Making new friends- Part 1

"That was mind blowing", the blonde commented

What's so special about that? I thought within myself. "Oh! You mean that? Well it was really nothing", I said to her

"But still you saved me from that monster", she said again with excitement. "And now I think she'll even get scared when she sees you because this is the first time such has ever happened and that too with a new student, you really have guts and I like that, I mean you're brave and care less about the implications", the blonde said again

"Well, I don't think what I did was wrong after all because I gave her what my rule states", I replied her

"Rule? What does it says?" She asked confused

"Ask for milk and we'll give you a pudding but ask for Kashmir and we'll give you a thrashing", I told her and explained further. "It means that if you confront us with a good will then you'll get the best but if it's a bad will then you face the consequences".

"Oh! Now I get that right, she giggled but I just smiled

"Are you tipsy?" She asked

"Well, my mom calls me that sometimes", I replied with a smile

"Yeah 'coz you're funny. Well, I'm Daphne by name and you are?" She asked

"Olly, Olly Madeline", I said and stretched my hands to her

"That's rude!" Daphne said and dragged me closer to herself, giving me a hug

"Oh!" I gasped and stiffened a bit at her hug then she released me and I felt relieved

"I have two other friends; Joanne and April, I hope you'd love to meet them", Daphne said

"Hmmn.. but isn't that supposed to be the name of the fourth month of the year?" I asked sarcastically then Daphne looked at me and said, "you're so funny" We both laughed and walked through the passage leading to the school's cafeteria

"What are we having for lunch here?" I asked

"Anything you want is available here for you your highness", Daphne replied and bowed in a courteous way then we laughed again.
