Jenny McPherson is elated when she gives birth to a set of beautiful twin girls. Early on, they show an unusual ability for music. On their twelfth birthday, their parents enroll the twins in a world-famous music school. Sam McPherson, their father, decides to pick them up for the weekend. When he was ready to get them, he opens their dorm room. It was empty; purses spread over the unmade beds. He does not know what happens to the girls. The school officials do not know and the police were not very helpful. Finally, in desperation, Sam hires Stan Mallory, PI, to look for the twins. He strongly suspects that the twins are a subject of human trafficking. Stan searches the neighborhood and all across the Americas to find them. Is he successful?

Twins

On the way to New Providence Island, Stan checked on the residences of Gordon Gable. Each is a mansion estimated at about $1.5 million, and each had a considerable staff of servants and whatever else he might be hiding. With this limited information, it was almost impossible to find out where the twins might be held up. Leona sat next to Stan below and tried to help him. They looked up Gable’s residence in the Bahamas. It is an oceanfront property, 2 miles northwest of Nassau, and challenging to reach from the ocean side. Stan welcomed Leona to participate, “Perhaps you should dock the cruiser in a public dock on the Northside of Providence Island and rent a car. Then check out Gable’s mansion.”
