Chapter 32.

•Overhaul's POV•

"How did you manage to do this?" I questioned as we walked down the newly-empty halls. Well, not exactly empty, but the guards were all fast asleep.

"With a little bit of herbal tea and a staff room." Blondie said with a grin as she twirled to face me, skipping backwards. I simply nodded in response, before she abruptly stopped, her mouth forming an 'o' as if she had just realised something. Oh, Lord, do I wonder what it was.

"We haven't made introductions!" She finally said, tapping the knife's blade against her chin. "Well, I mean, technically we haven't. I know who you are, but you don't know who I am. So, since we're going to be partners in crime-"

"Don't say it like that."

"-we will need to get to know each other." She finished.

I let out a long sigh. "Fine, brainiac. What do you go by?" I folded my arms with great disdain. This woman was going to swiftly get on my nerves if she continued to stop every five seconds.

"Toga Himiko!" She said with an overly-dramatic bow.

"From the League of Villains." Having known at least that much already. "Anyways, why exactly do you want to find LN/FN, and what makes you think that I will actually help you?" Toga had already removed my cuffs, so she had a little-to-no defence mechanism.

"For the most part, I'm hoping you have at least a little bit of respect for yourself to be courteous enough to keep your end of the deal. Effectively, you owe me." She still grinned like a maniac, having stopped, and pointing the end of the knife towards my throat. "Besides, I know where she is, I just need assistance actually getting her back out. She's special."

"Special, how?" I grimaced, this wasn't going to be an easy task if she needed help, especially if she went through all of the trouble to get me out of this damned place.

"I'll let you in on a little secret..." She began to whisper. "LN/FN can regain her quirk and let it become even more powerful. Losing it meant that her DNA had to fight to keep it. She's had it all of this time, so your little bullet didn't work."

My face drained of blood, the overall shock was overpowering. That isn't possible.

"Yes, it is." Toga replied, having accidentally said the last part. She was enjoying my lack of knowledge thereof, which meant that she had the upper hand. This isn't good. She could potentially use this information against both Y/N and I, which also meant that I had to find Y/N first. "Do you want me to tell you how?"

"That'd be ideal." I tried to remain calm, keep my composure, and not give anything away. I didn't want to seem too greedy for information, as that would indefinitely make her use it against me. Plus, she seemed a little small-minded.

"Hmm... should I, though..." Now she was toying with me, which pissed me off.

I grabbed the blade of her knife and used my shoulder to slam her against the wall, causing her to release the weapon, which I soon threw away. "Stop procrastinating, and tell me how Y/N managed to keep her quirk even after having used my bullet."

Toga almost looked afraid from my deathly serious expression, this wasn't a time to play games and toy with me. After all, I had just been in a prison cell that had a concrete-like bed, hence meaning I couldn't sleep. And to top it all off, Y/N left me, though I wasn't about to say that aloud, because that'd make me look pathetic.

"...I will give you a free pass to the information, then!" She finally decided, fortunately meaning that I didn't need to do much to persuade her. "LN/FN... she..."

"Speak, damn it!" I banged the wall besides her head, this was being dragged out for far too long.

"Y/N HAS TWO QUIRKS!"
