Immediately the prime minister stopped reading the edict the room was filled with worried chatter. Even the little children knew that east qing was undefeatable. It was a warrior nation with strong martial prowess , simply put ;they had never lost a war and they probably weren't planning to.The relationship between east qing and qintong was a thin thread and taking such a step would mean putting qintong in danger. The official worried if the Emperor was in a right state of mind.
