I Miss Them...

"DIIIIAAAANNNAAA" Sophie shouted from the outside of my door. "We're going to be late girl c'mon now!"

Being somewhat like a vampire is not easy every morning since we still have classes for another month. I totally find it hard to get up or go to my bathroom. I can simply walk and go head back to my bed since I fell asleep on my desk AGAIN and I deepen my face on my pillow giving my face enough space for me to breathe. But when I'm about to fall asleep again my body starts to roll out from my bed and I realized that someone grabbed my blanket so I get rolled out from my bed.

"Who the hell dares to wake me up…?" I shout looking for someone who tossed me out from my bed raising my angry head

"Ow... Hi! Good morning Diana this is your gorgeous friend Kylie." She said standing beside my bed crossed arms. "Ow and F.Y.I that's for waking me up last night so now go to the bathroom and take a shower before we all get late again..." leaving my room with her bitch face and smile

For the record, every one of us girls has our own bitch vibe which probably the best way of jokes for us because no one takes it seriously between us.

So I decided to go back to my bed before she even totally leaves my room making her shout for "She still not waking up!"

I totally denied hearing it because I thought it was just her saying "we can leave now since she won't stand for us" and I was totally planning to snub it all along but suddenly I feel pairs of hands are lifting me from my bed. It was Justin and Jackson who lift me making their way into my bathroom. "What the-..."

"You need to get ready now! We have enough detention because of you young girl!" Justin commands me holding me on my shoulders around.

"You know that this is only because of Kylie right? I'm so much afraid of her more than you Diana plus Justin is right we had enough detention for this month so please take a shower now." Jackson explained himself while holding my knees.

"You really need to put me down or else no one of you can leave this freaking house alive," I said seriously to them.

"Here" they both put me down but the thing is they really put me down on my bathtub that filled up with the water.

"What the...?" I scream but before I get the chance to do anything to get back to them they manage to get out from the room for just a second.

"We're just going to wait for you outside. 10 Minutes Diana." Justin shouted behind the bathroom door.

I actually have no problem taking a bath the problem is I am such a sleepyhead in the morning. But still, I manage to finish taking a bath within 3 minutes so I go straight to my wardrobe and grabbed the first clothes I see that might match up. And luckily I get the chance to grab my lovely black long sleeves and rip jeans that totally suit me with and to add a little color than black I wear my denim jacket. I don't do much makeup or girly stuff so I don't need so much time preparing for school.

So I just grabbed my bag and of course my phone and shoot my black boots and goes straight downstairs to catch up with them waiting for me outside.

"I'm going to bring my car... Justin can you drive for you guys, I really want to be alone..." I said as they saw me walking towards them.

"Are you okay Diana? Can you really drive?" Sophie asked me giving me a concerned look.

"Yes... I just really want to drive alone for school today." I said getting into my car.

"Common guys... She's fine. Plus we're getting late. We're sorry for putting you in the Bathtub." Justin said crossing his way to the other car.

I am fine really. There's no lie in what I just said to them. I just want to feel my lie depending on me and not on them. So I let them take off before me.

*Grabbed my phone*

Diana: I'm just going to grab some breakfast... you guys go first. Don't wait up. I'll be fast no worries... Lavyah! Xoxo

Sophie: Sure thing Bae... but are you really okay? I'm getting worried about you...

Sophie is the queen bee but for me, she is my best friend. And this is a kind of example. "Yeah, I'm sure no worries I'll catch up with you guys on the break okay?" I replied before continuing my way.

I got into school right in time. "Diana? Why are you driving on your own babe?" Martin said getting out of his car too. "Anyway good morning and I'm really sorry for being not able to catch up with you guys yesterday..." hugging me.

"Ow... Hi Martin! Uhm. Yeah, I asked them to let me drive alone this time. And hey it's no big deal but I missed you... our squad is not complete without you babe." I said exchanging a hug with him

Calling "Bae and Babe" Is kind of our thing reminding each other that we're Important to each other's life anyway. I mean if ever someone sees us being in pair everyone will think that we're a squad of couples but clearly, we're not.

"What's your next class? I'll walk with you" I simply said giving a smile.

"Chemistry...? We're in the same classes today Diana." He starts walking.

"Ow... Sorry, I guess I missed that part."

"Hey, are you okay? Really…?" He asked.

I'm pretty sure that I'm okay that day or I guess I should just say that I'm not really in a mood to say anything or talk about anything right now.

"Yes. I'm pretty sure I'm okay Martin...I'm just going to skip chemistry class. I'm not really in a mood to be a scientist now... Tell Mr. Richard that I'm going to take my practice." I excused living him with a kiss on cheeks.

