Days are feeling too long for her ever since she learned that he is out of the country. Is she missing him? She shook her head and let out a ridiculous but soft laugh. She mentally reminded herself that they are nothing but business partners only. It is impossible for her to miss him. Later that day, when she arrived home, she saw an unfamiliar figure.

"Young Mistress, welcome back home. Fujiwara-san from the Fujiwara Industries have been waiting for you. He wants to talk to you regarding the project that you and Aoyama-san planned last week." The head maid said and she gave her bag to her before proceeding to the receiving room of their house.

"How may I help you, Fujiwara-san?" She asked with a smile while offering a handshake. The younger one smiled back and accepted it. They took seats after that.

"I hope I'm not disturbing you but I just want to talk about the project that Aoyama-san discussed with me yesterday." He said and she stopped for a while. How come he can do that to other people but not to her?

"I see. Then, what did he tell?" She asked while forcing a smile. If she can just teleport to where he is right now, she will do it and kick his ass.

"He said that with this project, you will be able to expand overseas. Did he tell you that he's currently in Sydney for a business trip?" She gritted her teeth as her smile slowly disappeared.

"If you don't mind, did he tell you where in Sydney he is currently staying?" She asked and he took his phone to tell her the hotel name.

She put her sunglasses on as she already walked down her private charter. Wearing a pair of cream-colored suit and cream pumps, a car has been waiting for her. She just arrived in Sydney. She had no time to play around, so she immediately went inside the car and asked the driver to bring her to the hotel where Riku is currently staying. She doesn't know why she is doing this but all she knows is she has an urge to kick him once she sees him.

She arrived at the hotel in no time and since it is only eight in the morning, she is sure that he is still in bed. She approached the receptionist and asked if there's any Aoyama Riku who checked into their hotel and when they confirmed, she asked for the spare key card with the reason of her being his girlfriend and wanted to surprise him. She faked a sweet smile while waiting for the spare key card. When she got it, she thanked the receptionist and proceeded to his hotel room. She swiped the key card and realized that he got the suite room. She threw her bag on the couch and went to the bedroom. She saw him still asleep, so she took a pillow and started hitting him with it.

"I hate you!" She cried softly and repeatedly while hitting him with the pillow. He jolted from his sleep and saw her.

"What are you doing here?" He asked while sitting on the bed. She fell down and sobbed. He gently pulled her for a hug but she pushed him away.

"I hate you! I hate you! I hate you for making me feel frustrated and unimportant!" She shouted at him while hitting his chest with her fists but she covered her face to hide her tears.

"Hey. I didn't mean to do this. This is not my idea, anyways. Don't get mad at me, please?" He held her hands gently and started leaving small kisses on her lips.

She stared at him while sobbing. They are not even a couple. Why are they acting like this? She slowly closed her eyes and accepted the kisses he was giving. She longed for him. She doesn't know why she needed him.

She didn't know what happened until she found herself naked under the sheets. They made love once again. She rested her head on his chest and decided to take a nap. The trip was exhausting but she felt satisfied and comfortable now that she is in his arms.

"How did you know that I'm staying here?" He asked while caressing her hair gently. She saw his phone on the bedside table and reached for it. She tried to open it but it didn't work.

"It fell in the shower. That's why I didn't have the chance to send you a message nor call you. Also, I don't memorize numbers." He said but she rolled her eyes.

"But it doesn't mean you can't send me an email, Aoyama-san. Emails are made for communication and yet, you're not using it." She pinched his cheeks. He laughed softly and hugged him tighter.

"I have to give you something." He whispered and they sat up on the bed. He opened the side drawer and took out a small velvet box.

"I've been thinking when will be the right time to give this to you and if you want to accept me as your boyfriend, you will wear this." He opened the box and she saw an emerald solitaire ring.

It will be the first gift she will ever receive from him if she accepts it. She took the ring from the box and put it around her finger. He got the right ring size. It fits perfectly. Her feelings that she got for him are now valid. It was never invalid but knowing that they are now a couple, it means she got more rights to act like that. She has never been this attached to someone else.
