Chapter Eighteen

Stranger's POV

Dean carried the goddess out of the unused training grounds unconscious with his friend walking with him. How dear he touch such beautiful goddess? She shouldn't be touch by someone like him. She should be mine and I'll make her mine, I thought. The first time I saw this goddess was the night she had arrived to this place. I was hiding behind some trees, when I saw her and her group walk by the tree. Her beautiful long brunette hair, piercing violet eyes, sexy body and the face of a goddess herself; I followed close behind Dean as a boy equally looking as the goddess followed on the left side of Dean.

She shouldn't be surrounded by this bunch of idiots; instead she could have me and join me on my plan to destroy this place once and for all. I would make her mine and we would be the only ones alive in this place. We could rule the whole world together with our children. Oh, how I would love to hear the breaking bones of the human body or the screams of the victims. I had been in prison for twenty years and I had not been with a woman in so long, but I wanted her I wanted her like I never wanted anything else. She was not like the others that would sell their body's just to have a good time. No, she was going to be feisty and hard to get unless I take her by force.

"Lanny, come help us with this," I heard someone call my name and I turned to look at the culprit who had interrupted me. It was Lance, Dean's and my goddess father. Had heard people taking that he has two other children and my goddess is his daughter.

I nodded "Yes, sir," I said not wanting to get into trouble with him. He was the best fighter here other than his son and I did not want to him to figure out my plans on killing everyone here and taking the girl. I walked towards him and his group to help them with whatever they needed. I will follow my goddess later, but I would have to kill him. I don't want him trying to kill me for something I may do. Lance is a good man, but he would stick his noise when it isn't needed.

Lance will die tonight.

Dean's POV

"Dean, you really need to explain to me what the hell just happened in there. I mean, she lifted them of the ground and had a glow on her body. She not normal, man," Lucas said as he walked with me to get her into her dorm, which she shared with the little boys she brought with her.

I sigh "It's not my secret to tell, Lu. These secret is only hers and Tyler's. I have no ability like those two, so it is not my secret. Ask her when she wakes up," I said as Tyler caught with us.

"Ciara will be coming to her room in a little while and I brought a can of spaghetti and a bottle of water," he said walking on my left side.

Lucas looked at us confused "Ciara? Who is she?" he asked us.

Tyler looked at him "She's my girlfriend and she will be checking Sky's wounds and she's off limits, buddy. She's mine," he said glaring at him.

Lucas held his hands up in a giving up manner "Chill dude. All I wanted to know was who was she not if she was available, beside I like your sister not your girlfriend," he said making me look at him.

"She already as two guys after her," Tyler said beating me to it. Kid's smart, I thought to myself.

Lucas smirked "It doesn't mean she can't have another guy after her," he said as he opened the door for me to step in first.

"Guys, wait for me," I heard a female voice yelled and I looked at a running Ciara, as she tried to catch up to us. A minute later she was in front of me "Thanks for waiting," she said as she tried to catch her breath.

Tyler wrapped his arms around her "Glad you could make it," he said to her making her smile and look at him. Her eyes were full of love for my little brother and I was glad he had found a partner in this hell.

She kissed him on his lips catching him off guard "Glad you told me," she said as she stepped away from him.

Tyler shook his head "You were always a teaser," he whispered.

"Guys, I don't feel like through up my lunch. We need to get Sky to her bed and get her wounds cleaned up before they get infected, so stop sucking on each others face and get your asses inside already," I told them trying to hold in my smiled. We walked in inside the building and headed towards the western wing to the end of the hall, where my sister's room was.

Tyler took hold of my arm "Dean, who did you know this was her room?" he asked me.

I looked at him confused "I don't know," was all I said, as I opened the door and stepped inside. I looked around the place and it was clean no clothes on the floor or anything messy in the room. I was two bedroom doors "Which on his her room?" I asked.

Tyler went to the two bedroom doors and placed a hand on each on of them. He took hi hand from the left door "It's this one," he said opening the second door beckoning me to go in and place on her bed and that's exactly what I did. I went in and gently place her on her bed.

I looked at him "What now?" I asked.

