Fengge entered the inner room scouting around. The whole room seemed quiet which assured him his father wasn't around. Then why did his father ask for him to stay here? Was it a trap? Fengge struggled to remember if there was anything wrong with the servant that brought him here. Nothing. That servant had been serving in his father's palace for so long. It would be impossible not to notice if there was indeed anything wrong.

Stepping deeper into the room, he realized he stood in the center of the room which was spacious. Looking around, he saw the same books he had seen the last time. His father had accumulated a lot of treasures and books since he beginning of his reign including rare cultivation pills. Hundreds of years ago, a rumor had sprung out saying that the legendary crystal core was being kept here.

Moving round the bookshelves, Fengge finally came across a big bed. Standing in shock, he gasped as he saw his father's figure before turning around.

"Sorry father. I didn't know....." Fengge said talking fast as he looked at his hands embarrassed.

The heavenly king smiled as he heard Fengge's voice. Since the moment Fengge entered the room, he had been aware of his presence. Good thing he had used Suanzaoren to put her to sleep. Now, Fengge was about to see them and this would stop the wedding. Pretending to stand up, the heavenly king screamed.

"Anyone! Anyone?" The heavenly king screamed.

Fengge rushed to his father's side immediately summoning his sword. The heavenly king rolled out of the bed pretending not to know why he was here.

"Father! Are you okay?" Fengge asked.

"What are you doing here? What am I doing here?" The heavenly king asked looking around.

Fengge helped his father to his chair not seeing the smile on the heavenly king's face.

"Go and check who is there! I will not allow that person to escape!" The heavenly king shouted.

Fengge immediately went to the bed about to open the curtain.

"Heavenly king? Where are you?" Jiayi shouted.

Fengge gasped in shock as he heard Jiayi's voice. It was Jiayi . He couldn't be mistaken. What was she doing in his father's bed? His hands tightened around his sword as he used the other to open the curtain. His heart broke to a million pieces as his eyes confirmed his suspicions.

Jiayi inhaled deeply immediately she saw Fengge. How could this have happened? Looking into Fengge's eyes, she could see rage lurking around like darkness.

"Brother Fengge. This isn't what I looks like. I swear!" Jiayi said as she reached out for Fengge's hand.

The heavenly king stood up and walked over to his bed. Seeing the tears in Fengge's eyed made him happy. Now, the wedding would certainly not be held.

"What are you doing here? What is the meaning of this? I am asking! What is going on here!" Fengge asked screaming on the top of his voice as tears fell from his eyes.

Jiayi frowned as she spotted the smile on the heavenly king's face. Why didn't she reason it before? She had fallen foolishly into a big trap set by the heavenly king.

"I don't know. All I was told was that you had sent for me. My maids can testify. I came here looking for you in the heavenly king's study because that's what the servant said you were. I was brought here." Jiayi said.

"Ha, demon princess. You are really something. You claimed to be in love with my son but you dared to seduce me. I will not spare you!" The heavenly king said.

Fengge stood there doing his best to try and listen to both sides. His body seemed as if it was here but his soul had been broken. Jiayi and his father. Both of them had betrayed him.

"I have to go." Fengge said disappearing.

"Brother Fengge!" Jiayi said shouting as she watched him disappear.

Suyin sat down under the heavy rain. Never had she heard that it used to rain in the heavenly realm. Fengge was not yet back and it worried her. Using her cultivation, she had created some sort of shield to keep herself from getting wet as she waited in the courtyard for Fengge. She couldn't help herself as she got distracted looking at the shooting stars.

Suddenly Fengge appeared wet in the rain. Suyin stood up rushing to cover him with her shield. Immediately she touched him, his knees gave out making him fall to the ground kneeling down. Everything had been spoiled.

"Your Highness. Your Highness, please stand up." Suyin said.

"Leave me here. I want to stay here." Fengge whispered.

"But Your Highness, you cannot..."

"Leave me here! Are you deaf? I said, I want to stay here!" Fengge said shouting at Suyin.

Nodding her her head in agreement, Suyin's heart broke as he watched her crush break down crying. She didn't have any consolation to give him since she didn't know what happened. All she knew was that she wanted to console him. Removing the shield she had made, Suyin sank to the ground quietly staying beside Fengge as he cried. Just what had happened?

The heavenly king sat down smiling as he thought over the day's event. Fengge had caught the both of them together in bed. The look of sadness on Fengge's face made him happy. Finally. The dark realm would stay where they belong. In the dark. While he was smiling, a man suddenly appeared in the room surrounding the place with black smoke.

