Battle with the Bosses (2)

The powerful Acrobatic Blitz of Noa's falling kick slammed on the face of Gi Nattak, and the attack pushed the head down, striking and planting the back of Gi Nattak's head down on the ground.

Vahn was panting from using the fire birds as he managed to send the fire attack out. But even in the exhaustion, he was smiling, and his face looked happy.

"We did it! We wielded that fire power!"

"Meta…! I think I can make that attack again and again from now on! We just need to harness our energy!"

"Indeed. That power has also brought out the fire in my soul." Meta answered.

"We did it!" Noa cheered as she jumped up just like her signature victory pose.

"Noa! Get back!" Gala called out as he flung the hammer that was coated with lighting.

Gi Nattak flew back and roared in anger.

"How dare you!" He flew back, and a flock of crows gathered around him.

"What?! He's still alive?"

"It's the same force field that Jedo uses! But he used it as a shield over his body! We've broken through it, but he is still alive!" Gala stood before Noa.

Vahn arrived as he ate a healing fruit.

The demon crow flew higher and sent his crows down. But instead of moving in a frontal charge, the crows flew to the side and attacked the group from two sides.

The flocks of crows were moving in.

"Vahn! Gala! I'll deal with one side!" Noa shouted confidently as she gathered her spirit.

Vahn and Gala did the same, and just as the two flocks of crows reached, the trio began to launch their attacks.

Noa sent out a flurry of punches and kicks, and her speed increased. She even used her weapon, a tonfa, to make speedy strikes.

Small wind blades were sent out as Noa began to make kicks. And while these wind blades were not as powerful as her kicks, facing the weak birds, they easily slashed and killed several at once.

On the other side, Vahn and Gala worked together to attack the flock of birds together. Gala didn't use his hammer and began to perform various Biron Arts to kill the crows.

Vahn did the same and began to insert flames in each punch. The birds that were punched would fly back and explode as the fire energy inside would ignite. This was similar to Dyne's strongest Hyper Arts, the Burning Flare.

The birds slowly attacked them from all sides yet the Ra-Seru heroes managed to knock it all down.

Gala grabbed his hammer and began to flail it in a circular motion as the number of crows was only a few. Then, the Ra-Seru Egg, Ozma began to harness the electric powers in it, and it shot out a weak chain lighting that fried the birds.

"Let's use a seru against it!" Vahn called Noa.

"Right!" Noa nodded and was about to cast an attack when it felt strange draining magic on it.

"What?! My mana!" Noa felt a strange sucking power that was being drawn out of her.

"Fools! You fell for my trap!" Gi Nattak laughed and raised his hands.

Around the Ra-Seru Heroes were the dead crows, and suddenly, the dark energy they released took form, and a strange formation was released.

"Ahh!"

"No!"

The three felt their life and mana being drained.

"Drain and Aspil!" Dyne recognized the attacks. The formation created a zone where life and mana were being drained from the target. These two were among Gi Nattak's skills in Final Fantasy VII.

Dyne rushed off to destroy the formation, but then the Werewolf appeared and made a slash.

Dyne exploded in Spirit energy and made him perform the backward dash of Alucard while blocking the attack.

"Go!" Dyne ordered as Nanaki bolted behind to destroy the formation.

"As if I'd let you!" Gi Nattak laughed as he sent out numerous blades of feathers that stopped Nanaki from reaching the area.

Minotaur and the Great Ape continued slugging each other with brutal attacks at the side.

But each attack of the Great Ape was slowly overpowering Minotaur.

As the fight continued, Chrone found himself being able to add spirit to their attack! The Ogre controlled the Great Ape's movement while Chrone controlled the explosive power of Spirit. In that form, their control and power of each Spirit attack were much stronger than Tetsu!

POW!

A punch struck Minotaur in the face and was sent flying.

The enraged Minotaur roared as it got up and charged at Chrone using the Legaia attack, Bloody Horns.

But as he approached, Chrone grabbed on the horns and lifted Minotaur, and threw him.