Ciara stepped up "Now, it's my turn my friends," she said and walked up to her taking her shirt off exposing her bloody bandages. I just noticed she had a backpack with her may be containing everything she needed.

Lucas stood next to me "Damn, what happened to her?" he asked looking over her arms, where the undead had bitten her on her way over. Ciara un-wrapped her bandages exposing her bite marks; she had so many in her arms going to her shoulder and some on her neck. I saw as Lucas eyes widen in horror "What the hell! She's been infected since when?" he yelled.

Tyler glared "She's not infected…not anymore anyway. She was bit last night, when we arrived here. I guess it was when she was trying to make her way to us, since she told her and Ciara to leave before her with the boys," he said still glaring at him.

Ciara looked at him "Tyler, if she goes psycho on me, while I'm trying to clean her wounds do you think you'll be able to hold her down?" she asked Tyler as she went back to look through her backpack taking out alcohol, gauzes, and some bandages.

Tyler nodded "Yeah, so go for it," he said.

She nodded "Ok," was all she said. She tilted Sky's head to the side and spilled the liquid on her neck making Kayla wake up and scream her head off trying to fight her.

"Fuck," Kayla screamed fighting Ciara, but Tyler took hold of her arms and pinned them above her head.

Tyler placed his forehead on hers "Sky, its ok open your eyes," he said in a calming voice. She opened her eyes and stared directly at his eyes "Good," was all he said as he let her arms go and nodded towards Ciara.

Sky looked at her "You need to stop making that on purpose, Cece," she said in a raspy voice.

She smirked "Where's the fun in that? I'll go easy on you," was she said and went back to work on her wounds. Kayla only flinched sometimes, but other than that she was unnervingly calm like she was used to this by now.

I looked at her "Kayla, how many times have you been bit before?" I asked her saying my mind to her curious to know how many times.

She turned her head to look at me and saw she looked very tired her eyes looking hallow. She thought for a moment "I think I was bit four times, before getting bit these many times," she whispered out loud.

"Oh," was all I said.

Kayla's POV

Ciara worked on my wounds like she always did, because I knew she had studied about being a nurse. She wanted to become a nurse or doctor after graduating from high school and her mom had been a nurse and had taught her how to do the bandages and other things. "You really need to stop getting bit, Sky," she told me.

I chuckled "I know," I told her and trying getting up.

She tried to push me back down "No, I'm not done," she said.

I looked at her "I know, Cece, but I want you to see this," I told her pushing her hands away and got up from my bed a little wobbly, but she steadied me. I walked towards Tyler and looked straight in the eyes stretching my right towards him. He stared at my hand and then looked at me with a smirk on his face. He took my hand and the moment our hands touched this warm feeling course from him body unto mine making me feel my bite marks healing. The warmth spread from my finger tips up my arms towards my shoulder and to my neck, but the warmth went to all my body. I loved the feel of it the way it made me feel and the way it healed my body, but I wasn't the only one that liked the feel of it. Tyler loved the feel to by the way his violet eyes glowed and the same glow the spreads on my body he also had. Our glow intertwined together making it stronger and the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.

He took his hand back "How you feeling?" he asked me.

I looked at my body and flexed my arms and turned my neck side-to-side "I'm feeling good and I see I'm not the only one with abilities of my own," I said to him, but I was tackled to the ground by Ciara.

"OMG, I can't believe this. I was awesome and so beautiful how your glow intertwined and twirled around each other," she said holding me tight against her a death grip.

I tried to get her off me, but her hold just kept getting tighter and tighter making it hard for me to breathe. "Tyler, help me. She's killing me I can't breathe," I managed to scream though I was hoping to say it not scream it. Tyler took her of me and I gasped for air holding my sides.

Ciara looked at me "Sorry, I was just way overexcited," she said looking guilty.

I smiled "No problem," I told her mentally thanking Tyler for saving me from being crushed from a deathly bear hug and I thought Jasper's hugs were deadly.

"Is anyone going to explain to me what the hell is going on?" I heard my brother's friend, Lucas, said as he looked at us.

I sigh "You didn't tell him, Dean?" I said to him and looked at him.

