to re-suplies their medical items. even job doctors had to have medical items to use their skills. But the difference between a player and a job doctor was, when they using a medical item such as a bandage it will increase the effect and regenerate HP faster, also there's no CD when they using it.

Unless doctor, a player will have a CD when using items such as bandages and other medicines but job doctors are not and it makes doctors very important in hunting to increase efficiency in hunting and safety.

Imagine when you finish hunting without a doctor, you have to rest a bit longer than other player to restore your HP, that will decrease the effectiveness of hunting, making your leveling were slower. of course there's an exception, for example elite players, they could reduce the amount of damage they received.

The importance of medical items made the pharmacy store crowded, many players were passing by. There are only 2 pharmacy stores in each city, they are always near the hospital where players revive after death, therefore the streets around hospital are always the busy one.

Kai's party waits for the other players to finish buying before entering. Kai smiling while stood and looking at the streets filled with players, there were players walking alone and some of them in groups. some them laughed when they walking, there's also who got excited because the game. The street was filled with so many emotions, a feeling of nostalgia rose in Kai's heart as he remembered the old times.

"Hei.. K, why are you smiling?" said Carnage who saw Kai with a confused face.

"Hmm?" Hearing Carnage voice, Kai's turned looked at him and saw Carnage confused face, he just shook his head at Carnage without answering his question.

Seeing Kai didn't answer his question, Carnage shrugged and didn't ask anymore. he looked at the pharmacystore, which had a slight decline in visitors, then said.

"Let's go"

"Okay" said the sword master and Kai just silently followed them.

They entered the shop and saw many players, even thought the number was reduced, there's still many players inside. The pharmacy consists of 2 floors, first floor showing various medical items such as pill bottles which have 5 pills inside, there are also bandages and other items.

Kai's party went inside and started picking up bandages and pills, then walked to the cashier without wanting to spend too much time at the pharmacy. When they were about to pay, they found a middle-age man talking to the cashier before sighed and left the shop.

Seeing this situation many players began to approach the male npc but all of them were ignored. the middle-age man only said a few words then left.

"You guys wait here, let me check" said Carnage walking over to the player who talked with the NPC.

Carnage walked up and started talking to the player, and not only carnage a lot of other players crowded around that player. they also wanted to find out what the npc say to him. After 10 minutes Carnage returned, he told them to pay for their items then walked away to buy food for lunch.

On the way, Carnage recently said information about NPC.

"There is not much information, the player who came to ask was rejected by the man, he said that the player was too weak and told him to come back when he was strong enough"

"Of course we are weak, even our level hasn't reached level 10 yet" Kai said nodding. because the game is still in its early stages, many quests cannot be accepted due to player limitations. because of that there are no other quests at the beginning of the game except for a small quest for beginners.

Sword master just kept quiet about their conversation, he knew little about the rules of the game.

"Hey sword master, you better read the information about the game later. otherwise you will play like an idiot" Carnage said without looking at the sword master. He started to like sword masters, so any advice that he could give, he would told him.

"Yes .. I know" replied the sword master, shaking his head. He just wanted to try the VR world so he didn't really care about anything else, because of that he didn't know anything about the game, not even the beginner's guide.

Carnage who was walking beside was silent at the words of sword master, he didn't continue his words anymore. the three of them finished buying supplies then started walking out of the gate that was passed yesterday.

Exiting the gate, Kai's team entered the forest and without saying anything, they began to split up. because they had explored this forest yesterday, their map that was originally black was now visible. they don't need to gather in one place before heading to another place, they only need to contact each other and send their positions.

Since players enter the game, their map will appear black without any information. they need to explore first before their map show a color.

Players can also turn their maps into a paper maps and share them with others or sell it.

Scattered in the forest, Kai's party began to search for monsters in all directions. Kai's party didn't walk vigilantly they moved quickly to find the enemy. When party members find monsters they will communicate with each other first and ask if any of the other members have found other monsters, if so they will decide which monster to hunt first and mark the position of other monsters so they can hunt them next.

When they found the monsters, Kai's party plan is always simple, they will attack right away without saying anything then take the items on the ground and left. because each player has great skills they don't need to worry about each other, all they need to do is to kill the enemy in front of them, pick up the item then leave the location quickly and moving to another location or split up searching for the new enemy.

After hunting for a few hours, Kai's party got nearly 15 wolves but they didn't level up and they needed roughly 40 or 50 wolves to level up. when lunch time coming, they decided to take a break.

Resting under the tree, sword master looked at Kai and asked.

"I am really interested in your style, every time you attack you always aim for the vital points of your enemy. Did you learn it from someone?"

Hearing Sword Master question, kai's did not immediately answer, he took water then drink it before put it back into inventory and looked at Sword Master with a lazy eyes.

"No, this is a technique I learned myself" leaning against the tree Kai began to relax his body as he continued. "After you have fought for more than 10 years, you will have your own style and technique"

"You've been fighting that long? Was it in the previous game?" asked the sword master in surprise and curiosity.

"Yes, I've been playing fantasy since they released, and at that time I was very unstable, making me fight very often. i lost and died so many times, but as time goes by, my skill in killing becomes more proficient and that's how my style was created " Kai explained while closing his eyes remembering the past.

"Hei K... i think, I want to fight against you !!" said the sword master with a serious face.

"Fine with me.. ! but we need to wait until our level is sufficient enough. after all, I also want to fight you.first we need to reach high level,so that our fight becomes more interesting," said kai lazily without any seriousness on his face.

Sword master smiled at Kai's words, he knew even if Kai said casually in his heart it must be serious. because he feels the same way as Kai and they both have one thing in common, they both like to fight.

Even though kai prefer to fight with many enemies, it doesn't change the fact that kai like to fight and if a sword master is not the same as kai then how could he who is in the art country learn swords and managed to win the number 3rd world champion.

The three of them began to rest while chatting, food and water become their companion as they looked around vigilantly.