Every time I need to be alone I grab my bow and arrow and start to practice inside the forest beside the school. But unfortunately, I saw my ex (Victor) and Stefani making out on one of the lockers' way on mine. I'm guessing they didn't even notice me since they're busy with whatever they doing. So I just grabbed my things and make my way out before they even notice me. Since the Story of hunger games came out and begin to be fame it gets me interested in copying katniss's move where she hunts for some fresh foods in the jungle and just throws a rock and wait for some birds to fly on.

"You're not going to kill a bird just to be like Katniss are you?" a familiar voice pop out from somewhere.

*I replace my target where the voice comes from*

"Go out or else you're going to be the one who gets this arrow in your head," I said.

Kylie goes out behind the tree beside me. "You still haven't change every time you holding such a thing..."

Kylie is part of my team, she and I always train together when we're kids and even nowadays too. In competition, we always fought and win the first prize and the second prize. I can say that she is my best rival when it comes to archery. Kylie is also one of the most gorgeous Cheerleaders in school some of the boys call her "Hot Genius" because as Michael is the president of the student council she is the Vice president in the student council with a great personality.

"I thought you're going to class?" I said.

"And... What? Let you kill such innocent birds just to try being Katniss Everdeen on your life?" She said reaching for her things.

"No, I'm not!" I complain even though there's a part of me saying ("yea... why not? She's so cool holding a bow anyway...")

"Yea... Right, follow me."

We both get in silence and she focused herself walking straightly like she really knows where she's going and minutes later of following and being curious where we going...

"Stand here... You'll see a target across this river. Try to shoot it if you see." She said to me like a coach teaching an athlete.

I'm not sure why I didn't say anything but once I saw her prepare to shoot I just do the same. I realize I'm already seeing the target. So I attempt to shoot it.

Unexpectedly my arrow didn't even get close to it. I tried once more and trice more as Kylie do the same. I'm about to strike again but this time she managed to stop me.

"Don’t. Holding my hand softly "this is the reason why I bring you here Diana. The next battle we're going to face is like this... We both know our limit’s on the field where the wind is fine and everything is settled for us... but I found out that the committee wants to change the fields for the other university to have a chance against us... so I found my own way to train and I wanted you to know it too. I can't lose my best rivalry on this fight you know." She gives me a bright smile.

"Then what do you want me to do here?" I asked.

"Do it again... I've been trying to put an arrow on one of those targets but I haven't succeeded once." She looked down and looked far away from me.

I grabbed the dried leaf and crush it slowly making it fall break, and then start to aim. I get her attention...The first aim got straightly bull's eye but I let go the arrow a little far from the target.

"HOW...?! You didn't even get the chance to put just one arrow earlier!" She shouted whining about how I get it.

"Wind... I can't go straight unless I used enough strength like a gun. But we can't do it... So I just the wind guide my arrow since that is the only problem. We both

have the aim and strength plus the wind in the field but here on the outdoor? We only have the aim and the strength to use all we have to do is to deal with the wind

using those two things we have only left." I explain.

"Now I really have no idea why you haven't on the top list of the most genius girl here in New East High." She sighs, trying to get a shot.

I just smile and continue practicing with Kylie. After an hour and a half, we both realize the time and command me to go with her to meet the others.

"There you are!! We haven't seen you ages!" Sophie shouted as long as she sees us afar.

"Easy... Tiger, I can really hear you from a part and that really proves to me that you're such a cheerleader type." I said hugging her.

"You can't just disappear without any words on us!!!" She said hugging me tightly.

"Okay Okay. I got it Babe now shh...stop whining. Plus Kylie and I are together we just go practiced since the next competition is soon enough." I explain to everybody.

"Yeah... We need to go out to practice. The next competition is not easy anyway..." Kylie said as she seated beside Jackson

"So what's up?" A familiar voice pops into my ears again.

"Omy... Madison!!!" I shouted and jump off to her.

"Hahaha Okay? Someone misses me this much?" She asked

"Madiiii!!" Sophie shouted too.

"Ssssssoooonnn!!" Jackson shouted copying Sophie's voice.

Madison, Kylie, Justin, Martin, Me, and Michael laughed so hard at what Jackson's doing making but Sophie's getting mad. "Oh no...! Babe! Please protect me from her madness!" Jackson hides on Kylie's back and holds on to her shoulders hiding as a kid scared to death of his father.

"Hahaha Sorry Babe, But this one is yours only." Kylie laughed standing up to hug Madison who's still standing beside me.

