A baby is born

Early the next morning, Edna woke up feeling nauseous. She rushed to the toilet, clutching her stomach tight to herself and threw up. She felt relieved after that and sensed she need to go see a doctor...

The sun was already setting. Edna tidied up her room and went to a nearby hospital. Shecomplained to the doctor and he tested me.

Seven months later

Edna was rushed to the hospital by the receptionist and some other staffs. The doctor attended to her. She was really in pains. She felt hurt that Rex was not by her side to witness his baby's birth..

"It's a girl" The doctor said as he went out to tell the receptionist

"Oh! That's lovely, can I check on her?" She asked the doctor.

"Sure" He replied

"Hey!" The receptionist greeted as she walked in

"Hey," Edna replied her

"Wow! Your daughter is so lovely" She commented as she stared at the baby with smiles all over her face

"Thank you and thank you for going through all these stress just for me" Edna apologised

"You're welcome, she replied back still looking at the baby

"Please can I know your name?" Edna asked her

"It's Rosy" The receptionist replied

"Oh! You've got a nice name. Well I'm sorry for those rude things I did to you. I know I've not been nice to you since very first day I came to your hotel" Edna stated sadly

"That's not a problem to me" Rosy replied

I'm Edna by name

"Alright, it's nice knowing you too Edna" She smiled

They both hugged each other and after a long silence Edna spoke, "Her name will be OLLY" She said while pointing to the baby

"That's a cool name" Rosy beamed and Edna gave her a faint smile
