Reconnect

While I was grabbing my jacket from my room, I heard Jefferson and Adam whispering to one another. It wasn't until I got my jacket on that I stopped in my tracks. 


"Is she on her period or something?" I felt my eyes start to twitch at Jefferson's comment. 


"Jefferson?" I said calmly as I walked out of the room. 


"Can you help me with something outside real quick?" I pointed to the front door. 


"Uh, yeah... be there in a sec." I turned to the door and walked out. I leaned against the car and closed my eyes trying to control my anger. I took a few breaths before he came outside. He tried to sneak up on me but I heard his footsteps. I twisted around as soon as his footsteps stopped and grabbed his hands and threw him into the woods about two hundred feet from the house.
