Battle with the Bosses (3)

The combination attack that the three bosses were prepping was a brutal combination. The winds prohibited the team from moving closer and making counterattacks. As a result, any ranged attacks wouldn't land.

Dyne began to give out the plan.

"We can't cast strong ones! So we cast the weaker ones!"

BOOM!

Suddenly, a portal was opened behind Gi Nattak, and the winds that were blowing were becoming stronger and stronger.

"That portal will soon gush out with massive wind energy. I can sense numerous dark blades forming inside. When it blows, it will release numerous dark wind blades." Dyne observed the harnessed energy.

"That isn't the only thing we have to worry about! Look at the Minotaur! It's harnessing a massive amount of Earth energy! He is about to send out a devastating blow that could collapse this cave!" Chrone exclaimed.

The powerful Terio punch would also be released and do another round of devastating damage to the area. Terio Punch was a very strong attack and was one of the most dangerous attacks that the many unprepared and unlearned Legaia players would find themselves looking at the game over screen.

"That wolf! Brother Dyne! That wolf is also doing something!" Noa could see the wind gathering around the wolf.

"Yeah. To top of the two attacks, it was the powerful attack of the wolf. His attack was not spread out and was centered on dealing with a single attack. This makes his attack the most dangerous one! His attack would be stronger than the previous two in terms of damage!"

"What do we do? Master Dyne, if we cast a Gimard or a Theeder, these attacks won't reach!"

"We won't be casting Serus to attack!"

Dyne gave his orders, and the team listened and was amazed.

"We… We haven't tried any of those!" Noa exclaimed.

"I can't do that, Master Dyne!" Chrone exclaimed.

"It'll work! Trust me!" Dyne laughed.

"Besides, if we don't, we will die. The combined attack of those three will destroy Jedo's shield prism!"

"Let's do it!" Vahn agreed and began to summon out that seru.

Noa also followed, and Dyne did as well.

"Die! Dark Typhoon!" Gi Nattak shouted and sent out a storm of strong wind that shot out numerous dark blades.

Jedo activated his power, and the strong pyramid appeared.

The rain of wind blades struck the pyramid, and as more and more of the blades struck the shield, it was slowly causing cracks to appear on several sides.

The Minotaur launched its attack and made one strong punch that shot out a vast amount of earth energy and even caused the ground to be launched towards the group.

"Holy!" Noa, Vahn, and Dyne shouted.

They had summoned the Orb seru, which only needed 18 mana points to cast. But instead of casting the seru to heal, they made the Seru cast out another of its abilities.

The Orb seru could cast a shield of light to increase its defense in the game. But now, the team used its mana to create a light shield.

It wouldn't have been possible, but Dyne's crazy hedonism spread out as they released Holy. Holy was the very power that stopped the meteor in Final Fantasy VII.

The massive light energy appeared right before Jedo's shield and clashed with the incoming attacks.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"It's working!" Chrone was amazed.

"Priest Chrone! Here!" Vahn held his hand out and decided to help Chrone with his task. Vahn also held on to Nanaki.

"I'll help you!" Vahn explained as he also took advantage of the time to absorb more and more energy from a magic leaf. But he then began to channel Fire energy towards the two.

Noa began to prepare for the next spell that she would cast. She also had a magic leaf on her mouth and was close to having enough energy to cast that spell.

Dyne was the one harnessing Brimstone and was controlling the light energy summoned through their Orbs.

And once more, this power of Holy appeared as it fought back against the crazy meteoric attacks of Terio punch as it did in Final Fantasy VII.

"Aerith! Your sacrifice won't be in vain! But please stay dead, so Cloud can be with Tifa! You only liked him because he reminded you of Zack anyway. Stay with Zack! Stay dead!" Dyne began to shout strange things.

The Werewolf could see that the attacks were not breaking through Holy and the dark wall, and he charged towards it to perform its devastating attack that borrowed dark wind and earth from Gi Nattak and the Minotaur.

