Harrison Clark's thought process was incredibly fast now, as he skimmed the information, reading ten lines at a glance without missing a word.

Two minutes later, he let out a long sigh.

He understood.

He understood everything.

But comprehending the current situation didn't bring him any relief.

Harrison secretly thought that perhaps he shouldn't have forced things to progress too fast.

The situation was so intricate that it caused him to doubt himself, to question whether the technological path he had chosen all along was indeed the correct one.

However, he didn't have a better option.

He doubted himself, but he didn't regret it.

Even if given another chance to choose again, knowing it might be wrong, he would still do the same.

The cost was heavy, but in order to possibly achieve ultimate victory, both he and all of humanity had to bear it.