Madison Grey, Daughter of one of the greatest investment companies in New York. Have dark brown with highlights hair matching her black eyes and tanned skin tone with a height of 6 flat. I can say she looks like a living Barbie doll which put her into the position of being a famous model. But for us, she is only Madison Grey who loves taking pictures and loves playing tennis.

Jackson is running in circles as Sophie trying to catch him up for a beating. They always looked like Tom and Jerry in a personal view... "Anyway... Madi. How come you're here in when you're not supposed to be home for another two weeks?" Justin asked her.

"Well, that is right. But someone called me last night saying that we're going to have a weekend getaway in Diana's place and I'm not pretty sure if you guys going to have fun without me don't you think?" She said finally making her way to the seat with Kylie. And they both smiled at me.

"Omy!!! So everyone is coming???" I excitedly asked half shout. And they all say..."Yup" "Of course" "Let's go to PARTY!" "We'll be there"

"I don't come home here just not to join you guys" Madison last said.

"Well then. If that's the case then I better go to the library now... Cause I have a lot of work thing to do." I said and left everyone.

"The day after tomorrow...that's it right?" Madison asked everyone.

"The day of her birthday, and the day of the accident...?" Justin asked.

"Yes, it is," Sophie said.

"But she still can't remember it. She's still on the day we tell her." Kylie intrude

"We need to make her feel special that day... We can't let her remember that day again." Justin said

"Few months after that day we all new to her... saying that she had an amnesia broke our hearts at the same we need to lie to her about that day her parents die protecting her," Sophie added

"We're traveling day after tomorrow to go to their house at the end of the city on the beach... it will take us two days and a night..." Michael said.

"We can't do it in the morning... I mean traveling? It won't work to Diana." Jackson.

"What do you suggest Jackson? We travel on the night?" Justin asked.

"Diana is nocturnal...And the accident happens in the morning remember? Maybe if we do it again she remembers it and everything will get messed up." Jackson added.

"Maybe this is a miracle to say but this time I agree with Jackson," Sophie said

"Justin and I can drive if that's the choice. And Sophie's going to be with us same as Diana." Michael suggested.

"I already told Luke our plan and he agrees on what we think we should do," Sophie said.

"Kylie and Jackson will help me with the things we need to do our plan." Madison shared.

*After Class*

Sophie: Hey babe? Where are you?

Me: on my way to parking. Show up I need to go somewhere.

Sophie. Wait for u... there in a minute,

Sophie arrived after a few minutes. "Where are we going?" She asked. "I just feel that I should go there now. I just feel lost again when I wake up or at least when I finished taking bath." I simply said.

"Hahaha okay, now I really need to say sorry to you." Sophie's laughing.

"Nah...It's fine you know it... Can you stay here for a while I'll be back in a minute?" I said still with my cold tone.

We go straight to a cemetery where my parents are. After the incident that happens to me, I lost every memory that I have I woke up not knowing who they are and what happen to me, and now everything that I know is based on their stories and pictures that they keep. Because all I do is to trust what I see and on what

I feel towards them. And since then they always have been my friends and family.

"Hey, guys? *laugh* This is me now... I have no idea what you feel for me now. I have no idea either you guys are proud of me or what. But I want you guys to know

I really miss you a lot. I've been trying to be brave more than usual every time I wake up knowing that you're not here anymore...*tears start to fall on my cheeks* in few days my 19th birthday will come and I'm going to be a formal young adult since then. I wish I can celebrate that day with you... being so happy and enjoying every view that we can see along the road...*crying* I really misses you Mom and Dad!!! I love you both." I said.

I turn around and saw Sophie standing outside the car waiting for me. As soon as she saw me whipping my tears from my eyes she opens her arms asking me to hug her.

"Aww... Your time is done, babe! Enough with the drama *kisses me* go get in the car and give me the key! Cause this time...I'M GONNA BE THE DRIVER BABY!!" She cheered me up.

"But you haven't drive at least a year now babe?" I asked.

"Oh No... Actually, when I need to go somewhere and you're sleeping in your room I always get my car from the house and drive myself where I need to be so since we only have your car here... give it to me please.!" She insists on giving me assurance for my life. "Plus I know they trust me with your life too Diana. So just relax and let's get going. We... Are... Going... Somewhere..."

"Okay fine... At least tell me where are we going?" I simply asked,

"Someplace where I usually spent my morning... well no one usually noticed me going out unless you literally saw me going out or something. But anyway this is the first time I'm going there at this kind of time and I think it's time for you to get back at this place anyway" Sophie explained.

