Reconnect

After Braxton and I got inside from our little play fight. It wasn't long till we had another make out session and I had to kick him out of the house. He was insistent on staying since my birthday was the next day but I didn't want to be left alone with him again. I got lucky cause his mom called and said she wanted to stop by. It wasn't much longer before I went to bed. After I woke up, I saw a message from Adam on my phone. 


"Okay, so I know this question is a little impersonal but I'm really curious." I said biting my thumb. I felt nervous asking but we were having such a good conversation I felt like we were growing close. 


"What would you like to know about, little girl?" His voice was lower than normal. He sounded relaxed and I enjoyed it and yet it still sent shivers down my spine. 


"Well, before I ask, I just want you to know you don't have to answer, just say pass and we'll avoid the topic." I said slowly trying to catch my breath.