Upon seeing the man, the heavenly king stood up in shock. The unknown man was quite big in size. His hair was carefully braided down his back while some of his hair fell down his face. Not wearing a shirt, the scales on his body shined beautifully in the light.

"Seems like you have healed. Good." The heavenly king said.

"You seem happy. Have you found a way to fool the nature guardian?" The man said sitting down.

"I forgot about that. Hong shou, I am very glad that you have healed. You can help me with that." The heavenly king said as worry began to set in despite his great feat today.

"Then why were you so happy?" Hong shou asked as he picked up a moon cake.

"I accomplished a great feat today. Fengge will no longer be able to marry that sky demon princess." The heavenly king said.

"Don't be too happy yet. Don't forget who is Jiayi's mother. Let's see if you don't incur her wrath. That's who you should worry about." Hong shou said dampening the mood of the heavenly king.

Suyin sat down beside Fengge's side using towel to touch his head. After he had cried his heart out, she had managed to make him sleep. Just what had happened? Fengge had looked very heartbroken. Suyin suddenly felt her anger rising as she thought of the only possibility. Jiayi. Jiayi must have done something.

"That stupid black vixen!" Suyin said as she dipped in the towel into the bowl of hot water again.

Hearing Fengge cough, she dropped the towel as she watched him open his eyes.

"Where am I?" Fengge asked coughing.

"You are in your room. Wait, lemme pour you some tea." Suyin said heading to the table while Fengge sat up.

"Thank you." Fengge said taking a sip.

"Do you remember what happened?" Suyin asked.

How could he? While he slept, that was all he could dream about. His father and Jiayi had an affair. How long had it been going on?

"I do. But I don't want to talk about it. Go. I'm tired" Fengge said lying down again.

"I understand. I will leave you now" Suyin said carrying the bowl.

Just as she was about to leave, Fengge noticed the burn on her fingers. His eyes widened as he realized everything. The water she had used to take care of him, it had been too hot.

"What happened to your hand?" Fengge asked.

"I don't want to talk about it. I will get going." Suyin said.

"Stop. Come and sit here. Here." Fengge said realizing he had been ungrateful.

Suyin gave in dropping the bowl as she went back to sit down beside Fengge. Why couldn't she be angry at him? If any other person had been this rude to her, she probably would have thrown the bowl of hot water on him. Fengge reached out to the side of his bed collecting some ointment.

"I am sorry for being rude. I just went through something big" Fengge said holding her hand.

Suyin's heart skipped any beats as she looked at him. Not just because he was taking care of her hand but because he looked so sad.

"Can you tell me what happened?" Suyin asked quietly.

"This is heaven's matter. You should not know about it." Fengge said making Suyin sad.

"I see." Suyin said.

"But I will tell you. You are my saviour tonight. Jiayi, the person I was supposed to marry. I found out that she had been having an affair with my father. The heavenly king. I caught the both of them today" Fengge said.

"Wow" Suyin said shocked at what he said. She had thought she would be able to give a sound advice but now, she was in utmost shock.

"I know. I felt the same way. Shocked" Fengge said closing the ointment.

"Done." He said looking at Suyin.

Without a single word, Suyin got up from her seat summoning her sword as she walked to the door. Before she could step out, Fengge was already in front of her.

"Where are you going?" Fengge asked looking at her sword.

"Is it so hard to guess? I am going to kill that two faced black vixen. Not only did she disgrace the heavenly realm, she humiliated you" Suyin said making Fengge laugh.

"Why are you laughing?" Suyin asked.

"Nothing. Do you think it is that easy to kill Jiayi?" Fengge asked.

"Even if I don't kill her, I will do my best to make sure she reaps what she sowed." Suyin said angrily.

Her anger melted into water as she watched Fengge pick up her hand for the second time. Was it a dream?

"Thank you. But you don't need to do that. I still have a fever. Come and take care of me" Fengge said as he walked back to bed.

Like always, she was unable to refuse him. Nodding in agreement, Suyin returned to take care of Fengge.

The heavenly king walked into his main hall looking as he saw the whole place filled. No ordinary celestial was present which made the atmosphere of the place full of tension. Today, they were here to discuss something very important. So important that the three heavenly elders were present. They had lived for thousands of years and often lived more than the heavenly kings.

Each of them had been chosen by the nature realm. Sitting down beside each other, they were all dressed in different colors. Elder Tóngqíng, Elder Fēnlí and Elder Zhèngyì. Each of their names composed of the three virtues of being a celestial. Compassion, detachment and justice. These were the codes a celestial lived by.

Just as the heavenly king was about to take his seat, someone appeared from nowhere punching him.

"You bastard! How dare you defile my daughter? You are going to die today!" The dark king said.
