Jenny McPherson is elated when she gives birth to a set of beautiful twin girls. Early on, they show an unusual ability for music. On their twelfth birthday, their parents enroll the twins in a world-famous music school. Sam McPherson, their father, decides to pick them up for the weekend. When he was ready to get them, he opens their dorm room. It was empty; purses spread over the unmade beds. He does not know what happens to the girls. The school officials do not know and the police were not very helpful. Finally, in desperation, Sam hires Stan Mallory, PI, to look for the twins. He strongly suspects that the twins are a subject of human trafficking. Stan searches the neighborhood and all across the Americas to find them. Is he successful?

Twins

Stan rushed to the bridge of Kenny’s cruiser. In his excitement, he stumbled and nearly fell. The binoculars were on the seat of the captain’s chair. Stan grabbed them and watched the Sea Witch, tied to the dock of the Sergio Mendes mansion. He pressed his lips and thought, my visit must have created considerable alarm. Slavers ran back and forth, dragging slaves to the Sea Witch. Most of them fought like the devil, and in one instance, a slaver used a rubber club and smashed a beautiful girl over her head with it. She collapsed on the spot, forcing the slaver to carry her to the cruiser. Then two slavers dragged two very young girls, both with brown hair to the Sea Witch. They offered no resistance, but their stance was subdued. What happened inside could be anyone’s guess. Most likely, the slavers chained them or handcuffed them to poles or seats. In total, Stan lost count of how many girls the slavers transferred.
