"If you don't shut the fuck up, it won't be pretty after this," William growled. 


"Well, Myra. Since your brother here wasn't willing to answer my question, why don't you be the one to answer it in his stead?" His attention was now on me, challenging me. 


I groaned, "If anything happens to her, I swear to god, Scar... Call her, Jake." I tossed my phone to Jake while maintaining eye contact with Scar. 


Scar chuckled, "Now we're talking. You won't be disappointed." 


"Call her, now." William clicked his tongue. 


Jake obeyed before he started dialing the number and turned on the loudspeaker. 


The ringtone that we were all familiar with started echoing inside the big hall after the third ring. 


Shooting sound followed by someone screaming in pain overlapped with the loud ringtone.