He shook his head "It is not my secret to tell, little sister," he said in a wise voice.

I nodded "Very well," I said and looked at Lucas. "I have many abilities that I had inherited from my ancestors from my father's side, which apparently Tyler has some abilities when it was suppose to be only the women in the family gets the powers. I'm starting to think that everyone from my father side always had the abilities the just didn't know how the hell to use them. Dean probably has some abilities to, but just doesn't know how to bring them out. But that's just me thinking. Anyway, I sometimes lose control when I'm angry or when someone wakes me up, which makes me get anger and I would lose it. But I think it's more with my nightmare," I said as I babbled on and on.

Tyler looked at Lucas "And apparently I am the only one who can stop from hurting people and herself, which I got to get practicing with you by the way, because you only managed to use telekinesis and that drain you so we got to keep practicing and work on your other abilities as well," he said looking at me with a glint of mischievousness in them. Oh, this got to be good I know he has something on his sleeve, which probably means whatever we are doing would help getting back at Caleb. I'm liking it already, I thought to myself.

Suddenly, I got this weird feeling that something was going to happen soon, but I couldn't put my finger on it though I knew people were going to die I just don't know how many though that wasn't the only bad feeling I was getting. Someone was going to die tonight. I think I'm going to go patrol with Dean. I looked at him "Dean, do you think I can go patrolling with you?" I asked him.

He looked at me "Why?" he asked me.

I shrugged "I don't know. I just have a really have a bad feeling something is going to happen tonight and I will try to stop it at any cost," I told him.

Tyler looked at me "Do you know what is going to happen?" he asked me his eyes very serious and his tone.

I shook my head "I don't. That's why I want to go patrolling with him," I said.

He nodded "Ok, I come with you," he said. "I won't let you confront anything alone."

Dean nodded "Yeah, you guys could come and help us keep watch," he said looking at us.

I looked at Ciara "Hey, could you watch the kids for me tonight?" I asked her. I didn't want the kids anywhere near the gates and I also didn't want my friends there, because they were happy here and whatever was going to happen was probably going to affect Dean, Tyler, and me.

She nodded "Yeah, sure. I'll tell the others where you are and I'll tell them you don't want them there," she said and I looked at in confusion thinking how she had known that. She snorted at my expression "Don't make that expression, Sky. I know how you think most of the time anyway, so I already know how your mind works in this kind of situation," she said lightly laughing.

I smiled "Thank you, Cece. I really appreciate it if you don't tell the kids and um try to get them in bed around eight," I said to her.

She nodded "I will. Now, everyone go to your rooms and sleep. I'm sure Dean will wake up," she said and left my room. I heard the front door open and close as she left my dorm. Dean and Tyler kissed me on my forehead while Lucas tried to kiss me, but I pinched his nipples and it was hilarious he screamed like a girl. The guys left and I was left in my room alone. I pick out a black shirt, black jeans, black boots, and my towel to go take my shower. The water was warm against my skin and I loved it, but it was the same warm feeling I got from Tyler. I went to sleep thinking about tonight. What is going to happen? How will it affect me? Will it be bad? Who will die? All this questions went through my head as sleep took over me.

Evening

I was doing my rounds like Dean had taught Tyler and me to do. We had to be in pairs of two in case we were attacked, so one can go and warn the others and get help hoping his partner would hold on for a while longer. Now, Tyler and I were standing four feet away from the gate looking at every shadow that moved and looking or trying to look between the tress. There was three other, but I already knew one of them. Lucas was Dean's partner tonight, but the other two I didn't recognize. There was one man with light brown eyes that looked a golden color, shoulder length dirty blonde, built, probably six-foot-two or six-foot-three, kissable full lips, very tan skin from being out in the sun for to long, and his features were sharp but very attractive. His partner was a woman with curly dark brown hair, small full pink lips, slender, five-foot-seven I presume, big green eyes, and a heart shaped face. She was a very attractive woman.

Tyler looked at me "Are you sure it's tonight?" he whispered to me not wanting the stranger to hear our conversation.

I sighed "Yes, I can feel it on my very bones, but I don't know who or where it's going to happen," I whispered back to him.