BANG!

The Minotaur smashed on the ground, and it roared angrily, and the power of the earth covered it.

The frame of the Minotaur suddenly grew so that it now stood larger than the Great Ape.

"Master! We can't contend with that power!" The spirit of the Ogre warned Chrone.

"I know…" Chrone frowned.

The Minotaur did its charging tackle, but this time, the ground behind it boomed as if he launched himself like a missile and wielded its halberd and made a sweeping slash.

Chrone made a powerful jump, but as Minotaur passed, it kicked the ground to impale Chrone with its horns.

Chrone pounded the Minotaur on the body as it approached, but the head of the Minotaur still struck Chrone and sent Chrone whirling and falling to the ground.

SMASH! CRASH!

The two monsters fell hard to the ground.

As for the battle of Dyne against the Werewolf, it was going nowhere. Nanaki couldn't find a way to approach the formation that continued to cast Drain and Aspil from the Ra-Seru heroes.

CLANG!

Dyne used his dark shield to block another claw attack, but whenever he would make a counter, the beast was fast enough to evade.

The wolf continued to move with great speed, and suddenly, Dyne ducked to the ground.

"You don't have to do that if you are using that spell!" Jedo cursed. Throughout the battle, Dyne was secretly gathering the souls of the dead that was locked in Jedo's soul space that he gathered through his journey. He harnessed the power of these souls and took inspiration from Shiva's form.

He harnessed his mana over to the ghost and gave them a form that would allow them to appear.

But before Dyne released these souls, he actually ducked as the spell Tetra Spirit of Alucard required him to press the down key in the commands to activate the spell.

Several ghosts appeared out of Jedo, and two charged towards the Werewolf, one went for Gi Nattak, and the last flew towards the circle of dead dark crows.

The ghosts made claw attacks and struck the enemies once before losing their physical form and retreating to Dyne.

The attack on the crows caused the formation to weaken, and when Gi Nattak was disrupted, Nanaki and Dyne charged toward the formation and made attacks to destroy the formation.

KZZTT!

The spell formation dissipated, and the Ra-Seru Heroes quickly took in food to eat.

Chrone finally recovered and rushed towards the team as his Great Ape form disappeared from the attack.

Finally, the Werewolf retreated and positioned itself near Gi Nattak and the Minotaur.

Dyne's team gathered together as well.

"You!" Gi Nattak shouted as he revealed wounds from the Tetra Magic. The ghost managed to claw him in the arms.

"We shall kill you all!" Gi Nattak roared as the powers of darkness and wind began to gather.

"I knew it! It is Zora's seru." Dyne recognized the attack. This was the Dark Typhoon attack that Zora had in the game.

The Minotaur was also gathering massive energy.

"Bull Charge…" Dyne saw the same attack of the Minotaur to charge energy for the next devastating attack, Terrio Punch.

The Werewolf suddenly began to run around Minotaur and Gi Nattak. The wind and earth energy that was gathering was also appearing over him, and his speed was becoming faster and faster.

"This is a combination attack!" Gala was about to move when a strong wind blew over them. The source was Gi Nattak!

Dyne stabbed Grim on the floor. Vahn stabbed his sword. Chrone turned to a Great Ape and caught Nanaki and Noa as the winds blew.

"He's preventing us from rushing in!" Vahn frowned.

"Even with my Great Ape form, I'd lose in a clash with that Minotaur!"

"That wolf! He's too fast even for me!" Noa watched the group.

"Let's summon a Seru!" Vahn suggested.

"Zenoir's attack won't work! The wind is too strong, and that Werewolf could disrupt it!"

"Viguro!" Gala suggested.

"I don't have enough mana for Viguro! There is no time to absorb a magic leaf or magic fruit!"

Dyne thought for a bit and then smiled.

"We'll have to block that attack first! They will be weakened and drained to defend themselves! And we have to make our devastating attacks at that moment! Everyone, Listen to the plan!"
