Angry parents

Noah looked angrily at Caleb. ‘Where is she? Where is my daughter?’

‘I don’t know.’

‘She was hooking up with your son where is she?’

‘I already told you I don’t know.’

‘Caleb.’

‘I’m out here babe.’

Avery walked towards the front door and scoured when she saw Noah. She gained her posture and walked angrily out of the house towards him, slapping him across the face. ‘What the fuck Avery?’

‘Your son was told to stay away from our daughter now she’s gone.’

‘You were told to tell them Avery you chose not to. He’s angry he thinks you don’t love him.’

‘Rubbish.’

‘You’ve not once tried to contact him in seventeen years. His own mother couldn’t even be bothered with him, her own son her own flesh and blood why? Because he was mine and not his. You gave him up Avery so you could have a perfect life with him instead of taking care of him why?’

‘Does he know you took me away from Caleb? You’re selfish Noah all you care about is yourself and no one else.’

‘I done time because of you.’

‘You kidnapped me Noah so you could have what me and Caleb had. I didn’t want to be reminded of how I got pregnant. We both agreed to give him to someone who deserved a child.’

‘You’re heartless Avery. I never thought I’d see the day when I would say that to you. You’ve changed since you got married to him you should’ve brought our son up we could’ve worked though it all. But, no you had to give him up you heartless bitch.’

Caleb’s fist connected with Noah’s face. ‘How dare you, you have no right after everything you put her through. She loves him and she never stopped. She was advised to wait till he turned 18 to approach him. We know all about his problems Noah so how dare you think she doesn’t care or love her son you are wrong. It tore her apart to give him up, but all she saw was you in him. We chose the best thing for him, not us, so think before you say one more word or you’ll be back where I put you eighteen years ago. You should’ve told him the truth or we wouldn’t be here now. My daughter wouldn’t have come home every night black and blue trying to kill herself.’

He said angrily.

‘I’m ... I’m sorry he just said he’d got into a fight.’

‘He would. I thought you would’ve brought your son you better Noah to know the difference between right and wrong or we wouldn’t have had to take her out of that fuckng school. She was never happy there and the teachers did jack shit to help. We were left with no choice, yet he found her and took her away. You need to question yourself on what type of father you are to raise a bully. He’s blaming her for something that is not her fault. When we find her he’ll be told the truth of how his father drugged his mother and took her away from the man she loved so he could have what he wanted with her. He’s in some shit Noah he’s looking at prison.’

‘So will your son.’

‘He’s doing this cause he loves his sister and it was the only option he had left unlike your boy who is doing it cause he can’t handle having anyone else happy but him.