"You know I don't have to listen to your conversation to know what you two are talking about," Dean said from behind me making jump three feet in the air (ok that's exaggerating just a tiny little bit). At least I didn't hit him.

I frowned at him "I could hurt you for doing that," I told him.

He smirked "Do what exactly?" he asked me acting like he didn't know what I was talking about.

I raised a left brow "Do you really want to play that game with, Dean?" I asked him sounding a little annoyed, because me not knowing who's going to die tonight is getting to me making me frustrated.

Dean look confused "What's wrong with you?" he asked looking me over.

I massaged my temples starting to get a headache "I'm sorry, Dean, it's just not knowing who's going to die getting to me and it's making me frustrated," I told him massaging my temples with both hands now.

Tyler took hold of my arm "Sky, you ok?" he asked me.

I shaked my head "I'm having a major headache," I said dropping to my knees and holding in my screams, as the pain intensified by a thousand (again exaggerating but that's just how it felt to me). My vision blurred and my hearing dimmed to the point that I could hardly hear my brothers calling my name. It felt like my soul was teleported to some place. I was standing in a dorm with white walls, a kitchen with a fridge like in my dorm, a small TV, two doors. There was a body on the couch and I went towards. I gasped as I saw my dad asleep in the couch. What the hell is going on here? What am I doing here and looking at my dad's sleeping face? I want out let me go back to my body, please. This is weird, I screamed in my head, as a knock sounded on the door waking my dad up.

My dad groaned snapping his eyes open and get up from the couch "Who is it?" he yelled clearly annoyed at getting waken up. I see where I got my temper from getting waken up from, I thought to myself, watching as my dad opened the door and getting tackled to the ground by a masked man. I screamed, but they didn't hear me or more like they couldn't hear me, because I'm watching this happen. Oh shit, I know what this is. I'm having a fucking vision. Great just fucking great this is exactly what I needed to go to Las Vegas and win me a lot of money, not! From what I have read in books having vision is a pain the ass and it makes you feel horrid if you can stop whatever happens. And right now I'm having one of those fucking moments.

The masked man gets up and kicks my dad in the stomach and head. My father gets up his face pained and a little smear of blood on his mouth and nose. He punched the masked man in the face and stomach, but the masked man seemed to be older than my father meaning, but he had more energy than my old man. They kept at it hitting one another and going down than getting back up to keep fighting each other. If I was really there I would have kicked both their asses for fighting, but the masked man looked like he was fighting to kill. My father was having a hard time fighting the older man, but he looked determined though it was soon replaced. The masked man punched him dad so hard that I heard one his ribs crack making my dad fall to the ground holding onto his side.

The masked man took out a gun and shot him three times. Two on his chest and one on the head, than ran out of the room. My father lay on the ground with two bullets on his chest and one in his head with his eyes widen open. His violet eyes looking at where I was and they were dead looking eyes. I fell on my knees with tears falling out of my eyes like a stream and a numb feeling started to come over me, but that soon went away when I was sucked back into my body.

"Kayla," someone yelled my name, but I didn't respond back. I just got up from wherever I was lying or sitting and ran at full speed towards the doors. I could hardly hear my name being called, but I didn't say anything. I had to get to my dad's dorm before my vision came true. I was not going to lose my father. I had tears already running down my cheek remembering my father's dead eyes looking at me with a bullet in his head and two others in his chest. I could faintly heard other running feet behind me, but I didn't look back to see who it was.

When I neared the front door of the building my blood froze in my body, when I heard three shots being fired. My heart felt like it wanted to come out of my chest and my breath caught in my throat. "No," I screamed and my voice carried so my power that it made the glass shatter into millions little pieces and the doors break. I ran again not stopping at all to seen who was in the hallways. My father's room was in the second floor meaning I head to take the stairs. I neared the stairs door and yanked it out of my way and kept running up the stairs yanking the other door out of my fucking way.

I ran until I could hardly feel my feet, but I kept going turning right here and left there trying to get to my dad's dorm. Hoping it was the masked man that was killed and not my father. I saw his dorm room opened and I slowed down my pace. I was breathing hard and my feet were throbbing from all that running none stop to get here. I walked right in there not giving myself enough time to think about it.

