Months after the battle of Egypt, John went to the base in Antarctica. Viviane watched him leave the house. She knew that he was just going to his lab to avoid accidents but she couldn't help but worry. John had just fought a massive battle in Egypt and she really didn't want him to risk his life after knowing about the hundreds of casualties from the battle. She knew she couldn't help him and would only be a burden if she followed him. Not to mention the two little ones she had to watch over. She felt weak and worthless. Sighing, she looked away and walked inside after hearing the children cry.
{Antarctica}
John landed his mech, which was repaired a month ago, and walked towards the icy cliff into the distance. Walking towards the cliff, John tapped on the wall, revealing a large doorway. The base uses holographic camouflage technology to hide the entrance. A mech of his size could easily enter and exit through the doors.

The large doors opened, revealing a large elevator. John walked inside and the doors closed behind him. He then looked at the spot above the doors and the eyes of his mech emitted several rays of light, casting a holographic image of a large ball. The ball's form rapidly changed.
This is the passcode. Each member who has access to the base has a different passcode. While the ball shapeshifts every second, a certain part of that shape would change every millisecond. This way, the passcode would never be replicated and is unique for each person. While John's eyes could display the passcode, the items or the way to display the passcode would be different for each person. Some could use sunglasses, others would use their badge, it is different for each person.
It only took two seconds before the hologram cuts off and the elevator begins to move. As each person has their own unique password, the elevator would bring that person to their own workspace given by an administrator. The elevator is also not simple as it not only goes up and down, it also goes right and left. Anyways, after only a moment of waiting, John entered his lab.
Within, carried all sorts of devices and crazy gadgets. Getting out of his mech, John went towards the Prowler in front of him. John had told Viviane that he would be gone for a month or so and they would have to meet via facetime. Although sad, Viviane didn't mind having to take care of the children by herself and nodded silently. John knew that she wanted to help him so he left her a lot of equipment down in the basement. While he knew that they are a bit overprotective of each other, he also knows that he couldn't stop her if she wanted to do something.
John slowly put his thoughts to the back of his head and began to work intensely for the next month with clones.
{First week}
John and his clones began researching human Anatomy to begin the creation of Pym Particles and Super Soldier Serum.
"No, if we convert the body to a molecular level, the human body would break apart" A clone shook his head
"Radiation can change the body but we need to find the perfect amount to minimalize damages and prevent mutation"

"Shit this is too difficult"
"Aaaaggghhh"
"SHUT UP!!!!!"

{Second Week}
"I got it, what if we shrink the body within a suit, and apply radiation to prevent the body from expanding or shrinking too much"
"We already thought of that"
"No no no. You see, if we just shrink the entire body, while applying radiation into it...the radiation would protect the body from turning in shit"

"TEST SUBJECT 3469 IS ALIVE"
"YEAAAA BOIIIII"
"WHOOOOO"
Like that, after thousands of tries and spending several days nonstop working, they managed to create something similar. It wasn't perfect at least not yet.
....
It didn't take long for them to perfect the Pym particles while giving it minor upgrades with the help of the library. John took a short break before starting the Super Soldier project.
"Super soldier serum is easier boys, we got this" A clone raised a fist in the air with confidence

{Third Week}
Three clones stood in front of a pod that was strapped with all sorts of wires and machines. They counted down,

They started up the machine and a blinding light shone from the metal pod.
Inside, John felt something being injected inside of him. A sharp pain soon followed as his bones started to break apart "UUURGGGHHHH"
"WE'RE ALMOST THERE" A clone shouted
"CMON, JUST A LITTLE MORE"
"INCREASE THE INTENSITY OF THE RADIATION" John suddenly shouted
"BUT THAT'S THE LIMIT-"
"DO IT!" John shouted
The clones looked at each other before complying
"YOU BETTER NOT DIE BOSS OR VIVIANE WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO LOVE" one shouted
The light shone brighter and became that of a solar flare. Soon, the equipment started to explode and the walls started to melt away. The room became hotter and hotter.
Meanwhile, the inside of the pod has reached the temperature of 2 million Kelvin and is rapidly increasing every second. The pod made with proto-adamantium had already started to melt. Luckily, John had set up dozens of large tanks filled with liquid nitrogen and more layers of Proto-adamantium in case something went wrong. While the heat is stronger than the cold liquid nitrogen, it managed to slow down the alloy from completely melting.
The light suddenly died down as the lab equipment had all exploded, however, the process had been completed by then and John's body had been completely restructured down to his atoms. His current body is even stronger than that of Captain America's.
"phew," John wiped the sweat from his body.
He looked down and got himself a mirror. While his body on the outside did not seem to change much, his skeletal density is even stronger than that of adamantium. His reaction speed and eyesight have reached an unprecedented level. There are also various abilities that he needs to find out, as well as the limits of his current body.
{Fourth Week}
This week is much more relaxing. Other than focusing on getting used to his body, John found out that he could probably create a weaker Super Soldier Serum using his blood. Not only that, but John also gained extreme regeneration. John had put his life on the line and tried to perfect the serum as well as his body during the process of becoming a super-soldier. It all paid off when John found out that he could regenerate at an extremely fast rate. He had a clone research on a new type of healing agent using his blood. At the same time, John had something special going on.
John looked at the Winter Prowler in front of him and released the All Spark shard in his hands. The shard flew like a magnet towards the aircraft. The Prowler transformed into a 34ft(10.36m) tall giant. It was only a foot taller than his old mech. However, since the Prowler was built completely from technology and science way different than that of this universe's, it has no "soul". It is still technically a mech without life. But, contrary to his old one, John felt like this one would be the one. Following his guts and a crazy theory, John stabbed the Matrix into the chest of the giant mech, bringing it life.