BOOM!

The Werewolf made a claw attack that created a powerful explosion and swiped through Holy and clashed with Jedo's shield and broke it!

Dyne charged ahead and created his Dark Shield to block the extending power of Wind and Darkness.

BANG!

Dyne was sent flying back, but his allies were all spared.

Holy began to charge back and cover the gap that was made from the attack and struck the Werewolf causing it to retreat.

The Dark Typhoon also ended, and the Holy energy flashed out and struck Gi Nattak and the Minotaur.

Just as the Holy attack struck the group, a Gizam had already been summoned by Noa, who summoned it just as she gained enough mana from absorbing the magic leaf.

It sent out the vast water bubble attack that kept on exploding.

Minotaur stood in front of the Werewolf and began to punch out and use earth attacks to block the explosive power of the bubbles.

Gi Nattak also flapped its wings and sent out various dark blades and energy spheres to stop the watery waves from exploding on them.

But the chilling cold water still landed on them. But without the explosive booms, it did little harm to the group.

As Gi Nattak was attacking the waters to avoid even a single drop from hitting him, a fiery red dart flew and struck him!

"Fire Dart!" Chrone followed the power that Dyne told him to create. This was the same fire spell that could be equipped on a character through a Spell Scroll in Saiyuki: Journey West to cast magic!

STAB!

The fire attack combined Spirit and Magic. Down below, Chrone had used the Spirit energy of the Spirit Stone and merged it with the Fire that Vahn helped him create.

Gi Nattak was without defense and fell to the ground, and the Werewolf moved to catch Gi Nattak.

But then, another Seru had been summoned.

Dyne had also taken a Magic Leaf, which he kept in his mouth. He only had a pitiful 33 mana point, and he had only 15 left after casting Orb. But this was quickly restored when he absorbed the Magic Leaf. The moment he got 24 points, he summoned a Theeder.

The Theeder shot its turning laser towards the bosses.

Minotaur stood in front of the Werewolf once more to block the attack.

KZZZZTTT!

But as the lightning beam struck, the Werewolf and Gi Nattak were also attacked!

The waters summoned by the Gizam had drenched the ground, and they were all standing in puddles of water.

KZZZZT! KZZZZT! KZZZZT!

The attack caused the three bosses to be electrocuted and couldn't move from the attack and bought time for the rest to complete their last preparations.

Noa summoned another Theeder, who shot another attack round to keep the three bosses rooted.

Chrone had managed to transform back into a Great Ape.

Nanaki had gathered an amazing amount of energy from Vahn, and its tail was actually on fire!

But the barrage of attacks gave Dyne time to refill enough energy to finally be able to cast 'that' spell.

A portal opened from the skies above, and the Viguro emerged.

"Gala! I'm counting on you! A thunderstorm like that will definitely collapse the cave! But harness that lightning and make a single attack!" Dyne spoke as he was limping back.

"You can count on me!" Gala declared.

There were two enemies left as Gi Nattak was already weakened to the point that it couldn't move.

Minotaur was using its brute strength to move and smashed the ground to remove the puddle around it.

Chrone raised its huge arms, and Nanaki hoped on it.

"Go! Nanaki! Sled Fang!"

Chrone threw Nanaki with great force and made Nanaki fly with intense speed.

The power of wind surfaced around Nanaki as he widened his jaw and bit as he approached the Werewolf.

BITE!

The maw left a huge hole in the side of the wolf.

And finally, to fight the Minotaur, Chrone threw Gala right at the top where Viguro was preparing its Plasma Storm.

Gala flew and readied his hammer.

The Ra-Seru Egg, Ozma was radiating with power and harnessed the power of the Viguro, which would have become a storm.

"Gigaton Press!" Gala shouted as he swung his hammer to harness the power.

He used Megaton Press against Songi in the battle in the mines. And in some form of poetic twist, he was using a stronger version now against the Minotaur.

The power of the storm in Gala's hammer fell and smashed on Minotaur's head.
