Tracey, a Las Vegas showgirl, accidentally cuts herself while shaving her leg. Little does she know that her razor was infected with Group A Streptococcus. A few days later, Tracey has a look in the mirror and saw that her face has contracted a necrotizing fasciitis, to be less-blunt, "flesh-eating bacteria" that surfaces in a pimple. By the time she gets into a hospital bed, it was already too late; the infection causes septic shock and she slowly dies.

Jake is a hunter who walks around his forest. Jake then has to go to the bathroom unaware he has a rifle. He puts down his rifle with the barrel facing upwards but fails to notice a snake curling around his trigger. When he finishes, he goes to pick up his rifle but when he picks it up, (with the barrel being aimed at his heart), the snake squeezes the trigger causing the gun to fire at his heart, killing him instantly.

On the run from authorities, she ducks into a lake swarming with leeches. The lake was at a chilly 55°F, which made it a perfect cover for the leeches to suck away at her skin. As soon as the officers leave over an hour later, Carmen crawls out of the water, but is too weak to move due to hypothermia and blood loss, resulting in death from exposure, sending the monsterous criminal To hell Where she belongs to.

A thief named Griff runs and trespasses into a private property. Griff gets a box out of a truck, but he soon got caught by a cop and another guy. They both chased Griff, but he soon found a way to escape. He hides in a dumpster, which is then emptied into a garbage truck. The garbage truck carries away the dumpster where Griff is hiding in. Griff screams for help, but nobody hears him. When more garbage is emptied on top of him, Griff is trapped and the load of garbage is compacted, losing consciousness shortly after, crushing him. His bones snapped one-by-one, and eventually his vital organs burst from the severe pressure. This type of disintegration soon turns him into a mess by the time the truck finishes its compacting process.

Kathy was a sexy girl going fishing. She gets a bite on her line and gives it a mighty heave. Her jaw drops as she watches the fish fly through the air. It came down and lodged itself in her open mouth and went deep down her throat. As she attempted to pull it out, its razor sharp scales tore the inside of her throat. As the fish blocked her airway, unable to pull it out, Kathy choked to death.

A newly released convict, Levinson, driving drunk with a hooker in the front seat, shoves a can of pepper spray into his rectum to avoid detection by a police officer who pulls him over. When the officer shoves the con against his truck for talking back, the can is activated, soaking the con's rectum with the spray and fatally eating it away.
