Resignation Letter

“Hey, Nan.” she greeted her.

“Heya, princess!” Nancy imitates Keith’s voice.

Vale rolled her eyes.

“Why did you agree with my resignation letter?”

“I don’t have a choice, okay? He’s so goddamn scary.” Vale could imagine her shuddered thinking about it.

“My life is officially doomed.” she mutter.

Vale heard her sigh on the phone, “I don’t think they should be mad at you. I mean, Come on! You choose that damn job yourself. It has nothing to do with that business friend thing. Am I right?”

Vale's mood was immediately lifted at the fact.

She’s right.

She chose the damn job and decided to work in that company, not because the boss is her father’s business friend.

Furthermore, she's part of the Rodriguez. She could easily find a new job.

“You’re right!”

“Maybe you can work at my father’s company. Heard that he fired one of his employees three days ago...” Nancy suggested.

“Really? That’s great. Text me the address.” her face lit up.
