Amara sat there for a while. Aiden had long went back to his room. She kept re-reading the contract Aiden forced her to sign. How was she gonna do all these?
It was already 6am when she started with the house work. She had no idea where to begin. She was so frustrated and just wanted to leave everything and run away from here. She stood in the middle of the living room and suddenly realized the house that was void of a speck of dust yesterday looked far worse today. How come she didn’t notice this when she came downstairs? She instantly knew it was Aiden who did this. He went out of his way to make her miserable.
She started with washing the linen and the curtains. Since Aiden’s room was locked she didn’t go in there. Thank god that Aiden at least had a laundry room with a washing machine in there as well.
By seven o’clock she had finished washing everything meant to be washed in the list and she also managed to wash the balcony. She completely forgot to cook breakfast.
