"Your Royal Highness, you called for me." Helren said as he entered the Crown Prince's private suite.
"Oh yes Helren, it was I who summoned you." Conelm replied.
"How may I be of help your Royal Highness?" Helren asked as he bowed his head.
"My Castorian seems to love all your designs, I am pleased he finds your light dresses very comfortable to wear.
This has drawn to my attention your special designing techniques and that is why I see you fit for another job where I am going to pay you thrice the amount you earn from being the Castorian's tutor." Conelm replied.
He caressed the arm of his sofa as he looked at the Young Helren who wore a flabbergasted expression on his face.
"What is it Your Highness, I will be willing to do the job for you." Helren replied as he bowed his head.
"I have decided to make adjustments to what my wedding is going to be like and I am sorry that it is less than a month away but I am appointing you to design my Castorian's wedding gown." Conelm said.
Helren even fell more silent than he was as the words of the Prince endlessly resounded at the back his mind.
This was too good to be true at that very moment and he was having a hard time processing what to say.
"I hope that you are very competent for this job that I am giving you and I believe that you certainly won't disappoint me." Conelm said seeing that Helren was delaying to reply.
"Yes Your Royal Highness, I am completely honored and very grateful for the job that you have given me.
I will strive to ensure that you will not be disappointed." Helren replied as he bowed his head once again.
"That is the spirit and I knew I could count on you." Conelm said as he stood up and walked towards Helren.
He tapped his shoulder and looked him in the eye and somehow Helren felt so intimidated by this.
"Make sure you make it too beautiful that my Castorian will never forget the day he walks down the aisle with me." Conelm added.
"Yes Your Highness." Helren said as he bowed down his head.
"Very good to know." Conelm said as he held onto his sheathed sword and walked put of his suite.
Helren was too amazed to move, he pinched himself to prove whether this was certainly a dream or it was not.
As he processed what had happened, he remembered he had little time left so he had to already get started.
Helren dashed out of the Crown Prince's suite in very high spirits and made his way to his own chambers.
The very first thing that he took hold of was a tape measure that lay on his bedroom table before he darted out like a hurricane into the narrow corridor outside.
Helren swiftly made it to Soren's personal suite and knocked on the door.
"You may come in." A faint soft voice replied and instantly without any slight hesitation, Helren dashed through the doors.
"Your Royal Highness." Helren said as he bowed down his head.
"What could the matter be Helren?" Soren asked.
"I am going to need your measurements right now." Helren replied as he sprung towards Soren.
Soren was dressed in a navy blue velvet dress and had topped it with a black coat and a navy blue feathered Fedora.
His hair had been fitted into a skall bun and he wore a pair of dark boots.
"What for?" Soren asked as they measured his waist size.
"For your wedding gown, his Royal Highness the Crown Prince Alexander has personally asked me to design your wedding gown." Helren replied as he got a quill and dipped it in ink and wrote 27 on a piece of paper.
"What? You must be really happy Hel, isn't that what you always wanted?" Soren said as he turned around for his side from the waist to be measured
"Of course, I was flabbergasted the very instant the Prince asked me and I later adjusted to it with ease." Helren replied.
"How lucky of you." Gerald said as Helren got the quill again and wrote down the number 41.
"Well, I am having a ride in the backyard with my supposedly future father in law, I have to look as traditional as I can be, it really helps to impress him not because I want but because I have to." Soren said as they measured his arm.
Helren got the quill once again and wrote down the digits 34.
"That settles it your Royal Highness, My schedule has become busier but I will strive to be available when I still can do that.
May I take your leave now." Helren said as he bowed down his head.
"Of course you may certainly do so." Soren replied and immediately Helren withdrew from Soren's personal suite.
"We better get going as well." Soren told Gerald and the two marched out into the hallway of the palace.
Soren walked as Gerald followed closely behind until they approached the backyard where they moved towards the stables.
"Your Royal Highness." A short and grumpy old man they found there said when he caught sight of the two who approached his direction.
"It is fine." Soren simply said as he closed the distance between themselves.
"I am so sorry but the king asked me to come and find my horse here." Soren said to the man who looked to be so moved by his charm.
"This way your Royal Highness." The old man said as he led Soren to one of the docks in the stable.
The sight of very many beautiful breeds of horses inside made Soren personally marvel as he was led to the very last dock.
It was closed but the man fidgeted to find his keys until with success he managed to get hold of a bunch of them.
He studied them keenly before he picked one which he inserted in the large metallic padlock.
"Wait here Your Highness." The old man said as he walked into the dock and came back after a while.
He held a set of reigns and was shortly followed by a beautiful and magnificently white stallion.
It was tall and there was something very unique with its eyes, they were not ordinary, they were bearing a very bright tint of sky blue in them.
"This is it Your Highness, a very rare horse that the King simply had prepared for you." The old man said.
"Is it blind?" Gerald asked.
"No it is not, it was just born different but beautiful." Soren said as he moved closer to the animal and caressed its muzzle.
"Exactly." The old man said.
"Does it have a name?" Soren asked.
"Well, I call her Reins." The old man said," but it is yours and you are free to name it whatever you want." The old man added.
"She sparkles like the sun, she is bright and I think fast like lightning, I shall call her ELECTRA." Soren replied.
"Electra, a beautiful name for a very beautiful horse." The old man said.
"Pardon me but how may I call you Sir?" Soren asked as he turned to the old man.
"You may call me Thompson, ever at your Service your Royal Highness." The man said as he bowed down his head.
"Then you shall take good care of Electra for me, feed her well and watch her." Soren said as he continued to caress the muzzle of the stallion.
Something so beautiful about it was that it maintained its glow and it was spotless and flawlessly white from head to hoof.
Thompson moved towards a nearby room and then he shuffled through some things as the noises came out to both the ears of Soren and Gerald
After a while, Thompson made his way out of the room holding a very beautiful white saddle that had ivory decorations on it.
"I believe this saddle I had prepared would suit both the horse and its master really well." Thompson said as he fixed the saddle onto the horse.
The creature remained calm that the aura radiated in the air that surrounded them as the saddle was fastened onto it.
At that very moment, The King rode up to the entrance of the stables and stood there.
His brown mare neighed and the three were informed of his presence that Soren knew that was the signal calling for him.
Soren decided to get onto Electra and moved to his side.
"Let me help." Gerald said.
"It is fine, I can do it by myself, I need to get used to getting on it alone in all these clothes." Soren said as he climbed the side and sat on the horse.
The Soren pulled the reins and the horse slowly started to walk towards the entrance of the stable where the King awaited his arrival.
"I suppose that you are now ready." The King sternly said.
"Yes Your Majesty." Soren calmly replied.