We drive for like an hour I guess caused long as I remember we go out from the cemetery by 4 pm and now it's 5 and we still driving someplace..."C'mon now...out of the car kiddo." She Commanded.

"Where are we? I asked

"We're not there yet actually but not far enough... we need to walk from here"

I followed her without asking anymore. She really knows where we going and she's my best friend so I guess that I can really trust her anyway. After several minutes she stops walking. She turns back and reaches for my hand. "C'mon I know you'll love this babe," she said. I gave her my hand and walk with her.

"How...?" I couldn't continue my words because the view makes me stunned.

"This is where I go every morning to see the sunrise and even me is getting amazed now on what I see here..." She said still holding my hand while taking a sit on the grass.

We're on a mountain end of the road where you can see the river and the forest beside the university which makes me think that this is the mountain behind our school.

"How did you know how to get here?" I finally asked.

"Diana I'm not the only one who finds this place... Your Father did, He brings us here when we're 10 yr. old when we both asked for a stargazing moment." Her tears start to flows into her cheeks. "Your father treats me like her own daughter and you treat me like a twin sister since my father doesn't do a great job being my father...

I know how you feel Diana. I really do. And I miss them as you do." She just keeps staring at the sun as it goes down and letting her tears fall.

"Maybe I have no memories now... Maybe I can't remember the times where I had the best moments...but Sophie? The feelings are still the same. Yes maybe some of them think that you're a queen bee or bitch but for me? You're Sophie Anderson who's been my best friend since I was a kid and a twin sister who I loved so much and trust so much. And this place is stunning. So how can you stop crying? Hahaha, I thought I'm younger than you are? Why are you being such a crying baby?" I joked hugging her.

We just sit there as the sun goes down. We laughed at stories she tells about us growing up, missing my parents lecturing us about what we do on some things while playing, getting mad on some story where we can't do anything about until the sun finally hides up and the night starts to bloom.

We go back to the car before it gets darker. "Hey, it's my turn. Plus its night. Vampire time babe" I said reaching out for the key.

"No need for argument I'll get to you anyway... I'm tired of cheering you up!!" She whined getting into the car.

"Do I need to remind you that you're a cheerleader?" I asked.

"You just told me that I'm just your twin sister when it comes to you so nope. Me being cheerleader is not for you babe." She answers giving me a wink.

Sophie and I love to call each other "Babe" that sometimes if someone hears us saying that to each other they thought that one of us is gay. Which is not really a problem for both of us? So that no one tries to flirt with either one of us. Unluckily there are still some guys who try to do it and succeed.

*Sophie's Phone Buzzing* (Carlos Calling)

"Why don't you just answer your phone, Sophie? It irritates me you know?" I asked madly.

"Let it be please. I'm not really in to talk with him." She simply said.

I stop the car on the side of the road and steal Sophie's phone and answer the call.

(I answered Sophie's phone)

Me: Hey this is Diana.

Carlos: Hi Diana... is Sophie with you?

Me: Yes. She is but she's sleeping want to leave a message?

Carlos: Please just tell her it means nothing to me -

As long as I hear those words from Carlos I hang up the phone and I cut what he saying. "Let me guess you saw him making out with someone?" I asked directly to her.

No answered reply and all she does is staring at the window like I'm not in the car or something. So I start the car and continue our way home.

"I'm going to bed now... Please don't disturb me. Let's just talk tomorrow okay? I love you goodnight." She got out as long as I parked my car.

I just let her. Maybe it's not right but I know how she feels right now. Carlos and Sophie are been together for just like a few months now. But knowing how Sophie gives her love for someone? This kind of thing pretty hurt her so much.

"Diana! Where you've been? And why Sophie go straight to her room? You guys fight?" Justin comes towards me as long as he sees me getting in.

"Somewhere, Carlos... cheats? Nope, we had a great time." I just simply said.

"That Jerk…!” Justin said closing his fist while grinning his teeth.

"Justin! Stop Sophie doesn't need you or us to be like that. Let her handle this on her own." I stop him.

"But-"

"I'm hungry...Do we have some leftovers?" I asked forcing him to change the topic and his mood.

"Nope but I cooked something so just eat up." He commanded me pushing me into the kitchen.

"Anyway, who's here?" I asked.

"Hhhmm... *Smiled* All of us." He said.

"WHAT?!" I shouted.

"Do you have a problem with us being here Diana?" Madison asked from my back.

"Yeah, should we all leave?" Michael said.

"Don't you want us to be here?" Jackson and Kylie asked

I really get shocked seeing all of them in the entertainment room. Where Michael, Justin, and Martin are playing pool while Madison and Kylie are taking pictures and pretending like a model.

