“It’s nothing like that?” Eli was incredulously. “You left your job and now you’re a janitor here?”
“Eli,” Amara called his name pitifully.
“I’m taking you out of here.” Eli stated determined.
“She’s not going anywhere.” A male voice boomed from behind them.
Amara looked over Eli’s shoulder and saw Aiden standing behind them with a cold look. He wore a black suit with black shirt. He truly looked like a devil with his five o’clock shadow. A really good looking devil.
Eli also turned around and glared at Aiden.
Aiden slightly tilted his head and Sophia who stood beside him, directed everyone in the floor to move out.
The three stood there staring while others quickly moved out, not wanting to anger to their boss.
In few minutes the whole ground floor was empty except for the three.
Aiden casually walked to Amara and grabbed her hand. Before Eli could react he pulled her to his side.
“She is not going anywhere.” Aiden repeated.
