Amulet was the runt of her litter. As she grew a strange mark appeared on her right eye that once she reached maturity it began to cause complications and finding her mate only accelerated her complications. Now her and her mate Desmond are on the hunt to answer the enigma that is her birthmark. Little do they know following this trail will turn the hunters in the the hunted.

Runt

"It's called a van." Irene stated as she watch Amy touch and explore the buttons on her console. 


Irene heard whimpering as the four wolves in the back kept stumbling over each other. "You guys can lie down, if you want." 


Amy looked back at Des. As they locked eyes she softly spoke, 'You guys can lie down.' 


Des nodded and barked at others and they all laid down. Irene's eye widened when she turned back briefly. "That's amazing, how did you do that?" 


Amy gently pushed some hair from her face, a little apprehensive about telling this human sacred mating information. Sensing Amy's hesitation Irene dropped the subject, "So I know you are extremely confused and I promised to explain. Have you heard of someone named Serenity?" 


"Well her spirit reached out to me. She told me that I needed to find her daughter and bring you up to speed on how to...human. Not gonna lie it's one of the more...unusual requests I have had."