My blood froze in my body, as I saw my father's body on the ground blood on his blue shirt. I ran to his body "Dad, no," I screamed and gently placed my hands on both sides of his face making his eyes lock into mine. They were the same dead violet eyes I saw in my vision looking at me in the same way. I cried "I'm so sorry," I cried and placed his eyes with my hands. I placed my head in his chest not carrying that his blood was getting in my face or hair and just cried loud and clear for everyone to hear.

I was still crying when everyone came in "Kayla, what…" I heard Tyler's voice trailed of.

I opened my eyes and cried some more "Tyler, I didn't get here in time. I didn't save him it's my fault I should have seen it sooner," I cried my voice raising. I sounded like a hysterical person, but I didn't care. My father is dead, because I didn't get here on it. I could have saved him, if only I had seen it sooner. My head was still on my father's blood chest and I was holding on to his shirt still crying.

Tyler was still shocked at seeing our father's body on the ground dead, but it was Caleb who spoke. "It isn't your fault, Sky," he said.

I glared at him "How do you that, Caleb? I had a vision of this and I didn't react fast enough and he died. He died because of me. I loved him, Caleb, and I didn't save him. What kind of daughter am I?" I screamed burying my face his unmoving chest getting more blood on my face, but I didn't give shit about that. All I wanted was my dad alive and I would give anything to make that happened. What was the point of having vision, if they are just going to bring me pain and misery?

I heard two different foot steps make their way towards me and I didn't have to see to know it was my brother's and I didn't want to look at them. I just wanted to die right now imagining the masked man coming back and killing me along with my father. He meant everything to me and he was taken from me like my mother was taken, but so much worse. My heart was shattered into billions little pieces and my mind wasn't working straight.

"Dad," I heard some one sniff next to me, but I didn't care. I didn't care about anything at this point. I wouldn't even care if there was Walker's right here in this place eating us all. I would gladly give my flesh to them to eat.

I looked at my father's face "I'm really sorry," I cried touching his now cold flesh. His once pale skin was a deathly pale with his lips turning blue and his skin temperature ice cold instead of the warmth he used to have. I remembered when I was a little girl and I couldn't fall asleep one winter night and my dad held me close to his chest. His body temperature was that of a fluffy teddy bear and I had instantly fallen asleep in his arms. Now, I wouldn't feel the same warmth radiating from his body or the way he would hug me or when he would tickle me making me almost pee my pants. I would never feel those again.

I felt arms around me "Sky, we need to get the body out of here," Tyler's voice ranged in my ear. His words made no sense to me a minute or two, but when it did I clutched on to my dad shirt tighter.

"No, I'm staying here with him," I yelled my voice sounding hoarse from my crying.

He sighed "Sky, please be reasonable," he said.

I held tighter "No," I screamed, but I felt myself being pulled away. I screamed still holding the bloody shirt. "Let go of me," I shrieked my dad's body going with me to where I was getting pulled.

"Dean, get her hands out of his shirt," Tyler said and I saw Dean trying to loosen my grip on the shirt.

My hand had turned white and you could see my veins popping out. "Leave me be," I screamed, but he managed to loosen my grip on the shirt and Tyler pulled me back holding onto me.

"No," I screamed warm tears rolling down my cheek. I tried to reach for my dad's body with one hand, while trying to get lose with the other hand. "Let go of me. Daddy, wake up, please. Daddy, don't leave me, daddy," I screamed and cried.

Tyler turned me around and hugged me "Shush, now. I got you, sis," he whispered in my ear.

I held on to his shirt "I didn't save him, Ty. I didn't save him," I cried in to his chest, while he tried to make me stop crying. I lost my only parent in this hell hole. I left him to die a horrid death. This is why I hate visions. I couldn't do shit to stop this one from happening and suffered the consequences. My world shattered along with my heart. This was too much for my body, heart, soul, brain, and me to handle. It's my fault his dead was my last thought, when darkness took me to the pits of hell in my dreams.