"Noooo!" I cheer.

"Hahaha! That's more like it girl!" Madison shouted.

"Oh Baby can you just go with Diana and let us boys play here? Justin, it's your turn bro." Jackson asked Kylie.

The girls continue me pushing me towards the kitchen but it didn't stop me from being asked ("why you guys are here?") ("What happen?") ("How long you guys here?")...

I've been asking them repeatedly until we reached the kitchen.

"Diana if you don't want us to be here we'll just leave! You're not stopping asking the 6 'W'!" Kylie Shouted.

Madison and I stared at her like a kid being shouted at by a mother. So I stop asking and eat the food they served me.

"By the way, where’s Sophie? We haven't seen her since you get in." Madison asked me. That eventually made me stops eating.

"I guess you haven't noticed her getting in? She's already in her room. She leaves my car as long as I stop." I said.

"Did she get cheated AGAIN?" a sad tone came out from Kylie's mouth.

I'm not pretty sure if she is that time. But all I know those guys who she goes out with cheated from her. Even her own father cheated on her mother and that's the reason why it affects her so much. "Should we just go to her room?" I suggested even though she told me not to.

"I think we really need too" Madison agrees with me.

We make our way upstairs not giving words to guys. *Knock on the door*

"I know you're still awake Sophie. Please let us in." I said

"I told you... We'll talk about this in the morning Diana." She answers but hearing her voice makes me believe that she's crying.

"No. You need us and I need you." I said.

Suddenly she opens the door looking straight at me. As long as I saw her I opened the door and the three of us hug Sophie and let her cry for a while.

"He did it too," Sophie said sobbing herself from crying.

"We know Sophie. You don't need to say it. We're here for you." Madison said tapping Sophie's back giving her comfort.

"I just don't understand why those guys picked to cheat...am I such a badass girl?" Sophie cried.

"No! Don't you say it like that...? Hey... Look at me, Sophie. Do I look like a badass girl? Deserves to be cheated? NO." I complained. "No one deserves to be cheated, Sophie... I know it hurts but Carlos doesn't deserve your tears." I added.

In our school we're not the only one who's has a group of friends like this but there is another group who really love to hang out with us in the past. Madison tells me that First Junior Year at New East University there is another group where Victor belongs now. They're like us but they're more famous in the University for being bitches and jerks and as we all know now Carlos is one of them and also Stefani.

Sophie looked at me like she's trying to get strength from me while Madison and Kylie are still giving her comfort. "What should I do to him? He keeps calling and texting me." She said.

"Break up with him!" the three of us collided.

"How...? I love him so much." Sophie said.

"How do you want to do it? Kind of explosion type or more like a simpler type?" I asked giving them a smirk like I had the worst idea for break up.

"I guess Diana it would be the best if you just let it be the simple type..." Madison cut me out.

"Ow right... Sorry, But anyway... If you can't do it alone you can have us three to be with you babe" I said holding Sophie's hands.

"Thanks, girls...I pretty much love you all" Sophie cheered up a bit.

"Enough with the drama will you? Hahaha, all I know I'm pretty hungry plus the guys are still downstairs... Don't you want to know what are they doing now?" I said.

They laughed after what I say and we make our way downstairs where I continue eating my food and the three of them catch up with the others.

After I eat I just cleaned up my dishes and make my own way to the entertainment room where the squad is but then it makes me stop and lean on the wall just looking at them having fun together. This is my FAMILY Now...The one who makes me happy, sad, angry, and everything. Now I know what the Importance of having these kinds of friends is… I whispered to myself

*Phone Buzzed Up* (Text Message)

Luke: Hey. Lil' Sis? You up?

Me: Yup. Why? What's up?

Luke: How are you? Is anyone there for you? Should I go there?

Me: Hahaha Easy Big Brother. I'm good and you can't believe this… Everyone is here. And nope just stay there and take care of Jasmine and why don't you try to give me a niece now would you?

Luke: HA-HA-HA okay now I believe that you're pretty okay. And yes I'll make sure your Hi for Jasmine will come forward to her. Hahaha gotta go. Text me anytime got it? I Love You! I Miss You!

Me: Yeah...Yeah. Hahaha, I love you too and I miss you more!

Tomorrow evening will be our travel to our vacation house but to be honest I don't really have any idea what exactly our house looks like. Luke used to say to me that we actually lived in that house before we settled here for school. And a day after will be my 19th birthday and I have no idea what would happen to us on that trip but

I'm surely excited spending my time with them thinking about nothing and all just having fun
